I called them two weeks ago and left a message. They called me back this morning at 6:33 am, which is weird because they're supposed to be closed at that time. When I called back within five minutes, nobody answered. This is not good customer service. I ordered a pole from their website and used their app to figure out which extensions I needed. The app said I needed the 500 extension for my 10 ft ceiling, but that's not right. Their instructions say to use as few extensions as possible. They also didn't include the right connectors in the package. So I had to spend an extra $49.99 on the 500 mm extension that I didn't need, and then another $79.99 for the 750 mm extension. It's a total rip off.

I ain't gonna lie, I regret buying from X-Pole USA, LLC. I dropped almost a grand on a stand alone pole in March and when it arrived a few weeks later, the bags were all messed up, the pole stand pieces were jacked up, and some of the attachment pieces were rusty and busted. I hit them up right away with pics and vids of the damage, but all they said was that I got the old version of the travel bags. Like, why the heck are they sending out old gear in the first place, let alone messed up stuff? I tried calling them a bunch of times and leaving voicemails, but no one ever got back to me. It's now August and I'm still trying to get my money back and send this crap back to them. They went MIA for over two months, even though I emailed them every week to try and sort things out. I finally got them to send me boxes with labels to ship the four huge boxes back, but they want me to either haul them myself or pay $16 for FedEx to come pick them up. After all the crap they put me through, I ain't doing either. They even sent FedEx to my house four times in one week after I told them I didn't have the boxes. I've been chill and respectful this whole time, but this whole ordeal has been a nightmare. Don't waste your money, time, or energy on these clowns.

I ordered from X-Pole USA, LLC a month ago and they haven't replied to my emails. I placed my order on August 2 and their website said it would take 2 weeks to send it. I emailed them on August 13 and 23 but got no response. I posted on their Facebook page and they said they would remind the team that handles the orders. Their website now says it takes 4 weeks to process orders, which would still be late even by their new standards. My order number is Order ***.

I got some WD-40 to try and fix it but it still didn't work. They sent me a new part on May 11 but it was broken and missing a piece. They sent me another one on May 13 but it was messed up and the wrong size. I messaged them on the same day and they finally replied on Jul 20, 2020. I asked if I could return it and get my money back but they haven't replied since.

I bought two of X Poles most famous stuff on 11/27. I tried to cancel the payment on PayPal but it didn't work and I got charged $447.48 on my debit card. I waited a few days to see if the PayPal order (#***) would reverse itself. I made the purchase on the same day 11/27 via *** and my partial *** payment of $225.50 was approved and processed. I only got a confirmation email and updates for this order (#***). There was another order (#***) on my account that was cancelled. I contacted X Pole via email on 12/3 and explained what was going on. I was given an extension and told to call a number, but no one answered despite calling during business hours. I got charged $894 and some change for both purchases. I think the company is not investing the bill properly as I haven't received any further emails or returned calls to get to the bottom of this.

This company is not good for businesses or business owners. We ordered 10 poles and paid a lot of money for them. Before we bought them, we asked about refunds and exchanges. They said we could exchange them as long as they weren't opened. But when we tried to exchange them, they didn't want to help us. We needed to exchange them because we couldn't get a permit to install them. We tried to contact them many times, but they didn't answer. Don't do business with this company.

I got a dance pole from them a year ago and it's not working right. I told them about it and they agreed it's not good, but they never helped me. My warranty is over now and I still have a bad pole that's not safe to use. They say don't contact them, but how do we get help? I tried to talk to them on social media every day, but they ignore me. Lots of people have the same problem, but they only answer new customers. They do live streams to talk to new people, but not us. I have proof they ignored me on a live stream and the person was supposed to help me before. I will make a group on social media to get all the unhappy customers together. This is bad business. This company is shady and unprofessional. They don't stick to their word and they caused me a lot of trouble and charges on my phone bill. XPOLE, give me my refund like you promised!
