Poor Customer Service and Missing Item from Gadsden & Culpeper - Disappointing Experience
I bought a shirt and a patch from Gadsden & Culpeper's website, and they were giving away a free patch with a single item purchase. I was excited to receive my order, but when it arrived, I only got the shirt. I was disappointed and confused, so I decided to reach out to their customer service team. I sent two emails to [protected]@etc... but never got a response. I also tried contacting them through their website, but still no reply. It's frustrating that they don't have a phone number listed, so I can't even call them to sort out the issue.
I'm giving them 48 hours to respond, or else I'll have to take legal action. It's a shame that a company that claims to support Americans would treat their customers this way. I won't be buying anything from them again, and I hope others will think twice before doing business with them. It's important to support companies that value their customers and provide good customer service.
Terrible Customer Service: My Experience with Gadsden & Culpeper
I gotta say, I had a pretty bad experience with Gadsden & Culpeper. I wanted to swap out a shirt for a different size, and I did everything they said to do on their website. I even tracked the package and saw that they got it back. But then...nothing. No response to my emails, no refund, no new shirt. I even offered to pay extra for shipping, but still no luck. It's a shame, because there are other companies out there that sell the same stuff and actually treat their customers right. I wouldn't recommend Gadsden & Culpeper to anyone. They're just a bunch of thieves who don't care about their customers.
Unprofessional Customer Service: My Experience with Gadsden & Culpeper
I stumbled upon this website when I was on the hunt for a tactical hat that had velcro tabs for interchangeable patches. I was thrilled when I found Gadsden & Culpeper because they had a great deal on the exact hat I was looking for. However, my excitement quickly turned to disappointment when I received the wrong hat in the mail.
I reached out to the customer service team to try and get the correct hat sent to me, but they insisted that the hat I received was the right one. I knew for a fact that it wasn't, but they wouldn't budge. I asked them to send me a pre-paid shipping label so I could return the wrong hat and get the one I actually ordered, but all I got was a refund for the hat.
I didn't want a refund, I wanted the hat I ordered! So, I persisted and kept reaching out to them to try and get the situation resolved. However, I was met with silence. They even went so far as to recall their sent mail from my inbox. I couldn't believe it!
Overall, my experience with Gadsden & Culpeper was very unprofessional. I was disappointed with the customer service and the way they handled my issue. I wouldn't recommend this website to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy company to do business with.
Disappointed with Gadsden & Culpeper's Customer Service and Return Policy
I gotta say, I'm pretty impressed with the stuff I got from Gadsden & Culpeper. The prices were pretty good, and I didn't have any issues until recently. Unfortunately, they sent me the wrong item, and it looks like I'm the one who has to fix their mistake. I had to choose between keeping the wrong item, which didn't fit me at all, or spending my own money to send it back and get the right one. I decided to send it back, but now I'm worried that I won't get my money back. They have a policy about returns, and it seems like they're trying to run out the clock on me. I left the package sitting there for two whole weeks, and I haven't heard anything from them. It's pretty frustrating, especially since they already have my money. I'm starting to think that's why they don't have a customer service phone number - they don't want to deal with people like me who have problems with their orders. Honestly, I'm thinking about dropping them like I did with Nine Line Apparel and LA Police Gear. It's just not worth the hassle.
Disappointing Quality and Poor Customer Service: My Experience with Gadsden & Culpeper
I recently made an order from Gadsden & Culpeper and I gotta say, I wasn't too happy with what I received. The T-shirts and other items I got were not up to par with what I was expecting. The materials were not of the best quality and the quantity was not what I thought I was getting.
I've been trying to get in touch with the company through several different phone numbers that they have listed online, but no one ever picks up the phone. I've also sent them emails, but I haven't received any response from them. This is really frustrating and it makes me wonder if this company is even legit. It seems like they might just be selling products out of someone's garage or something.
Honestly, I'm not too happy with the customer service department either. It's been a real hassle trying to get in touch with them and I feel like they're not really interested in helping me out. Until I hear back from them, I would suggest that you stay away from ordering anything from this company. It's just not worth the hassle. Good luck!
Poor Customer Service Experience with Gadsden & Culpeper: No Response to 15 Emails and No Phone Number Available
I bought a hat for my old man for Father's Day a few moons ago from Gadsden & Culpeper. The hat was too big, so I hit up the company to see if I could exchange it for a smaller size. They got back to me pretty quick with instructions on how to send the hat back. I followed their directions to a T, but when I got the package back, it was still the wrong size. I've sent them 15 emails since then, but I haven't heard a peep from them. It's really got me feeling some type of way. I mean, they don't even have a customer service number! You can only contact them through email. I've spent a good chunk of change on this site over the years and never had any issues before. It's not even about the money at this point, it's about the lack of customer service. It's just plain wrong.
Misleading Claims and Poor Customer Service at Gadsden & Culpeper
of Gadsden & Culpeper
I recently made a purchase from Gadsden & Culpeper and was disappointed to find out that most of their shirts are actually cheap imports, despite being marketed as made in the USA. This was very misleading and I wish their website had made it clear which shirts were actually made in the USA and which were not.
When I reached out to the owner to question their return policy, I was met with a rude response that included profanity. While I understand that businesses need to make a profit, I don't appreciate being talked to in such a disrespectful manner.
It's a shame that Gadsden & Culpeper is not more transparent about their products and that their customer service leaves something to be desired. I will not be making any future purchases from them and would caution others to be wary of their claims of being made in the USA.
Poor Customer Service and Return Policy at Gadsden and Culpeper
I've been a customer of Gadsden and Culpeper for a good six years now and I've spent a good chunk of change on their products, maybe around $400-$500. I've always been a fan of their designs, but my most recent experience with their "customer service" and trying to make a return was not so great.
I ordered four shirts and unfortunately, one of them had an off-center print. I took a photo of the shirt and sent them an email, but I didn't receive a response. I was a bit disappointed, but I didn't give up. I went to their website and found instructions for returns. I sent the shirt back, but I had to pay for the shipping myself. I included a note explaining the reason for the return and made sure to send it back within 21 days of receiving the item. The post office confirmed that the shirt was delivered to the company's PO Box.
I sent them another email to let them know that my return had been delivered, but still no response. I waited another week and sent another email, but still no response. It's ironic that I did receive a marketing email from them asking for a review on their website, promising a 10% discount on my next order. I won't be taking them up on that offer, as I won't be ordering from them again.
Overall, I would say that buyers should beware when ordering from Gadsden and Culpeper. While I've always liked their designs, their customer service and return policy leave a lot to be desired.
Great Customer Service Experience with Gadsden & Culpeper
I gotta say, I had a pretty good experience with Gadsden & Culpeper. I mean, they don't have any Google Reviews, but that's probably because they only list their address and not their company name. But that's okay, because I'm here to tell you about my experience.
So, I'm a pretty simple guy. All I wanted were some GILDAN t-shirts. No other brands, just GILDAN. I made sure to mention this in every order I placed with them. But for some reason, nobody seemed to be paying attention. So, I sent an email to Amy, who I guess works there, and explained my situation. I even included my name so she could see my purchase history.
I gotta admit, I was pretty frustrated. I had ordered some shirts before that weren't GILDAN and they fell apart pretty quickly. I didn't want that to happen again. So, I made it clear that if they sent me anything other than GILDAN, I would return the whole order and buy from someone else.
Amy got back to me pretty quickly and, while she couldn't stop the order that was already in progress, she did let me know that all the other shirts were GILDAN. She even suggested I give the USA long sleeve shirt a try, even though it wasn't GILDAN. I appreciated her honesty and willingness to work with me.
In the end, I got my order and all the shirts were GILDAN, just like I wanted. I gotta say, I was pretty happy with the whole experience. Sure, there were some hiccups along the way, but Amy was really helpful and made sure I got what I wanted. I'll definitely be ordering from Gadsden & Culpeper again.
Unprofessional and Disrespectful: My Experience with Gadsden & Culpeper American Heritage Shoppe, Ltd
I gotta say, I had a pretty rough experience with Gadsden & Culpeper American Heritage Shoppe, Ltd. I run a firearms business in PA and was looking for some new items to sell to my customers. I stumbled upon Gadsden & Culpeper's website and saw they had some American flags and other American-themed items. I decided to place a starter order for about $400 to see how my customers would respond to the products.
The company offers a dealer discount of 50%, which is pretty sweet. I sent in my order on Jan 18th, 2013 and got an email back two days later on the 21st with the total cost. However, the email didn't include a detailed invoice or breakdown of shipping costs like most businesses would send. I sent the payment via PayPal on the same day.
Then, on the 23rd, I got an email asking for my shipping address. This was already included on the PayPal payment and the order I sent in, so I was a bit confused. Less than two hours later, the owner sent me another email asking what shirts I wanted. I had already sent in a detailed invoice with the item numbers, sizes, and quantities requested, so it seemed like the owner overlooked these important details twice now.
As a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business, I always try to find the best products for my customers at the lowest prices. So, when I saw that Gadsden & Culpeper offered free shipping for orders over $100, I sent an email asking for an invoice and inquiring about the free shipping for dealers.
I asked, "Hey Pat, I was hoping if you could send me a detailed invoice with the shipment. I see on your site that if you order over $100.00 there is free shipping. Does this not include your dealer network? Just looking over the numbers. I ordered $392.48 worth of product and if the dealers get 50% off that takes it down to $196.24 and I was charged $250. So was shipping $53.76? I'm sure this is all in the invoice. Thanks for clearing this up as the boss was wondering where the numbers came from."
But instead of a helpful response, I got attacked by the owner. He said, "We get scores of orders bigger than what you ordered by individuals on the website every single day at full cost. So if you want your tiny 'wholesale' order to ship today at $250, let me know. If not, I will refund you back the PayPal $ and not ship. I don't send detailed invoices, it's in the emails. If your boss has a problem with this, he can end our relationship with us and take our items off his site. Looks like he easily stole our images and text. Which quite frankly I'm not too happy about without special permission from me. And now I have to waste god damn time nickel and diming? So email me and let me know to ship or not to ship. I personally would rather re-stock what I have packaged in the box. The email back from you is either: SHIP or DO NOT SHIP AND REFUND $. Patrick, Owner."
I was just asking a few questions and this is how they treat a business owner who is trying to bring them more income? I was even ready to place an order worth over $4000 with this company since the test products had already been presold out. The images the owner Pat is referring to were not taken off of his site, they were taken off of Google since they are not the only company selling these kinds of products.
After being treated like this, I will NEVER buy anything from this company again. They are disrespectful and should be ashamed to treat people like me who are just trying to buy a product and put money in their pocket.

False Advertising: Gadsden & Culpeper Claims to be American-Made, But Products are Made in China
So, I was pretty bummed out when I got my order from Gadsden & Culpeper. I had ordered a hat and some patriotic patches from Amazon, but when I opened the package, I saw that they were made in China! I mean, come on, guys! Your website makes it seem like everything is made in America, but that's just not true.
It's really disappointing to see a business that claims to be all about American pride and patriotism outsourcing their products to China. I mean, if you're going to sell American-themed stuff, shouldn't it actually be made in America? It just seems kind of deceptive to me.
And let's be real here, if you're buying from Gadsden & Culpeper, you're probably doing it because you're a proud American who wants to support American businesses. But if everything is made in China, then what's the point? You might as well just buy from a Chinese company directly.
So, if you're like me and you actually care about where your products come from, I would definitely think twice before buying from Gadsden & Culpeper. Because at the end of the day, if you're supporting this business, you're really supporting the Chinese Communist Party. And I don't know about you, but that's not something I'm okay with.
Gadsden & Culpeper Review: American Gear Made in China?
I gotta say, I'm a big fan of my country. I mean, who isn't, right? That's why I was stoked to check out Gadsden & Culpeper's website (gadsdenandculpeper.com) and get my hands on some sweet American gear. I picked up a few idoms (that's patches for all you non-patriots out there) and a couple of American flags. But here's the thing - those flags were made in China. China! I mean, come on, guys. If we're gonna fly the stars and stripes, shouldn't they be made right here in the good ol' US of A? I was pretty disappointed, to be honest. But hey, I'm not giving up on Gadsden & Culpeper just yet. I'm gonna make sure I only buy American-made products from now on. God bless America, am I right?
Slow Shipping and Shoddy Merchandise: A Disappointing Experience
This company ain't got no idea how to get an order out the door fast. Took 'em a whole 10 days to get my stuff from New York to Michigan. That's just plain unacceptable in this day and age. I mean, I coulda hopped on a Greyhound bus and made that trip myself in less time.
And don't even get me started on the quality of the merchandise. I ain't even seen it yet, but I bet it's just as shoddy as their supposed "attention to detail." These clowns don't know what they're doing.
Overall, I wouldn't recommend this outfit to anyone. They're slow as molasses and probably don't even have good stuff to show for it. Save your time and money and go somewhere else.

Disappointing Service and False Advertising: My Experience with Gadsden & Culpeper
I've been a customer of Gadsden & Culpeper for a while now, but I gotta say, I'm pretty disappointed with their service. It's like they don't even care about their customers! I recently got an order from them, but it was all wrong. I tried to contact them about it three times, but they never got back to me. And get this - they say their products are made in the USA, but they're actually made in China! What a ripoff! I don't think I'll be shopping with them again. It's a shame, because I really liked their stuff, but I can't support a company that doesn't care about its customers.
Terrible Experience with Gadsden & Culpeper: Shirts Never Delivered and No Response from Customer Service
So, I ordered two shirts from Gadsden & Culpeper on June 22nd. But guess what? I never got them! The shipping status said it was delivered on July 6th, but it was actually returned to sender. I tried emailing them a bunch of times to fix this, but they never responded. Honestly, these guys are a bunch of crooks and a total joke. They sell all this cheap Chinese stuff with American slogans and symbols on it. Don't waste your money here, go somewhere else.
Terrible Customer Service: Avoid This Company at All Costs
This company is run by a real piece of work, let me tell you. I had an issue with my order - one of my shirts was missing - and I reached out to them twice about it. But did I get a response? Nope, not a peep. What a loser.
I waited for weeks and still heard nothing back. It's clear that the person running this business doesn't give a damn about their customers. Luckily, I paid with PayPal so I can get my money back from this crook.
Honestly, don't even bother with this scumbag. There are plenty of other places to find the items you want. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else.
Gadsden & Culpeper: A Fraudulent Company Selling Inaccurate Flags
I bought a flag from Gadsden & Culpeper and it was supposed to be "historically accurate," but it wasn't. It was totally different from the one they showed on their website. I sent it back and they got it, but I still haven't gotten my money back.
I've tried emailing and calling them, but they don't answer. I even complained to the Better Business Bureau in New York and they have 8 complaints against Gadsden & Culpeper that they haven't responded to. I've seen other complaints online too. This company is a fraud and they should be punished for it.
Mixed Experience with Gadsden & Culpeper: CSA Flag Order Mix-Up
I recently ordered a CSA 1st National Flag from Gadsden & Culpeper, but unfortunately received the Confederate Battle Flag instead. Looking back, I realize that G&C is located in NY, so it's no wonder that they made this mistake. After reading other reviews, I have decided not to attempt to return the wrong item, but instead express my displeasure and not expect a response. Since the item was under $10.00, I will simply chalk it up to experience.
It is understandable that some people may find the Confederate Battle Flag to be an irritating symbol due to a lack of proper education. However, for those who are interested in purchasing historical flags and other items, Gadsden & Culpeper has a wide selection to choose from. Despite my recent experience, I would still recommend this website to others who are interested in purchasing historical items.
Terrible Experience with Gadsden & Culpeper: Missing Items, Poor Quality, and No Customer Service
I done ordered a bunch of stuff from Gadsden & Culpeper and it was all messed up. They forgot to send me my Gadesen Patch, and the 8X10 inch decal they sent me was all messed up and I couldn't even use it on my truck. And to top it all off, they sent me a SMALL shirt instead of the 2X I ordered. I done sent them a bunch of emails, but ain't nobody got back to me yet. I even tried calling them at ***449, but nobody answered the phone even after I let it ring for over a minute. I reckon y'all should stay away from this company. I done served in the Army for 20 years, and I'm gonna make sure all my buddies know not to do business with them.
Poor Customer Service and Lack of Communication from Gadsden & Culpeper
I messed up my order on Gadsden & Culpeper's website and only ordered one out of the three T-shirts I wanted. I quickly realized my mistake and sent an email to correct it within an hour of placing the order. However, when I received my package, I still only had the one T-shirt. I promptly sent the wrong shirt back with a copy of my correcting email, hoping to get the right shirts soon.
Unfortunately, I have not received any response from Gadsden & Culpeper despite sending several emails. I even offered to pay for the shipping if that was the reason for the lack of communication, but still no reply. It's disappointing to see a company lacking integrity and not taking responsibility for their mistakes.
Overall, I would not recommend purchasing from Gadsden & Culpeper. It's frustrating to deal with a company that doesn't value their customers and their satisfaction.
