Now, I gotta be honest, I was hopin' for a top-notch experience, but that ain't what I got. My order took way too dang long to arrive, and they didn't even send me everything I paid for. Can you believe that? I reached out to 'em multiple times, waitin' for over three and a half weeks, and still didn't get nothin'. So, I had no choice but to open up a case with PayPal. About a week later, I finally got a partial order in the mail, and guess what? There weren't no explanation or mention of back-orders. I had to contact 'em again, and all they had to say was sorry and that they were backed up. Now, I don't rightly understand how they could be outta stock on Presidential campaign stuff. It just don't make no sense to me.
To cut a long story short, PayPal ended up refundin' my money. But then, outta the blue, I get a message from The Patriot's Cave askin' me to prove that my order was only partially filled by sendin' 'em copies of the shipping papers. By that point, I had already gotten my money back from PayPal and had tossed out them shipping papers. The quality of the stuff I did get was decent, I gotta admit. But I had to go out and buy some more signs from a local store just to get what I wanted in the first place.
I really hope these folks at Patriot's Cave step up their game when it comes to communicatin' with their customers. 'Cause let me tell ya, this whole ordeal left a real bad taste in my mouth.

I understand COVID has had a significant impact on businesses around the world so I have had some grace on this. However, I made a purchase Dec. 9,2020 understanding the order may not arrive before Christmas. I had a question about my purchase. Called in, was on hold for an hour without reaching someone. During my hold time I chatted in and finally reached someone 20 min after initiating my chat. A month after making my purchase I still had not been notified my order had shipped. I tried chatting in, with no agent available. I sent in an email with no response for days. I emailed again to follow up. Still no response. Tried a live chat, still not agent available. My purchased was finally shipped a week after my first email and I was given the wrong item. Tried chatting in again now and no agent available. Been sitting on hold for 35 min now as I write this. I placed a big ol' order on this American-based site on December 2nd... and today, 12/26... Still no sign of my order and no update on why it ain't here yet.
I started callin' 'em up a week ago, every single day, to figure out why my order hadn't been shipped yet. Their online chat thingy was kinda helpful. The chat bot told me they upgraded my shipping to Expedited... but they didn't even create a label until Saturday, December 19th. They said it was gonna be shipped through FedEx, so I had a tiny bit of hope that it would arrive by the promised delivery date of 12/24. But dang it, Christmas Eve was too late for half of the gifts in that package. It might still work for the rest of the folks we were gonna see after Christmas, though.
Imagine my surprise when I woke up on December 26 and saw that there hadn't been any updates on the tracking since December 22. This American-based company should be able to get orders out way before Christmas, ya know? This delay in gettin' my order is just not cool. Can I blame the company instead of FedEx?
I get that there are delays with shipments and stuff 'cause of the plandemic... but they had my order for almost 3 weeks before they even sent it out for delivery. They should've taken into account the delivery company delays and shipped it sooner.
At this point, I reckon I'm just gonna go ahead and cancel the charges on my credit card. 'Cause if and when this package finally arrives, it's gonna be a real pain in the butt and useless since half the folks we were gonna give 'em to have already gone back home.
This company's got some real nice products... but they seriously need to get their act together. This is just not acceptable. I didn't even order any custom stuff.
