BrickHouse Security review: Company is a scam/fraud

This Company is a scam! The product arrives. I charged it per the instructions now I went ahead and charged my card for the subscription and this is where the scamming started. They take forever to send you a password so that you can sign on. After waiting a whole day, I went to sign on and guess what? An error message, it won’t let me. I tried all different Internet browsers, yet nothing. So I downloaded that app. That is even worse. That app is a scam. I wish I could attach the error message that it gives you. He it is transcribed:

“ That certificate For this service is invalid. You might be connecting to a server that is pretending to be locate.brick houseSecurity.com which could put your confidential information at risk.”

You can never log on. So i delete the app. I emailed them, no response. I called the customer service number and no one returned my call. Instead, they text my phone and said that they’ve attempted to reach me. LIES! When it’s all a lie. Every single time you call it says that they experiencing extreme busy processing time. So now I am minus what I spent for the device and they charge me $30 a month that’s the description I chose And I am unable to use it. This is an entire scam. I’m calling to get my money back!
