Effortless Optimization: My Review of Slimware Utilities' Cloud-Based Software
I gotta say, Slimware Utilities is the real deal. Their website is top-notch and their products are even better. I've downloaded and installed all of their software on multiple systems and let me tell you, it's been a breeze. The team at SWU really knows how to make things easy and user-friendly.
I also love how they're active on social media, especially Facebook. They recently held a contest where they gave away thumb drives and even gave out tee shirts to people who provided reviews for their new products. How cool is that?
And the best part? It's all provided through cloud technology, which means it's free for everyone. You can't beat that.
I'm not getting paid to write this, by the way. I just like to spread the word about good things when I find them. And let me tell you, Slimware Utilities is definitely a good thing.
So if you're looking for software that's easy to use and won't cost you a dime, give Slimware Utilities a try. Trust me, you won't regret it. And who knows, maybe you'll even get one of those sweet tee shirts like I did.
Review: My Experience with Slimware Utilities - Legit or Malicious?
I've been using Slimware Utilities for quite some time now and I must say, it's been a great experience. However, I recently installed McAfee on my computer and it identified Slimware as a potential malicious virus. This made me quite skeptical about the legitimacy of the software.
After removing Slimware from my computer and using McAfee exclusively, I noticed that my computer began to run very slow. I was quite frustrated and decided to give Slimware another chance. I called their customer support and the technician helped me reinstall the software. To my surprise, I immediately noticed an improvement in my computer's speed.
The technician tried to upsell me to subscribe to their technical support, which I may consider if I can confirm that the company is legitimate. I've seen all sorts of Internet comments warning against using Slimware, but I haven't experienced any issues with them.
I would love to hear from others who have experience with Slimware Utilities or can confirm their legitimacy. Despite the negative comments I've seen online, I've had a positive experience with the software and would recommend it to others.
Disappointing Experience with Slimware Utilities: A Review
I recently purchased the SlimWare package from slimwareutilities.com for $19.95. I was drawn to it because the ad claimed it could help me find and replace my android phone contacts, texts, photos, and more after I accidentally restored my phone to factory specs. I was removing it from a hard case and hit the wrong sequence of buttons.
I spoke with a representative for 70 minutes, and they spoke slowly, which was frustrating. They explained that I needed to update six drivers on my five-month-old desktop. After that, they told me I had to pay an additional $49.95 to have the tech department restore my phone.
I was disappointed to find out that the drivers fix did not work, as you can see in the attached picture. I felt like Slimware was just another scam outfit trying to get me to pay for more services.
Later, I discovered ways to restore my phone for free, but it will take some time to get all of my apps back in place and remember them all. The ad implied that I would have my phone back the way I had it set up before the accidental restore.
Overall, I would not recommend Slimware Utilities. Their customer service was slow and unhelpful, and their services did not work as advertised. It's better to find free alternatives or seek help elsewhere.
Disappointing Experience with Slimware Utilities: Pushy Salesman and Driver Issues
So, I had a few outdated drivers on my computer and decided to check out Slimware Utilities to see if they could help me out. I paid a little over ?20, which wasn't too bad, and then a guy sent me a link to remotely control my computer. He pasted a code into my license to update my drivers, but then he found a couple of issues that he said he could fix if I signed up for a plan. The plan was ?45 plus 20 a month, which was a bit steep for me, so I declined. The guy was pretty pushy, but I stuck to my guns and said goodbye.
After running the program and installing six drivers, I ran into a problem with one of them. It wouldn't install, and to make matters worse, it scrubbed my sound driver off my computer. When I tried to restore my computer to a previous point, all I got was a blue screen with the words "initializing, please wait." It was frustrating, to say the least, and I had to go to my computer's website to get my driver back.
Overall, I'm not too impressed with Slimware Utilities. While the initial cost wasn't too bad, the pushy salesman and the issues with the drivers left a bad taste in my mouth. I wonder how many people end up signing up for the plan just because the salesman was so convincing.
Warning: Avoid slimwareutilities.com for computer fixes - unprofessional and unreliable
This website, slimwareutilities.com, is not recommended for anyone looking to fix their computer problems. They are associated with driver update and fix cleaner, and their technical support staff is not helpful at all. They can be very rude and unprofessional, and they don't seem to know how to fix any issues. They are known for taking remote access to your computer and then leaving you stranded with even more problems than you started with. It's best to avoid these computer "experts" at all costs!
If you want to save your money and get your computer fixed properly, it's best to find a reputable company that can help you. These websites are not trustworthy and will only cause you more problems in the long run. You'll end up spending more money trying to fix the problems they create, so it's best to steer clear of them altogether.
If you've already had a bad experience with slimwareutilities.com or driverupdate.net, don't bother trying to contact them for help. They will never return your calls or emails, and the only way to get a refund is to raise a fuss with your bank. These companies are nothing but low-life scammers who cheat people out of their hard-earned money.
In conclusion, if you want to keep your computer running smoothly, it's best to avoid slimwareutilities.com and their associated websites. They are not reliable or trustworthy, and they will only cause you more problems in the long run. Find a reputable company that can help you with your computer issues, and you'll be much better off in the end.
Disappointing Experience with Slimware Utilities Tech Support - Would Not Recommend
I had a problem with my computer where it would suddenly show blue screen errors. I tried restarting it and it would work fine for the rest of the day. I decided to give my computer a tune-up and fix the issue. I found Slimware Utilities online and purchased their online tech support. The representative assured me that my computer would be up and running in a few hours.
However, my experience with Slimware was not good. I spoke to five different techs, all from another country, and it took close to two days to resolve the issue. Unfortunately, the blue screen errors got worse, and my computer screen became pixelated. It was difficult to even boot up my computer.
In the end, I had to buy a new computer and spend more money and time transferring files to an external hard drive. I called Slimware on 3/20/21 to request a refund, but the representative said they couldn't because of their 48-hour cancellation policy.
If I could give Slimware a zero-star rating, I would. My experience with them was frustrating and disappointing. I would not recommend their services to anyone.
Beware of Slimware/DriverUpdate: A Terrible Mistake to Download
So, I made a mistake and downloaded Slimware/DriverUpdate. I can't even remember what I was looking for, but somehow Slimware snuck in and I ended up downloading it instead of the software I wanted. It's a terrible way to do business, if you ask me. And to make matters worse, it's really hard to get rid of once it's on your computer. I tried uninstalling it, but that didn't work. I had to do some research to figure out how to remove it, and even then it took me two tries to get rid of it completely. Last week, I did a registry clean to get rid of anything with "slimware" in it, but today I got another pop-up from DriverUpdate telling me there was an error while updating drivers on my desktop computer. So today, I did another registry clean to get rid of anything with DriverUpdate in it. I'm not 100% sure that it will work, but I hope it does. It's really frustrating to deal with this kind of garbage.
Beware of Scammers: My Experience with a Fake Driver Update Service
My laptop was running slow and I kept getting a pop-up message saying that my driver was out of date and needed to be updated. Being not so tech-savvy, I thought it was something I had to do. So, I called the number provided on the pop-up. They told me that it would cost me $24.99 to update my driver. I paid the amount and also gave them access to my laptop. They then told me that there were a few things on my laptop that were very bad and must be removed. They offered me a package that cost $139.99, which also came along with their antivirus.
Two weeks after this, I went to do a scan and it was unresponsive. I contacted them and was told how to uninstall it and a link to download another. I did so, but it was still unresponsive. I gave them access to see what the problem was. They worked on it constantly, uninstalling and reinstalling it. This went on for two days. When I saw them download something to TWEEK WINDOWS, I put a stop to it and told them to just activate my windows firewall and that I would deal with it later.
They claimed that their server was down and that they would contact me when an update was available. However, I had to have Microsoft undo everything that they did to my PC, and it was a huge mess. I would advise people to stay away from these people. They are not trustworthy and will only cause more problems for you.
Unsatisfied with Slimware Utilities: A Review of Remote Access and Product Issues
On the 28th of May 2021, I had a major security breach on my home business computer. I was not happy with this and decided to make some changes. I purchased a new computer on June 9th and bought everything from Norton (lifelock). I upgraded McAfee before installing dozens of business and private apps on my new computer. Yesterday morning, Thursday, June 24th, I decided to purchase the "Slimware driver update app" to add another layer of security after what happened on May 28th.
I gave remote access to the tech, which made me feel uncomfortable. Once he had access and installed the driver software, he wanted to go further and said he could put me on a plan at a great rate. Even though I said "NO" politely half a dozen times, he persisted. Eventually, I just pushed the red X to shut his access down.
Twelve hours after their product was installed, my home network kept kicking out my new computer. This happened three times throughout the day. When I shut down my computer for the night, it displayed an error I had not seen before: "A BREAKING POINT ERROR." This morning, I explained what was happening and that I would like to remove their product from my computer and receive a refund. They responded with "for some reason, we cannot process a refund at this time." To remove their product, I would need to provide them with the access that I was unwilling to provide them 23 hours earlier. After the security on my computer is no longer operating, this is not something I am willing to do.
In conclusion, I would advise anyone reading this review to save themselves the trouble and not purchase this product from Slimware Utilities. The remote access and the issues I experienced with their product have left me feeling uneasy and unsatisfied.
Unleashing the Power of Creativity: A Review of 'The War of Art' by Steven Pressfield
Hi community members,
I was hoping to find a way to warn potential "Slimware Utilities" customers about a dirty little practice commonly used by this company. I was having a problem with my computer keyboard a few nights ago. I was offering a bit of tech support on a website that I spend a considerable amount of my spare time on when suddenly, my keyboard started misbehaving. The "shift" key, along with the "A" and the "1" were not working and so it became impossible to complete a sentence w/o "copy/pasting" those characters into the space where needed.
I restarted the computer and tried again but got more of the same. Then I had a notion that the problem was a result of a bad/corrupted/outdated software driver. I remembered seeing a product called, "Driver-Update" which claimed to be able to identify defective drivers, download and replace them with the latest version of the necessary driver. So I went online, googled "DriverUpdate.com" and found the link to download the product to bring my computer back up properly.
The price was $29.97 which seemed fine for a product that could save me time, identifying the driver, and then installing it for me. I hit the download button and watched the process carefully, being cautious not to allow/invite any "third party" component bundles on-board along with my new product software. That part went fine but after I paid for the "Registered license key", I noticed that the price had changed! What was supposed to be $29.97, was now $49.87! They had changed our agreement immediately after I submitted my credit card number to them. "HERE WE GO"... I exclaimed! I found a "REFUND REQUEST" chat box for 'Slimware Utilities' on their website and filled out a form. Being furious, I needed to regain my composure so I wouldn't attack the c/s rep on the other end of this support chat line; realizing that they wouldn't own the company... or delegate company policy. "This is what I wrote":
Notes: "Dear csr
I've just purchased your "Driver Update" software from your website for $29.97; or so I thought... When I received the licenses key/order numb, the price changed to $49.87... That's called "The Bait & switch" technique! Honest people/companies don't ever do that because that's exploitative to it's victims; God be
Merciful!"
"And here's their reply"...
"Hello,
Thank you for your email. We have processed your refund as per your email request.
Please allow up to 15 days for your credit card issuing bank to post this refund to your credit card statement. Or if you paid with PayPal please allow 24 to 48 hours for the funds to show in your PayPal account. If you are unable to locate your funds, please contact your credit card issuing bank directly for assistance.
If your credit card issuing bank is unable to locate the funds, please initiate a conference call with yourself, your bank, and SafeCart. We can be reached toll-free at 1-855-XXX-XXXX, Monday through Friday from 6AM - 5PM PST.
Thank you for using SafeCart. Sincerely, Lindsay"
My problem with this transaction wasn't the EXTRA $20 that they helped themselves to. My problem was that the reason for the extra money withdrawal was that they were going to automatically extend my agreement w/them into 2016... and all future extensions were to be debited automatically from my checking acct; no accountability there WHAT-SO-EVER! And they weren't even going to tell me that they had INDEPENDENTLY and UNILATERALLY decided to debit my bank account 'in whatever amount, denomination or frequency that they so chose.
So, you have ALL been warned about the company "SLIMWARE UTILITIES" and it's (at very least) shady/illegal business practices! "... So be careful"

Scam Alert: Slimware Utilities Failed to Deliver Driver Update, Demanding Refund
I shoulda known betta. I paid for Slimware Utilities and got a serial numbah to download the driver update. But it ain't workin'. The site keeps tryna get me to buy more stuff, like I ain't already paid enough. I had to call my credit card company to dispute the charge and I'm demandin' a refund. Ain't no way I'm workin' with this company again.
Disappointing Experience with Slimware Utilities: Failed Search and Refund Issues
I used Slimware Utilities to help me find a program that I lost. Their tech guys worked on it for two whole days, but unfortunately, they couldn't find it. I was pretty disappointed, and I've been trying to get a refund for over a month now. I've asked them several times, but so far, no luck.
Honestly, I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. They make it sound like they can solve all your problems, but in reality, they can't always deliver. It's important to be careful when you're considering using their services.
Warning: Slimware Utilities Caused Damage to My Laptop - Considering Legal Action
So, I had Slimware Utilities installed on my laptop for a while, but I eventually decided to cancel it. However, now my laptop isn't working properly and it's pretty obvious that something happened to it because of Slimware. I'm not sure what to do about it since a lot of things are closed right now, but I'm thinking about seeking legal action against this company. Honestly, I think they should be shut down for good. They're basically criminals.

Disappointing Experience with Slimware Utilities: Don't Waste Your Money on Their Technical Support
added.
I recently tried out Slimware Utilities and I gotta say, I was not impressed. At first, they seemed super friendly and helpful, but as soon as they charged my credit card, they disappeared faster than a cat in a room full of rocking chairs.
I had them do a remote session to optimize my laptop, but they didn't even bother doing any real work on it before disconnecting. And to make matters worse, my laptop is actually running worse than before they touched it. I mean, come on, isn't optimization supposed to make things better?
It's pretty clear to me that these guys are just in it for the money. They don't really care about providing any real technical support or adding any value to their service. It's a shame, really. I was hoping for a better experience, but I guess you can't always get what you pay for.
Overall, I would not recommend Slimware Utilities to anyone looking for reliable technical support. Save your money and find a company that actually cares about their customers.
Disappointing Experience with Slimware Utilities: Beware of Upselling Tactics and Poor Refund Policy
I should have done my usual research before I handed over $20 to Slimware Utilities to fix my outdated drivers. The customer service representatives were friendly at first, but as soon as they tried to sell me a more expensive package, their demeanor changed. I sent them an email demanding a refund, threatening to leave a negative review if they didn't comply. However, after reading other reviews, I'm not holding my breath for a refund. I'm relieved that I didn't buy anything else from this company.
Scam Alert: My Experience with Slimware Utilities - Don't Fall for Their Tricks
I had a real bad experience with Slimware Utilities. They talk real nice on the phone and make it seem like they can fix all your computer problems. But then they connect you to a closer who asks for $249 after you already paid $29.95 for the initial repair. It's real sneaky and they even cheer in the background when someone closes a sale. I could hear it on the phone. They're real smooth talkers and good at conning you. I found out they're based in India and they're ripping off Americans left and right. Don't waste your money on them.
Unethical Sales Tactics Used by Slimware Drivers Technician Jackson
So, I had this guy named Jackson help me out with Slimware drivers. He wanted to do it remotely, which was fine with me. But then he started saying that my computer NEEDED the premium service, which was an extra $49.97 on top of the $19.97 I already paid. I told him I couldn't afford it because I'm on a fixed income, but he kept badgering me about it. I said NO, but he was clearly very angry and just cut me off.
I cancelled the service the next day because I started to think it might be a scam. I mean, why would they try to force me to pay more money when I already paid for the basic service? It just didn't make sense to me.
I'm going to report this to the BBB and a few other resources because I don't want anyone else to fall for this. I hope I get my refund back in 7-10 days like they promised.
Disappointing Experience with Slimwareutilities.com's DriverUpdate Program
I bought driverupdate from slimwareutilities.com because my computer was having some issues. However, when I tried to install it, I got a message saying that my PC wasn't suitable for the program. I contacted support and they spent a long time trying to fix the issue. Eventually, they told me that the problem was with Windows Update and that I needed to let it finish updating. They said that once it was done, I should restart my computer and everything would be resolved.
After the updates finished, I restarted my computer and found that I had lost my network adapter driver in the process. I tried contacting support again, but they didn't offer any help. I had to resort to doing a Windows Restore, which miraculously gave me back my missing driver.
I'm not happy with the experience I had with slimwareutilities.com. I asked for a refund, but I'm not holding my breath. It's frustrating to spend money on a program that doesn't work and then have to deal with the aftermath of the problems it causes. I wouldn't recommend this website to anyone looking for driver updates.
Scam Alert: Slimware Utilities' Premium Support Service Fails to Deliver Promised Results and Refund
I recently purchased Slimware Utilities' Premium Support service and was promised a refund if I was not satisfied with the results. Unfortunately, I am extremely dissatisfied with the service I received. Instead of improving my computer's performance, it has actually gotten worse. Needless to say, I am extremely frustrated and disappointed. I immediately called to cancel the service and request a refund, but was told that billing was closed and that they would call me back at 8am. However, I never received a call and had to call them back myself around 9:45am. When I spoke to a representative, she informed me that I was not eligible for a refund. This is unacceptable. I was promised a refund if I was not satisfied with the service, and now I am being told that I cannot get my money back. This is a scam and I am extremely unhappy with the service I received. I did not see any improvement on my computer and I feel like I have been taken advantage of. I want my money back and I will not be using Slimware Utilities again.
Stay Away from Slimware Utilities: Privacy Concerns and Unwanted Installations
I recently stumbled upon Slimware Utilities and I have to say, it wasn't a pleasant experience. I already had driver update software installed on my computer, so I didn't need another one. But Slimware Utilities tried to sneak up on me and install itself anyway. Not cool.
To make matters worse, I found out that Slimware Utilities collects and sells my personal information without my consent. I never asked for this and I don't appreciate it. It's a waste of my time to have to figure all of this out.
And if you think that's bad, just wait until you read the fine print. Slimware Utilities actually asks for your permission to use, share, and sell your information. That's just wrong. And if you don't agree to their terms, some of their features may not work properly and could even cause problems.
Honestly, I don't need Slimware Utilities. I can update my own drivers with the built-in software that came with my Windows operating system. I paid for and purchased that software, so I don't need anything else. And to top it all off, I didn't even see any of this in their fine print.
Overall, I would not recommend Slimware Utilities to anyone. It's just not worth the hassle and potential privacy concerns. Stick with what you already have and avoid this software at all costs.
