I recently copped a dress from Brochu Walker's website for a whopping $300. I was super excited to try it on, but unfortunately, it didn't fit me quite right. So, I decided to return it the same day. However, when I received the dress back, Brochu Walker claimed that I had used it and refused to give me a refund. I was so disappointed and frustrated. I've never experienced anything like this before. It's a total fraud!

I recently purchased three 'Looker' cashmere sweaters from Brochu Walker's website. These sweaters are unique because they have a white georgette blouse attached underneath. I was excited to wear them to work and show off my new stylish wardrobe. However, my excitement quickly turned into disappointment when I sent them to two different high-end dry cleaners and they both came back with the white georgette blouse looking dull and gray.

I was devastated and immediately contacted Brochu Walker's customer service team. I expected them to help me remedy the problem since I paid a lot of money for these sweaters. However, to my surprise, they blamed the dry cleaners and refused to do anything to help me. I was left feeling frustrated and helpless.

To make matters worse, the dry cleaners also blamed the dye used on the sweaters for the problem. I was caught in the middle of a blame game and left with three sweaters that I can no longer wear to work. I even tried wearing them around the house, but they just didn't look the same.

I gotta say, I rented a Brochu Walker dress from Rent the Runway and it was pretty dope, so I decided to buy a dress and belt from them in February. The dress was a bit pricey, almost $300, but I thought it was worth it. The belt was also expensive, but it was nothing special. I loved the dress and wore it a few times, but on April 1, I was wearing it and reached for something. I heard ripping sounds on one side and then, a little later, on the other side, and saw that the fabric had shredded under the arms on both sides - not the seams but the actual fabric. It is a loose dress and there was no strain placed on the fabric. I was pretty bummed out, so I immediately reached out to their customer care and asked for a replacement dress, but I didn't get any response. I followed up a couple of days later and was told that "any damaged items must be reported within 48 hours of receiving your order. Brochu Walker is not responsible for wear and tear and any changes that occur to an item." I was pretty frustrated and asked to speak to someone about this situation, but I still didn't get any response.

Honestly, I'm pretty disappointed with Brochu Walker. I mean, the dress only lasted for 5 weeks and it was pretty expensive. I think the company should be embarrassed by their product and their failure to address quality issues. I really liked their stuff and their designs are nice, but I would definitely avoid this company at all costs. It's just not worth the money if their products are going to fall apart after a few wears.

So, I decided to give Brochu Walker a try and ordered a few items from their website. I kept a couple of things and returned the rest in a jiffy. I even emailed their customer service to start an exchange for a dress, as I needed a different size. But, boy oh boy, did things go south from there!

I received an email from their "customer care" team saying that they had received my return and were processing the refund to my credit card. But, two weeks later, I still hadn't received the refund or the exchange I requested. Instead, I got an email saying that two of the items I had returned were not in the same condition they were sent to me in and were therefore not eligible for a refund. They even sent me pictures of the items with white deodorant stains on them (which I don't even use!) and said they were returning them to me. Mind you, these items had been in their possession for two weeks!

I was shocked and appalled by their accusation. I had tried on all of the items at home, but I hadn't worn any of them. All the tags were still intact. I wrote an email to customer service and called them three times, requesting to speak with a manager, but they wouldn't return my call. I mean, seriously, what kind of customer service is that?

I do most of my shopping online, and I have never had an experience like this before. And, to make matters worse, I read reviews of this company and saw that they have pulled this same stunt with others! I am protesting the charges on my American Express and will never buy anything from them again.

It's a shame because the items I kept were lovely, but this experience has left a bad taste in my mouth. I am returning the two items they sent back to me, and I hope they get their act together and treat their customers with more respect in the future.
