I wanted to get some nice things to wear and so I went online to jpeterman.com. I ordered like 7 things for $330.55. But, oh man, it's been like 5 weeks now and I haven't gotten anything! I called them a bunch of times but they just keep making excuses. Like every time I call it's a different excuse! It's making me so mad! Like seriously, just send me my stuff or give me my money back, you know? It's like they don't even care about me or my order!
But anyway, I'm not taking this lying down. I'm disputing the charge with my credit card company. Like, maybe they'll actually get the job done, you know? Right now I'm on the phone with Peterman, and I've been on hold for forever now! Like seriously, they better not hang up on me or anything. 'Cause I'm not gonna stop until I get answers!

What kind of service is that? No replacements, no nothing? This whole experience left a bad taste in my mouth, and I won't be shopping here again.

I done spent pretty much close to $1000 for this wicked cool-looking Editor's Bag from JPeterman as a present for one of my dudes. He was stuck in an overseas place 'cause of that dang ol' covid mess and it took me awhile to get it over to him. When he finally got it in his hands, he was stoked outta his mind. He sported that thing around for only a week and the strap come flying off the bag! Not only that, but one of the clips on the front done busted right off! I wasn't even a bit surprised when I heard about it. Don't get me wrong, the leather on this thang was a sight to behold, but it was clear as day that they done messed up big time on the stitching and reinforcements. I was feeling major bummed about the whole dang thing. What made it even worse was when I reached out to JP's folks about it, they said they couldn't do nothing 'cause it was past the 90-day deadline. All they offered was a 30% discount on my next purchase. Are you kidding me?!? Why on earth would I wanna buy from them again if this is how they treat customers?
