Mixed Experiences with Miss Lola - Proceed with Caution
As someone who values trendy fashion finds, I recently explored Miss Lola for my wardrobe needs. The experience was a mix of highs and lows. While some customers praised the fast shipping and unique designs, others expressed disappointment in the quality and customer service. It's evident that Miss Lola offers a range of stylish options, but there are concerns about consistency and sizing accuracy. If you're considering a purchase, it might be wise to proceed with caution and manage your expectations accordingly.
Great small business!
Have shopped here several times and have never had any issues, they do sell out pretty fast but are very helpful in finding what you need or restocking soon! 10/10 would recommend especially. If yyou're on a budget!
Very Satisfied!
I have purchased 3 pairs of shoes from them on three different occasions. The items were delivered in a timely manner and the quality was amazing! I will definitely be ordering from them again!

Miss Lola Shoes: Cute but Low-Quality & Misleading Sizes
Alrighty, so I've gotta tell you about Miss Lola (misslola.com). I've actually made a couple of orders from them, once during the winter for some boots and once this summer for a pair of sandals. Now, lemme start by saying that their website is pretty darn good lookin' and the shoes they got on there? Ooooh wee, they look cute as heck! Buuut, once ya get em and slip em on, you start to notice a few things.
First off, the quality on these shoes is pretty cheap. Like, you can just tell by feelin' em that they ain't gonna last ya too long. And secondly, the sizing is all kinds of wonky. Most of the shoes run one or two sizes too small, which is a total bummer. And get this: some of the shoes even say a different name on em, like "Lemonade" or somethin'!
Now, I did a bit of investigatin', and I'm pretty sure that this company buys their shoes from some factory in China and then sells em on their site for, like, double or triple the price. I mean, if I'm gonna be spendin' my hard-earned cash on shoes, I wanna know that I'm gettin' somethin' worth it, ya know what I mean?
Honestly, I don't think I'm gonna be orderin' from Miss Lola again. If I'm in the market for some cheap shoes, I'm probably just gonna head over to Wish or somewhere like that where I can get the same exact pair for like $5.
Disappointing Experience with Miss Lola's: Shoes not True to Size and Shady Business Tactics
Okay, let me tell you about my experience with Miss Lola's website. So, I was so excited to finally treat myself to a new pair of shoes. I wear a size 8 in most shoes, but I read some reviews that these shoes run small, so I ordered a half size up, 8 1/2.
But when they arrived, boy was I disappointed. They were WAY too small. I swear they looked like they could fit my 10-year-old daughter who wears a kids size 3! I couldn't believe it.
So, I decided to return them and get my money back. But of course, it wasn't that easy. I had to pay $20 just to ship them back and they didn't even refund me for the original shipping cost. What a rip-off!
And to top it all off, when I reached out to their customer service team to ask why they falsely advertised the shoes as true to size when they clearly weren't, they just gave me some lame excuse about ordering from different vendors and not knowing the sizing. Ugh, talk about shady business tactics.
Overall, I was really disappointed with Miss Lola and won't be ordering from them again. If you're looking for shoes, I suggest doing your research and finding a more reliable brand. Save yourself the hassle and frustration.
Miss Lola Review: Cute Items, Nightmare Shipping & Customer Service
So I recently got myself some items from Miss Lola and boy oh boy, did I regret it. I mean, yeah, I got some cute stuff, but the shipping issue was a nightmare. I ordered five items and waited for a whole month without getting any updates about my order. At that point, I was already feeling kind of worried, you know what I mean?
So I decided to reach out to their support and after what seemed like a century, I finally got an answer. They told me they lost my package. Lost. MY. PACKAGE. I was fuming, I tell you. And to add salt to the wound, they only offered me a refund or store credit. I asked for both because it was their fault, but they only agreed to refund my money.
Now here's the kicker: they held my money for an entire MONTH, lost my package, and I had to be the one to reach out for updates. If I didn't do that, they probably would never have contacted me. And to top it off, now they want me to wait another week for my refund? What kind of customer service is that?
All in all, Miss Lola's products are okay, but if you're looking for a company that values their customers and doesn't mess up orders left and right, you might want to look elsewhere.
Miss Lola Booties: Cute but Terrible Quality
So, I decided to give Miss Lola a try and bought a pair of those cute booties that I've been eyeing for a while now. When I tried them on, they fit perfectly! I was so happy and excited to finally wear them to work.
Fast forward to a few weeks later, and I was at my job at a bank. As I was walking my customer to the door, my heel suddenly broke off! It was such an embarrassing moment, and to make it worse, all the customers were staring at me. I had to limp back to my desk in shame, and even had to change into my sandals.
Now, don't get me wrong, the shoes are cute, but the quality is just terrible. I couldn't believe that they couldn't even last me a month! It was such a disappointment, and I definitely wouldn't recommend them to anyone. In fact, I've heard other people complain about the quality as well. It's a shame, really, because I was really looking forward to wearing those booties again. But now, I guess I'll have to find a new pair from somewhere else.
Miss Lola Review: Cute Clothes, Terrible Service - A Customer's Frustration
So, I gotta say, my experience with Miss Lola (misslola.com) was kinda a hot mess. I ordered some stuff and ended up needing to return a few items. No big deal - I've done it plenty of times with other online stores. But with Miss Lola, it was a total headache.
First off, it took two weeks for them to even confirm they got my return. Like, what the heck? I messaged them on Instagram, hoping that would speed things up, and they finally responded. But even then, it took five more days before I heard any kind of update from them. And that was only because I messaged them again, getting pretty fed up at this point.
When they finally did get around to telling me my return had been processed, I was more than a little annoyed. I mean, it had been almost a month at that point! And to top it all off, they didn't even bother to email me like they were supposed to. I had to chase them down on social media just to get any kind of response.
Honestly, I'm pretty ticked off at this point. They still owe me money and I don't exactly have a lot of faith that they'll get it to me any time soon. If I have to take it to court to get what's rightfully mine, I will. It's the principle of the thing, yo.
So yeah, I wouldn't exactly recommend Miss Lola to anyone. Sure, their stuff might be cute, but the hassle and frustration of dealing with their customer service just isn't worth it.
Inconsistent Sizing and Costly Returns: My Miss Lola Review
Okay, so let me tell y'all about Miss Lola. I ordered a couple pairs of shoes but had a pretty inconsistent experience. Like, seriously, every shoe seemed to have a different brand and size. Not only that, but one of the shoes I thought was Miss Lola branded turned out to be something else entirely. It would have been nice to know that beforehand, ya know what I'm saying?
Luckily, the two pairs I did order ended up fitting okay. But, and this is a big but, they were completely different fits even though they were the same size. Like, what gives? And don't even get me started on the return policy. You have to pay to send things back. No free refunds around here, folks.
Plus, they seem to sell out of sizes real quick, which is a major bummer. Like, why even bother putting something up on the site if it's just gonna disappear like that?
The pink packaging was cute and all, don't get me wrong. But, let's be real, it's not enough for me to overlook all the other stuff. I would say it's not worth the stress to shop here. Save your time, your sanity, and probably your money by finding somewhere else with free returns. You deserve it, girl.
Disappointing Experience with Miss Lola: Shoes MIA for over 11 Days!
I'm so bummed out that I can't recommend Miss Lola right now. I was super stoked to have scored some stylish shoes on Black Friday, and I got an email saying they were shipped the very next day. But here I am, 11 long days later, and my shoes are still MIA. I even called up to see what's going on, and every time I get a different person who just feeds me a lie - telling me my shoes are with Ontrac already, when they're really not.
So I reached out to Ontrac myself, and they said that Miss Lola probably never sent my shoes to begin with! It's frustrating, because I just want to be able to pick them up myself or figure out another way to get them. But no, all I get is a runaround and no real help. I don't appreciate being treated like this; it's not cool.
Oh well, I guess I'll just have to wait and see when they finally do show up. I needed them for when I'm out of town, but now I'm just crossing my fingers and hoping someone can hold onto them for me until I'm back. It's just ridiculous that it took almost two weeks to even send my shoes out, let alone get them to me. There's gotta be better places to shop for shoes out there.
Terrible Customer Service and False Advertising by Miss Lola
So, I decided to give Miss Lola a try and bought a pair of heels that looked super cute on their website. But, when it arrived, I was super disappointed. The heels looked totally different in person and to top it off, they didn't even fit me properly! So, I decided to return them because why keep something that doesn't fit or look good, right?
But, when I tried to return the heels, Miss Lola's customer service was a huge letdown. They accused me of damaging the heels when I hadn't even worn them out! I mean, what kind of customer service does that?
To make matters worse, I had to pay for my own shipping to return the heels and I still haven't received a refund. I am so frustrated and disappointed with Miss Lola's customer service. I will never buy from them again and I highly recommend you find another store with better customer service.
To top it off, when I tried to call about this whole situation, the person on the other end of the line told me that they could only deal with this matter over email. Like, seriously? Why can't we just handle it over the phone?
All in all, Miss Lola's customer service needs a lot of improvement. I do not recommend shopping with them unless you want to deal with a headache and get accused of things you haven't even done.
Miss Lola Review: Hot Mess of a Purchase and Customer Service Experience
So, I tested out Miss Lola (misslola.com) and let me tell you, it was a bit of a hot mess. I was pretty excited to snag four pairs of shoes for under $80, all in size 7. However, my excitement quickly turned into frustration when I realized that one pair was too big and the others were too small. I mean, seriously?
The real kicker was when I tried to return the shoes for a larger size. Miss Lola doesn't provide return labels, which means I had to shell out $12.50 to ship them back. And then, to top it all off, my account mysteriously disappeared. I reached out to the customer service team, and they told me that they had to talk to their IT people. I never heard back from them regarding my account. When I asked about a refund, they told me that they'd give me a code to use that would be the amount I spent. Easy enough, right? Wrong.
By the time the site notified me that one pair of shoes were back in stock, I asked them for my code, but it was too late. Thirty minutes later, they were out of stock again. Over half the shoes (not just the ones I purchased) were either out of stock or had only a few sizes left. I waited for weeks for something to be back in stock, but nothing ever appeared. So, I finally had to request a refund.
I was pretty surprised when they said they wouldn't give me one until I cussed them out and asked whatever happened to customer service. Like what? I mean, come on. All I wanted was some shoes that fit and a decent customer service experience. Is that really so much to ask for?
In the end, I'd definitely recommend saving your time and money by shopping elsewhere. It's all cheap stuff from China that's marked up anyway. Instead, try SHEIN. They have good quality products, and I was able to return what didn't fit for a full refund without any issues. Trust me, it's not worth the headache to shop at Miss Lola.
Miss Lola Review: Overpriced, Dissatisfying Sizing, and Terrible Customer Service! Avoid!
Yo, I gotta tell you about my experience with Miss Lola - spoiler alert, it wasn't great. I mean, I ordered from their site not once, but twice and both times were a total letdown. First things first, their clothes are mad overpriced. Like, seriously - you can find the same stuff for cheaper on FashionNova or Laura's Boutique, so I don't get why anyone would pay their prices.
Now, I know Miss Lola is mainly a shoe site, so I figured I'd give them a chance and ordered three pairs of shoes. Two heels and one flat sandal, all in my size (8.5). The flat sandal was a total disaster - it was so tight I could barely get my foot inside and even my 7-year-old daughter's feet were too wide to fit. What kind of sizing even is that?! And the heels I ordered? Completely wrecked. They looked great online but when they arrived they were made of some cheap plastic/foam material and had big gashes all over. Plus, the top cloth part wasn't even properly finished.
Obviously I was furious, so I contacted customer service right away and sent them pictures of the mess that was my order. But get this - they told me I had to place a new order, pay for the shoe again AND pay for shipping the damage one back if I wanted a replacement. Like, what?! You sent me a completely busted product and now you want me to pay again? I wasn't down with that, so I told them so. Eventually they gave me an $8 credit for a new pair - yeah, you read that right. Eight dollars, when my damaged shoes were $30.
Anyway, I used that pathetic credit to buy a new pair of black heels, again in size 8.5. When they arrived, they were HUGE. Like, my mom wears a size 10 and they were even too big for her. I couldn't believe it. So I decided to sell them online instead of dealing with Miss Lola's BS again. Oh and get this - when I asked to return them, they told me I couldn't because I'd technically purchased them through the credit they gave me for their damaged shoes. Which, once again, were only worth $8.
In conclusion, I wouldn't recommend Miss Lola to anyone. Their prices are off the charts, their sizing is messed up and their customer service isn't exactly helpful. Save yourself the headache and shop elsewhere.
Miss Lola Complaints 11
If I could give 0 starts I would
I have ordered from this site two times and it was horrible each time. The clothing is overpriced, you can get a lot of the same clothes at FashionNova or Laura's Boutique for cheaper. I realize this is a shoe website, so the three orders I placed were for shoes. The first order I ordered 2 pairs, one heel and one flat sandal. I ordered the shoes in size 8.5 - my size. The flat sandal was a nightmare. It was so tight that I could barely stick my foot in it, I had my 7 year old daughter try and even her little tiny foot was too wide to fit the sandal. The heels that I ordered were completely damaged. They looked like good quality online but when they arrived they were made out of plastic/foam. They had big gashes out of the foam and the cloth material at the top was not even. I contacted customer service right away and provided images. I asked them if I could replace the shoe for one that isn't damaged - they said I would need to place a new order, pay for the shoe again, and pay for shipping for the damaged shoe. What?! They sent me damaged product and expect me to pay for it to be shipping back? I was furious! I was not going to do that process. So they said they would give me credit of $8 for a new pair. With that credit I bought another pair of shoes, size 8.5 again. They were black heels. When they arrived they were huge, my mom is a size 10 and they were even too big for her. Again I was so upset but I ended up selling those online through OfferUp - I was unable to return them since they said I already purchased those through a return - which I did not, they issued the credit for their damaged shoe. Which again was only $8 when my shoe that was damaged were $30.
Miss Lola: Hits and Misses - A Review of Sizing and Quality
Man, I was hella hype when I stumbled upon Miss Lola's site. I mean, most of the shoes that caught my eye were already out of stock in my size. But then I saw some other dope kicks that fit the bill. Sadly, when they arrived, they was all snug as a bug in a rug in my footsies. And the bummer part? They were all gone in other sizes, anyway! Dang, Miss Lola, you breakin' my heart like that!
I did also grab a dress that was just right sizing wise. But man, that dress be see-through like nobody's business. Like, I can't be out here lettin' all the goods be seen, ya know what I'm sayin'?
Overall, while I appreciate some of the fire pieces Miss Lola's got goin', it was a bit of a letdown with the sizing and material on some things. If they can work on that, they'll be lit like the Fourth of July, yo!
Warning: Miss Lola (misslola.com) is a Risky Business for International Orders - My Experience
Yo, listen up ppl! I gotta warn you about Miss Lola (misslola.com). If you're from a faraway land like me (NZ represent!), ordering from this site is a risky business. They either don't send your stuff or they deliver it to some randos in a different zip code. How do I know? Coz it happened to me, fam. And to top it off, their customer service ain't no better. I swear I was talkin' to robots or something. Ain't no way to get a human response. So save yourself the trouble and go shop elsewhere, cuz Miss Lola is not the one.

Miss Lola Review: Disappointing Sizes & Expensive Returns
So, I gave Miss Lola a try and ordered me some size 10 boots. But lemme tell ya, they were so small I thought I was trying on baby shoes. And to top it off, my homegirl who wears an 8 and a half could barely shove her foot in there. Ugh, what a bummer.
I decided to return them but y'all, I had to pay $17 to do so. Like what? No free returns? Ain't nobody got time for that. And honestly, I expected more from an online shoe store. If they can't get their sizes right, they should at least make returns free.
Overall, Miss Lola definitely didn't have me feeling like a queen, more like a jester with these tiny shoes and expensive returns. Not sure if I'll be giving them another shot, but for now, I'm gonna stick with my local shoe shop.
Miss Lola: Don't Waste Your Time or Money on This Sketchy Brand
Okay, okay, can I vent for a second about Miss Lola? Because let me tell you, my package and I had a real tough time trying to hook up. Long story short, that sucker never arrived. According to the tracking number, it was sent back due to a "wrong address" but I swear to you I gave them the correct one. So naturally, I reached out to customer service and let me just say, they were not the friendliest bunch. No sympathy, no empathy, nothin'. And get this-- when I proved it was their fault, they wanted me to pay more for shipping! Are you kidding me? Talk about being ripped off. So needless to say, I never got my package and Miss Lola and I will never be on good terms.
Miss Lola Shoes Review: Terrible Sizing and Customer Service
Umm, yeah, I gotta be real with y'all... Miss Lola ain't it. I bought three pairs of shoes, pretty excited to add some fresh kicks to my collection, ya know? The shipping was decent, can't lie about that. But when I tried on the shoes, I was ready to scream. Describing those shoes as "too small" would be the understatement of the century. I wear an 11 and I swear those shoes were made for a toddler. Only silver lining was that my daughter, who wears a 9, was able to snag them off me.
Now, I'm all for giving companies a chance to fix their mistakes. So I shoot an email to Miss Lola, explain my sizing confusion, and ask for their help. The reply I got back? "Just return them, girl." No apology, no offer to help me find shoes that might actually fit, not even a thanks for shopping with us. Just a cold, "Send 'em back or shut up."
The cherry on top of this whole mess was when I found out I had to pay for the return shipping. Like, seriously? They sent me shoes that don't even function as shoes and I gotta pay to send them back? Ridiculous.
Bottom line, ladies and gents: if you don't wanna deal with the headache of kiddy shoes and garbage customer service, skip Miss Lola and take your business elsewhere.
Miss Lola Shoe Review: Cute but Tricky Sizing, Costly Returns, and Limited Refunds
Hey folks, gotta say, Miss Lola's got some cute shoes, but watch out for the sizing! Sometimes they don't quite measure up (pun intended) and it's not always clear from the pics what you're getting. Plus, be prepared to fork over some cash to return shoes for an exchange - no freebies here. And on top of that, they only offer store credit. Not exactly what you want to hear when you're looking for a refund. On the customer service side, I gotta say, they're not always the friendliest bunch when you reach out with an issue. Overall, I'd say proceed with caution - the shoes are nice, but there are some drawbacks.
Disappointing Experience with Miss Lola: Missing Boots and Frustrating Customer Service
Hey there! So, I have to be honest, I had a pretty frustrating experience with Miss Lola. I was super excited to receive my three new pairs of boots, but unfortunately they never arrived. I reached out to their customer service and claims department right away, but it's been a total run around ever since.
To make things worse, they claimed that my package was delivered on a certain day, but I checked my security cameras and UPS never even stopped by my house. It's been weeks of back and forth with Miss Lola, and they still haven't offered to replace my boots or issue a refund.
I just think it's really not cool for a company to take people's money and not follow through with delivering their products. And on top of that, their customer service has been pretty frustrating to deal with. Every time I call, they just say they're "working on it," but nothing ever seems to get resolved.
I'm someone who really values good customer service and honesty from companies, so this experience has definitely left a bad taste in my mouth. I think if Miss Lola wants to keep customers happy and coming back, they need to step it up and start being more transparent and effective in their communication and problem-solving.
Thanks for listening to my rant, folks. I hope this helps someone out there avoid a similar situation.
Miss Lola Review: Terrible Customer Service & Late Cancellation
So, I got this pair of shoes from Miss Lola a while ago, you know, around December 2018 I think. I guess I was just really excited to get my hands on these shoes because I'm a huge fan of online shopping. But, let me tell you, it was quite the experience. First of all, my account was charged on December 16, two days after I placed the order. But, I kept worrying that they wouldn't arrive in time for my garden wedding on December 28 so I called them up a few times just to double-check.
Imagine my shock when I received an email on January 9, 2030 – yep, two years later – saying that my order had been cancelled! Can you believe it? Like, they couldn't even tell me that it wasn't going to happen any sooner than that. And on top of that, they said that I would have to wait for another five days before I could even get my money back. Like what?!
Just to sum up, Miss Lola was a totally awful experience. Their customer service was absolutely the worst. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone, not even as a joke.
Disappointed with Miss Lola: False Advertising, Small Sizes, and No Return Labels
Man, let me tell ya, I was hella disappointed with my order from Miss Lola. I thought I was gonna be killin' the shoe game with four new pairs, but all of 'em run way too small. Like, damn, if that ain't false advertising I don't know what is. And to make matters worse, they don't even give you a return label. So now I gotta fork out even more cash just to fix THEIR mistake. Like, come on Miss Lola, get it together. And get this, the shoes don't even have the Miss Lola label on 'em. I did some diggin' and found out they get their shoes from third-party retailers and then charge us double or even triple the price. Talk about a ripoff. Y'all better watch out for this company, they're shady AF.
Terrible Customer Service and Return Policy: My Misadventure with Miss Lola
So, let me tell you about my experience with Miss Lola. I was so excited to order a pair of heels for my birthday and finally decided on a pair that I loved. But when the package arrived, I was shocked to find that they had sent me the wrong order! The money had already been taken out of my account, so this was a huge problem.
When I reached out to Miss Lola to try and sort things out, they told me that I needed to return the wrong order before they could send me the correct one. But here's the thing - they didn't even provide me with a return label! I had to print one out on my own, which cost me an extra 17 bucks. Like, what?! It wasn't even my mistake and I had to pay extra for it? So frustrating.
Honestly, this whole ordeal left a really bad taste in my mouth. It's one thing to make a mistake, but to not provide a return label and make the customer pay for it is just plain irresponsible. And on top of that, they ruined my birthday! Needless to say, I won't be ordering from Miss Lola again.
