I have been taking my vehicles to Brooks-Huff in Hanover for several years. I have never had a bad experience there. Accommodating, affable, professional, knowledgeable, competent, fair, and thorough are a few of the words that accurately describe everyone in sales and service at Brooks-Huff. They have earned every star in this 5-star review.

Someone gave me 4 nearly new tires for my make of car. Went to Brooks-Huff - Shrewsbury, and the serviceman was good enough to take his time to go out & evaluate them, where he fd the tires didn't fit my model.. I remembered this helpful attitude when I needed my trailer tires replaced, and B-H displayed excellent service again, in addition to reasonable prices. I definitely recommend this shop.

I have been trusting our cars to Brooks and Huff in Shrewsbury, PA for at least 17 years. They get your car in quickly and have your car done when they state it will be done. They let you know what it will cost before they do the work and if something comes up differently they let you know. IÂ've never been disappointed with their work. They are professional and get the job done well. Front desk staff is always helpful and courteous. I highly recommend them.

Brooks Huff 1110 Carlisle St provides excellent fast service! They did a tire replacement quick 30-40 minutes and I was on my way! The location is convenient, and the staff pleasant. Pricing reasonable. IÂ'll be back to replace the others. Thanks again!

I called on Monday for an appointment and was able to get my oil change, tire rotation and 20 point inspection done the next day. The people were friendly and professional. The waiting area comfortable with chairs spaced at least 6' apart. I waited for about an hour.

On a trip to Hanover from another state, the bearing hub on my Silverado gave up and I had no idea where to take the truck. Not far in its broken state. I called several repair shops, and Brooks Huff gave me an estimate over the phone that was reasonable, and told me that they would order the part even before I dropped off the truck. Both Steves, the mechanic and the service provider were helpful and polite and made my experience as an out of towner a good one.

Brooks Huff Tire and Auto Centers damaged my car and will only fix it if they take over my lien. This is unfair. Good afternoon, my name is *** and I would like to know how to handle this situation that I am in. On 11/16, I went to Brooks Huff Tire and Auto Centers to get an oil change. In the process of bringing my car to me, one of their employees backed up into another parked car, caving my trunk all the way in. They did provide me with a loaner. Their insurance called me a week later stating that they have to total my car out. If that happens, I won't get anything because I have a lien on my car from a prior personal loan (***) I took out this year. The manager said they will repair my car, but they want the lien holder (***) to sign the check over to them so they can repair it. The lien holder stated "Absolutely not". So then Brooks Huff states they will take over the loan and I will have to pay them instead of one main $300 a month. So when the insurance company totals my car out, they will send the check to the lien holder and they will use that to fix my car. I don't want Brooks to be my lien holder, I just want them to fix my car because it's their fault I'm in this predicament. This is unfair because I just came to get an oil change. The owner, Todd Huff, was okay with me at first, but because I won't agree to their terms, they are being nasty, saying they are not going to come out of their pocket and pay for my car to get fixed. This is their employee's fault, not mine. My car was paid off. I shouldn't have to be forced to buy a car with a car payment when this wasn't my fault. I am also a regular customer with them. The managers at the store are being really nice, but the owners aren't. Please help me.
