I got some unexpected calls from a company called "Brothers Buy Homes" who wanted to buy my property. The person on the phone hadn't even seen my property but wanted more information to make an offer. They told me to talk to *** who was the "acquisition manager" for "Brothers Buy Homes." I asked *** for their do not call policy, but they didn't have it and told me to contact the marketing department. So, I called the marketing department and asked to be put on their do not call list and for a copy of their policy. "GHANDI" told me to go to brothersbuyhomes.com/remove and didn't do anything to add my number to the list. I was going to complain about their violation of the Do Not Call rules, but I couldn't find "Brothers Buy Homes" registered as a DBA or with the CA Secretary of State. Even though *** claims to be the owner/CEO of "Brothers Buy Homes" according to brothersbuyhomes.com/about-us/. It's against the rules to make a call without giving the real name of the company.
