Brown County Music Center review: We attended the Allman Betts Family Reunion concert on Nov 26th 2023.

When we arrived we pulled up to the entrance of the ADA lot. The attendant informed us the the lot was full and we would need to pay $10.00 and park in the regular lot even though we purchased handicap tickets. After paying him We asked where we could drop off before parking at the far end of the gravel lot. He said we could use the turn around in the front of the building. We proceeded to the turn around and another attendant stopped and said we couldn't use the turn around and we had to pay another $10.00 We basically ignored him proceeded to the turn around. While I was unloading my wife's ADA scooter another attendant started telling us that we would not be able to pick up at the same location but would have to pick up in the Handicap lot. After getting inside the venue we asked the attendant if they could show us our seats. He was reluctant and seemed confused but did show us our seats. One seat and one space for wheelchair ... The handicap seating in this venues is directly behind other seating so when someone stands up (they often do ay concerts) the handicap person no longer can view the stage. (Other music venues we have attended lately have elevated ADA sections.) Toward the end of the concert we decide to leave early because we were un sure where we could re load. I went to get the car and my wife was trying to find out how to get to the ADA lot attendants we not helpful so she just started down the sidewalk to get to the ADA lot. Another attendant tried to stop her but at this point we were just trying to get out. This venue seems to meet ADA regulations but are very unfriendly to ADA visitors. We came down to Brown County for the extended weekend just to see this concert. I am very disappointed. Forgot to mention the $9.00 small box of stale popcorn.
