I won an auction on October 19th for a pallets containing 29 vacuums, 1 rug and 3 gaming computer monitors. The condition stated in the ad was A and B , and according to their policy the items in that condition Grade A/B "Grade A/B can be member returns or unsold merchandise. Member Returns Its not uncommon for members to return unused merchandise to *** Even if the member hasnt used the item, if any portion of the packaging has been opened, it can not go back on the sales floor. This unused merchandise will be part of Grade A/B liquidation. It is also not uncommon for members to return merchandise to *** after it has been tried. Reasons for return include shipped in duplicate, buyer remorse, wrong size, color, damage during shipping, wrong item, didnt need, didnt work, missing part, or no reason given. After receiving from a warehouse, the *** Returns Depot conducts a visual screening, but does not test items before determining Grade. Expect that some percentage of items may be damaged, torn, missing parts, missing manuals, or otherwise incomplete/non-functional. Although not a general requirement for refund, most members do return items in the original box. Member Returns can include online purchases. Unsold Merchandise When inventory of an item or category of items becomes too small to mass out in typical *** displays, warehouses may liquidate this unsold merchandise. Usually this merchandise will be categorized as Grade A/B. "The total price for the pallet was $2412.23 (with shipping) plus $30 wire transfer fee. The estimated retail value was $10,855.I made a wire transfer on the day I won the auction. It took them 3 weeks to deliver the pallet. From October 19th it was delivered on November the 10th late in the afternoon. On the 11th after going through the contents, I contacted b-stock. There were 19 broken, and extremely dirty and stinky vacuums and a bunch of vacuum accessories (some loose, some in shopping bags)

For anyone out there here to decide whether or not to buy anything on B-Stock's website: DON'T. Just in case you dont' feel like reading all of this. I made payment(wired directly to B-Stock) for an order that was meant to be Women's Intimates and Sleepwear and ended up being random old t-shirts and half the box filled with $1 pantyhose for a total value not even up to 5% of what the description stated. After attempts trying to reach out to B-stock, they offered me $50 out of ~$400 stating that I would not succeed in a dispute even though the evidence was clear. Eventually, I reached one mediator(Trevor) who was obviously biased in favor of the seller(*** Liquidators) even with all the pictures of the crappy and useless inventory that I was sent and I was told to return the order to the seller in order to get my funds back. I said that I would take it in person in order to avoid wasting more money and HE told me to ship instead so that there would be confirmation. I'm based in *** and tried calling and taking the package back to the seller(***) 3 days in a row with no answer at their physical location or over the phone. Finally, I gave up and incurred additional costs by shipping the package Priority Mail like 3 blocks away. I sent the tracking info to B-Stock and the mediator(Trevor) confirmed(after I had to call them again) via email that although the tracking shows that the package has been delivered, he STILL has to call and WAIT for the seller to confirm before refunding my money. That was 2 weeks ago. Still don't have any updates or refund. The mediator(Trevor) knows that I couldn't reach the seller because I mentioned this to him and my guess is that he can't reach them either AND yet B-Stock is still withholding my funds. This whole ordeal has been a MONTH: no goods and no refunds of the money paid directly to B-Stock. This company is a whole SCAM and they really should be banned from conducting business the way that they do.Order #: SUP258217
