Groopdealz
I put an order in December 30 of 2020. I have tried emailing them several times. The email comes back. They are not receiving my emails for some reason. The order number is 3955978. I ordered 3 items. I even tried contacting the individual boutique but they are not available. Something is going on. I want my money back. I have filed a complaint with PayPal. I have also tried on the actually app and leaving many messages. They will not respond. The expected shipping date has past and gone. Dec 31st January 15th The boutique is Lucy and lyla. But it is through groopdealz that I purchased.

I have been trying to get an update on an August 8, 2020 order #3949600 for quite some time with no response. This particular item showed a expected ship date of August 9, 2020, however it is now January 4 and the order is still "being processed".
I would kindly like to cancel this order. I'm not sure what is happening, but I think the time line is a long enough time for an order to be processed and shipped.
I have contacted GroopDealz by email several times and no response. Matter of fact, those emails are now coming back as undeliverable. I used their website page contact system many times, no response. I also contacted Lucy & Lyla, the vendor, twice and no response.
I would like my money back now!

I placed an order for clothing for my granddaughter on September 18, 2020 in the amount of $100.40.. Transaction Number: 4M547886K9376103C: Invoice
Number: 3951903. I have emailed support@groopdealz.com and received no answer or response of any kind whatsoever. Do I need to seek legal means with this situation? I realize that the amount of money is not a lot to some people, but I have nearly 82 years old and it means a lot to me plus my granddaughter is quite disappointed. Please advise as to what my options are now, if any. I hate giving bad reviews for companies, but at this point, I must do something to either retrieve my money or receive the clothing ordered.

I placed an order back in September and the item was supposed to ship Oct 9, 2020. After that date had passed I tried to contact the support@groopdeaz email address and have not received a response. When I try to call the phone number it says "this number is not taking calls at this time". I am still receiving daily promotional emails and their website is still adding products daily, but from what I have read there a hundreds of customers paying for products they are not receiving and no response from the company what so ever. I would like a full refund or the product I paid for.
Have not received products
I have placed orders in the past with this company and all was great. I recently placed two orders one in August one in early September. I have not received the product but they took the money. When I check on the status still says processing. I have emailed them twice and no response. Order numbers are 3950763 and 3951386. Not very professional for not responding.
They just steal your money and don't send you the product you bought
I have had to call and "remind" them to send a few orders before, but these last two orders I placed have not been sent at all. I've emailed 6 times, left 3 feedback notes on their app, sent them a message via instagram and and facebook, tried calling their number that's no longer in service, and now finally leaving this review because I don't think there's anything else I can do. I also contacted lucy & lyla which both orders were for their products, and still no response. Two orders. I've begged for my money back through every avenue of trying to contact them and not one reply. Thiefs and scammers. Do not use this site!
Have not received several orders
I have emailed them, starting in Feb and beyond, left two voicemails. I have orders dating back to Jan 12 that I haven't received all of the items for. I have loved ordering from them. Their prices are great! I love the items. I'm SO disappointed. I need to either be refunded or the items need to be sent immediately.

Merchandise not received
I ordered a Christmas shirt on November 17 which was supposed to arrive by November 27 but it did not. I tried to contact Groupdealz by email but whenever I try there is a pop-up which will not allow me to gain access to the email form to send s.complaint to them. The Confirmation #CIMS-3917077-A283-IB6Z. I have countries to phone this company yet. Thank you for your assistance.

Non-payment
I sold through Groopdealz and hadn't gotten paid since April 2018 - over a year. After numerous attempts to contact them and being given the runaround, I filed a complaint on here and the BBB. They finally batched payment, but only paid me partially. I want to be paid in full the remaining balance they owe me so I can be done with this fraudulent company once and for all. At this point, if I don't receive the rest of my money then I will be reporting them to the Utah Division of Consumer Protection, as well as reporting them to local news outlets.

payment not received in over a year
As a seller on GroopDealz, I haven't been paid since April of 2018 - over a year. After sending numerous emails, I am always given the same excuses that accounting is handling it or that they are trying to get a new automatic payments system in place - which they've been saying since at least 2016. I'd like to be paid in full or I will be taking legal action. I don't advise anyone to conduct business with this company.

poor service/defective product
I responded to an email from groopdealz offering personalized dog tags. I don't remember how much the tags were vs how much I paid for shipping, but the total amount paid represented about $10 per tag. This is not a stunning deal. I just needed new tags for my dogs since I had moved and wanted to get that crossed off the "to do" list.
When 2 weeks passed and I had not received them I contacted groopdealz. They sent an email to the company and copied me. In the email they said that they would be tracking the response, and if the company did not respond within 48 hours they might issue a refund.
Frankly, I do not want or expect to have to spend much time tracking a $20 purchase. By the time I decided I needed to follow up, 10 days had passed. There had been no response from the company, and groopdealz had not followed up. I had just filed a dispute with Paypal when they came in the mail. So far so good until I looked closer at them and saw that the phone number on one of them had an extra digit. There are few things more useless than a dog tag with the wrong phone number.
Groopdealz says I inserted the extra digit on the order. That's valid. However, I ordered 2 tags, and one of them was correct. Basically, groopdealz' response is that the company cannot be expected to notice a customer error and check the info on file for the order, which would show the correct number, which was entered for the other tag. They will only offer a groopdealz credit. I don't plan to ever do business with them again, so that's not satisfactory to me.
The company that was offering the tags is called Le Chic Monograms and they are located in VA. I attempted contacting them directly and never received a response. Their site offers no other way to contact them but email. The reviews on their site are edited to only show the good ones.
I do not recommend Groopdealz. They are a Groupon wannabe who seems to want to trade on their name similarity to Groupon. Whatever you think of Groupon's deals, they are reliable, honest and responsive. Maybe someday I will finally learn to ALWAYS read reviews before purchasing anything online.

Horrible experience!
I have purchased several items from www.groopdealz.com online store and paid for my order. They took my money right away and two days later I received a strange email from them stating that my order was cancelled because my items were no longer available. I contacted them many times and asked about my money and they said that they already processed a refund! I called my bank and they said that GroopDealz was probably lying because there was no money transferred to my account. What a terrible company! Never buy anything from them!

Terrible order!! Worst shop!
I bought two dresses and a pair of shoes from GroopDealz and received only one item. When my package arrived and I opened I realized that dresses were missing. Second terrible thing was that shoes were not the ones I paid for. Shoes were incorrect and very small.
I contacted GroopDealz and instead of help and support I received only negative rude reply. I even sent them pictures but they still called me a liar and refused to do anything! I am a frequent online shopper and I buy everything online and must say that GroopDealz is one of the worst online stores ever! They stopped replying and I don't know what to do and where to seek help. I really want to get my money back.

I would not recommend this shady business to anyone! No matter who you are buyer or vendor I advice you to avoid GroopDealz! I was trying to sell something on this site and never received my money. I contacted them many times and everything was useless, they kept telling me I'll get my money soon. Days passed, then weeks and there was no sign of my money. I am very disappointed I did not read the reviews and fell for this scam! Beware!
Dress
I've ordered a cute summer dress from this website GroopDealz. When my dress finally arrived it was package in a cheap plastic bag. I opened the bag and was shocked when I saw my dress. Not only it looked nothing like pictures but it was also damaged and covered with stains! I wanted to return the dress and complaint to GroopDealz, but did not receive a reply. I left several reviews on various webpages and after that they finally contacted me and asked to erase all the reviews. I refused and said I'll do that after I get my money back. They did not reply. I'm very disappointed with this website, very dishonest company, I would not recommend it to anyone. Save your money!

I will never order anything from www.groopdealz.com ever again! They are real scammers and cheaters and they do not care about anything!
I have placed my order in May and received the incorrect one.
When I contacted GroopDealz customer service and asked for a refund they said that they don't do refunds. After weeks of arguing they finally agreed to give my money back. I shipped everything back and they promised I'll get my money within a week but nothing! It is already August and these people haven't refunded me yet! Scammers!

I'm extremely disappointed with GroopDealz!
I had a bad experience with GroopDealz and I'll never deal with them again. Placed an order and got an incorrect one. I spoke about that with one of their reps and they offered me a discount on my next order. I refused and said that I want only my money back. They said that refund was not possible.
I told them that I was a first time customer and after what had happened I was not planning to buy anything from them again. They apologized and said that it was their final decision.

They owe me money!
I made a big order and when I received it some items were missing. I went online and contacted GroopDealz support to ask about the missing items and their rep said that they'll see what they can do.
Later I was told that I haven't received some items because they were not in stock and they offered me a refund. I agreed and waited for my money but received nothing.
I also want to mention that when I paid I didn't get any confirmation and there was no tracking number provided.
These people make me angry and I'll make sure to tell everyone I know not to order from this seller. They still owe me money but it seems like they don't care.

They refused to help! I received the wrong items and needed some help but they said that it was not their responsibility! Ordered three items and my entire order was incorrect! GroopDealz was terrible, they pretended that everything was fine and made a fool out of me! They said that it was my fault and that probably I made an incorrect order! Are you kidding me? I'm not blind or something, I know what I've ordered and what I paid for! These people are beyond ridiculous!

Very unprofessional!
I have sold things on Groopdealz for years. But I'm quite disappointed with this website, because these people do not value their sellers, even if you've been with them for years. Payment is always late, sometime they send you the wrong payment. The time it takes to receive payment is not worth it. Groopdealz has started granting refunds for any purchase in question. Any liar can contact Groopdealz customer service and receive a refund at the sellers expense. It does not matter if you can verify that the item was shipped and delivered. This website is great when you want to buy something, but if you are a seller then better avoid this site.
