This company ain't fulfilling our warranty on our home. They did some work but left unsatisfactory damage to our home. They cut the counter tops wrong three different times and they keep swelling up with big lumps. At this point, they refused to correct this and refuse to answer my phone calls. They left my linoleum ripped and lumpy counter tops and cabinets that are coming apart. I made multiple phone calls and had no response except that they are busy. I got photos showing the damage. I sent them to them multiple times. I'm still under warranty, and they refuse to correct the issues.

We got a doublewide from Buccaneer Homes in Lumberton, Tx in June. It came 2 months later and a crew came 2 days later to put it together and tie it down. But after that, it's been a nightmare getting things done. They finally sent someone to fix the cracks, but we still have a 2 page list of things that need to be done and they say it's Buccaneer's job. We haven't moved in yet because the boardwalk is warped and needs to be replaced. I don't want my new furniture or bell hinges to be affected by the construction. It's been 4 months and we're still waiting on Buccaneer. They say they're backed up. We've been patient, but dealing with them has been terrible. They basically told us it's not their problem. Please help us!

Bad customer service. Product is bad. Construction is bad. No communication. Don't care. Product came 4 weeks late without fireplace. Water leaks everywhere. Insulation wet. Underpayment sagging. Mold in cabinets and between. Cabinets uneven with chips. Floors and walls bowing and uneven. Vent hood leaking in kitchen. Sheet rock cracked and not fixed. Leak in roof or vent in bathroom causing black mold on ceiling. Bought less than a year ago. Warranty department doesn't call back and doesn't care. Took my money and that's it. Service takes months to respond and seems like they don't want to fix warranty issues. Worst purchase ever!
