Seemingly deliberate undervaluing for what purpose?
They have a property of mine showing an EPC rating of E, when it is in fact D. It has been D for well over a year. This was pointed out to them numerous times and they refuse to correct their mistake, and in the process they appear to be attempting to undervalue my (and presumably many other people's) property. As a lot of people use their website and try to get an idea of property value from doing so, and as they appear to deliberately do nothing about their inaccuracies, I am happy to arrange group legal action for other people also affected. Just go on twitter with hashtag #ZooplaLegalAction and I will keep an eye out for you.
Recommendation: Avoid them and take legal action against them where necessary.

Zoopla's Valuations: Are They Reliable?
!
Zoopla is a website that helps people buy, sell, and rent properties. It's a popular site in the UK, but lately, people have been complaining about the accuracy of the valuations it provides. Some homeowners have been shocked to see how low Zoopla has valued their homes, and they're not happy about it.
If you go to the Trustpilot site, you'll see lots of negative reviews from people who feel that Zoopla's valuations are way off. Some people have even said that the valuations are so low that they're causing them financial hardship. It's not just homeowners who are upset, either. Some estate agents have also complained about the accuracy of Zoopla's valuations.
It's not clear why Zoopla's valuations are causing so much controversy. Some people think that the company is using outdated data or algorithms that don't take into account local market conditions. Others think that Zoopla is deliberately undervaluing properties to make them more attractive to buyers.
Whatever the reason, it's clear that Zoopla's credibility has taken a hit. If you're thinking of using the site to buy, sell, or rent a property, you might want to think twice. It's always a good idea to get a second opinion when it comes to property valuations, and Zoopla's valuations might not be as accurate as you think.
Overall, Zoopla is a useful site for anyone looking to buy, sell, or rent a property. But if you're relying on its valuations to make important financial decisions, you might want to be cautious. The site has a lot of negative reviews, and it's not clear whether its valuations are reliable.
Zoopla's Inconsistent Estimates: A Frustrating Experience
Zoopla, what's up with you guys? Why do you seem so clueless? The changes you've made aren't just a simple market correction. I've been keeping track of your estimates for the past three years and they keep changing. It's frustrating and I don't know why I bother with it.
But after some serious nagging, I finally managed to get the estimate closer to what I think it should be. So maybe I'll give you two stars now. But seriously, get your act together Zoopla.
Zoopla.co.uk Listing Leads to Letdown: Flatland-London.com Review
Yo, so I was checking out Zoopla.co.uk and came across this listing for a place in London on flatland-london.com. Let me tell you, it was a total letdown. I saw some nice flats on the website and decided to check them out in person. But when I got to their office on Gouchester Road, they tried to charge me 80 quid just for a list of flats. Like, seriously? I ain't paying that kind of money for something that might not even be legit. I ended up wasting a fiver and my precious time going there for nothing.
Honestly, Zoopla.co.uk needs to do a better job of vetting these listings. It's not fair to people like me who are just trying to find a decent place to live. I mean, I get that there are scammers out there, but come on. This is just ridiculous. I wouldn't recommend using Zoopla.co.uk if you're looking for a place to rent. Stick to other sites that have better quality listings and don't try to rip you off.

Zoopla's Misleading House Valuation: A Frustrating Experience
So, I went on Zoopla to check out the value of my house. I filled in their form and now they're saying my house is worth ?80,000 less than what I thought it was worth. I asked them to take the information off completely because it's misleading people who want to buy in my area. But they won't do it! It's so frustrating. I don't understand why they can't just update the value or take it down altogether. It's probably against the law to give out false information like that. I wouldn't trust these people if I were you. You'll be in for a shock if you do.
Zoopla's Valuation System Needs a Serious Overhaul
Yo Zoopla, gotta say your valuations are way off. My crib is valued at almost half the price of my neighbor's, even though we got the same digs. And I peeped that other pads in my block are also getting jacked up valuations. What's the deal, Zoopla? Your valuation system is whack. If I was trying to sell my place right now, I wouldn't even mess with any agent who's advertising on Zoopla because of these bogus valuations. Get it together, Zoopla.
Zoopla's House Valuation: Inaccurate and Unreliable Algorithm?
I gotta say, Zoopla ain't all that great. I mean, I don't even remember giving them permission to estimate my house's value. And when they did, they got it all wrong. Like, seriously wrong. My neighbor's house became uninhabitable and their price stayed the same, but mine went down by a whopping 60%. And when I asked them to fix it, they just blamed it on some algorithm. Like, come on, can't they see that their data input is all messed up? It's like they don't even care about regular folks like me who work hard for their homes.
Misleading and Unhelpful: My Experience with Zoopla's Property Valuation System
Zoopla is a site that I find to be very misleading and unhelpful. I think it should be removed because it doesn't offer a realistic guide to evaluation. I've had to go back and forth with them by email to inform them of this, and despite their assertions that you can 'revise' their estimations, the system cannot offer a realistic estimation regarding individual properties in the same road, sold in different years. It's really frustrating because I feel like I can't trust the information that I'm getting from this site.
I think that the website should be blown open for its startling inaccuracies. It's really disappointing that a site that is supposed to be helpful and informative can be so misleading. I think that people should be aware of the problems with Zoopla so that they can make informed decisions about whether or not to use it.
Overall, I would not recommend Zoopla to anyone looking for accurate information about property values. It's just not a reliable source of information, and I think that people should look elsewhere for the information that they need.
Zoopla's Algorithm is Unreliable: A Review of Property Valuation Accuracy
I gotta say, Zoopla ain't all that great. I mean, I bought my property for a steal of a price, but Zoopla's algorithm doesn't seem to take into account the fact that I put a lot of money into bringing it up to par with the rest of the area. So now, Zoopla's saying my place is only worth ?277K, when independent agents are valuing it at ?330-?340K. That's a pretty big difference, and it's not fair to buyers who rely too much on Zoopla's shaky calculations. I wouldn't trust Zoopla to give me an accurate picture of the property market.
Zoopla's Incompetence and Unreliability: My Experience and Frustrations
So, I gotta tell ya, Zoopla ain't all that. I had a problem with them and they were totally useless. But then, when I complained about it on their site, they actually responded! Can you believe it? They said they would check it out and try to fix it. I had to give them my info again, but at least they upped the price by ?4000. That's still ?4000 less than what they originally said, though. And then, get this, when they "looked into it," they actually lowered the price back down to what I complained about in the first place! Can you believe the nerve of these guys? Is there anyone out there who can help me with this mess?
Zoopla's Property Valuations: Inaccurate and Unreliable
I gotta say, I'm not too impressed with Zoopla's property valuations. I mean, I had my property valued by three different estate agents and they all said it was worth ?330,000 for probate reasons. But when I checked Zoopla's website, they had the nerve to say it was only worth around 315 grand. What gives, Zoopla?
Honestly, I don't think I can trust their website. I mean, if they can't even get the value of my property right, how can I rely on them to give me accurate valuations for other properties? It's like they're using some kind of wonky method to determine property value that's just way off the mark.
Overall, I wouldn't recommend using Zoopla's valuations to find out the true value of a property. Stick with the professionals, folks.
