They have a property of mine showing an EPC rating of E, when it is in fact D. It has been D for well over a year. This was pointed out to them numerous times and they refuse to correct their mistake, and in the process they appear to be attempting to undervalue my (and presumably many other people's) property. As a lot of people use their website and try to get an idea of property value from doing so, and as they appear to deliberately do nothing about their inaccuracies, I am happy to arrange group legal action for other people also affected. Yo, so I was checking out Zoopla.co.uk and came across this listing for a place in London on flatland-london.com. Let me tell you, it was a total letdown. I saw some nice flats on the website and decided to check them out in person. But when I got to their office on Gouchester Road, they tried to charge me 80 quid just for a list of flats. Like, seriously? I ain't paying that kind of money for something that might not even be legit. I ended up wasting a fiver and my precious time going there for nothing.

Honestly, Zoopla.co.uk needs to do a better job of vetting these listings. It's not fair to people like me who are just trying to find a decent place to live. I mean, I get that there are scammers out there, but come on. This is just ridiculous. I wouldn't recommend using Zoopla.co.uk if you're looking for a place to rent. Stick to other sites that have better quality listings and don't try to rip you off.

So, I went on Zoopla to check out the value of my house. I filled in their form and now they're saying my house is worth ?80,000 less than what I thought it was worth. I asked them to take the information off completely because it's misleading people who want to buy in my area. But they won't do it! It's so frustrating. I don't understand why they can't just update the value or take it down altogether. It's probably against the law to give out false information like that. I wouldn't trust these people if I were you. You'll be in for a shock if you do.

I gotta say, Zoopla ain't all that great. I mean, I bought my property for a steal of a price, but Zoopla's algorithm doesn't seem to take into account the fact that I put a lot of money into bringing it up to par with the rest of the area. So now, Zoopla's saying my place is only worth ?277K, when independent agents are valuing it at ?330-?340K. That's a pretty big difference, and it's not fair to buyers who rely too much on Zoopla's shaky calculations. I wouldn't trust Zoopla to give me an accurate picture of the property market.

So, I gotta tell ya, Zoopla ain't all that. I had a problem with them and they were totally useless. But then, when I complained about it on their site, they actually responded! Can you believe it? They said they would check it out and try to fix it. I had to give them my info again, but at least they upped the price by ?4000. That's still ?4000 less than what they originally said, though. And then, get this, when they "looked into it," they actually lowered the price back down to what I complained about in the first place! Can you believe the nerve of these guys? Is there anyone out there who can help me with this mess?

I gotta say, I'm not too impressed with Zoopla's property valuations. I mean, I had my property valued by three different estate agents and they all said it was worth ?330,000 for probate reasons. But when I checked Zoopla's website, they had the nerve to say it was only worth around 315 grand. What gives, Zoopla?

Honestly, I don't think I can trust their website. I mean, if they can't even get the value of my property right, how can I rely on them to give me accurate valuations for other properties? It's like they're using some kind of wonky method to determine property value that's just way off the mark.
