BuyBackWorld BuyBackWorld Review: Frustrating Experience Selling My 4G Smartphone

So, I was looking to sell my 4G smartphone and came across BuyBackWorld. I got a quote based on the model number and decided to submit a request for a kit to send it in. However, after submitting the request, I didn't receive any acknowledgement. I decided to contact their customer service, but unfortunately, they couldn't find my order. They asked me to re-submit, and then they told me that there were TWO orders. I was confused and frustrated, but they sent me TWO emails with TWO tracking numbers. I contacted customer service again, and they told me to use whichever tracking number I wanted.

Finally, they received my phone, but unfortunately, they said it was "different" and gave me a "revised" quote. I was not happy with the revised quote, and it took me days of arguing with them to finally accept their offer. After accepting their offer, I waited for an acknowledgement, but it took 3 days to receive one. Then, 3 days after that, I had to contact them again and threaten to file a complaint if I wasn't paid. Finally, I got paid within hours of that.

Overall, my experience with BuyBackWorld was frustrating and time-consuming. It took a lot of effort to get my phone sold, and I had to deal with multiple orders, revised quotes, and delayed payments. However, in the end, I did get paid, so I guess that's a positive. If you're looking to sell your phone, just be prepared for a potentially frustrating experience.

BuyBackWorld BuyBackWorld Review: Lack of Communication and Reduced Offer for Cracked Screen

I recently sent my phone to BuyBackWorld to sell it. I was excited to receive an offer of $120 for my phone. However, after waiting for 21 days, I received an email from BuyBackWorld stating that they had reduced my offer to $40. The reason they gave was that my phone had a cracked screen. This was surprising to me because I had mailed the phone using their mailing label in its original Apple box, and it did not have a cracked screen when I mailed it.

I tried to contact BuyBackWorld through their Chat service during their posted Chat hours, but I did not receive any response. I also sent an email to their customer support team, asking them to file a claim with the USPS if the phone arrived with a cracked screen. I explained that the phone was in perfect condition when I sent it, and I could not understand how it could have been damaged during shipping.

Unfortunately, I have not heard back from BuyBackWorld yet, and I am not feeling confident that I will hear from them before their deadline to accept or decline the offer by 6/3/19. I am disappointed with the lack of communication and customer service from BuyBackWorld. It seems like they are stalling until it's too late for me to do anything about it.

Overall, I would not recommend BuyBackWorld to anyone looking to sell their phone. The lack of communication and the reduction in the offer without any explanation or evidence of damage is concerning. I hope that BuyBackWorld will improve their customer service and communication in the future.

BuyBackWorld BuyBackWorld Review: Unreliable and Untrustworthy

I sent my device to BuyBackWorld over two weeks ago, and according to their website, they should have completed the inspection within two days of receiving it. However, my computer has not been inspected, updated, evaluated, or anything. The only communication I have received from them is a canned email response. I have been waiting for more than a week, and they finally sent me an email telling me that they would have my estimate and everything ready to go by the end of the day. But it turned out to be another lie, as I didn't hear from them the next day, nor have I heard from them since.

If you are considering sending your equipment to BuyBackWorld for evaluation, I would advise you to expect nothing in return. No money, not even your device sent back to you. It seems like they are either about to declare bankruptcy or they are just thieves.

I am extremely disappointed with the service I have received from BuyBackWorld. I trusted them to provide a fair evaluation of my device and to follow through with their promises, but they have failed to do so. I would not recommend this company to anyone, and I will be seeking other options for selling my devices in the future.

BuyBackWorld BuyBackWorld Review: Shady Business Practices and False Quotes

My experience with BuyBackWorld was absolutely terrible. I wouldn't even give them one star if I could. I was looking to sell my iPhone XR 128gb device, which was in perfect condition with no scratches or cracks. I received a quote for $177, which I thought was fair. However, when I sent in my phone, they claimed that it was an iPhone 6 and offered me only $10. I was shocked and refused the offer.

To make matters worse, they sent me the wrong phone back - an iPhone 6 instead of my iPhone XR. I was extremely frustrated and contacted their customer service to complain. After providing them with the IMEI number, they finally located my phone. However, they changed their offer to $80, claiming that there was a problem with the digitizer/touchscreen. This was completely untrue, as my phone was fully functional when I sent it in. I rejected their offer and returned the iPhone 6 they had sent me.

I am now waiting for my original phone to be returned to me. I have to say that BuyBackWorld's business practices are extremely shady and unprofessional. I would never do business with them again and strongly advise others to think twice before sending them their devices. It's a shame that companies like this exist, taking advantage of unsuspecting customers.

BuyBackWorld BuyBackWorld Review: Proceed with Caution

I recently had an experience with BuyBackWorld that left me feeling a bit wary. I decided to sell them my Moto E4, a phone with current specs, for a price of $15. Looking back, I realize that this was a ridiculous price, but I went ahead with the transaction anyway. I sent the phone in and they received it on September 10th, 2018. However, I didn't receive my payment until a month and a half later, on October 25th.

When I contacted them about the delay, they claimed that it was due to moving to a new location. While I understand that moving can be difficult, it's not my problem as a customer. If they couldn't fulfill their business obligations, they shouldn't have been accepting orders to buy or sell phones. I have to wonder how long it would've taken (if ever) to get payment if they hadn't seen one of my online reviews and replied to it.

Despite the delay, they did eventually complete the deal. However, I'm not sure if I would use their services again. Only time will tell if their time frames will improve once they've settled into their new location. It's possible that your experiences with BuyBackWorld may vary, but I would advise approaching this site with caution.

BuyBackWorld Disappointing Experience with BuyBackWorld: Lack of Communication and Reduced Value of Phone

I recently had an experience with BuyBackWorld that left me feeling frustrated and disappointed. I decided to send in my Samsung phone, hoping to get a decent amount of money for it. According to their website, I could expect to receive around $10 for it. I sent it in on September 3rd and waited patiently for a response.

However, as time went on, I began to grow concerned. I had not heard anything from BuyBackWorld, even though it had been over a month since they received my phone. On October 3rd, I decided to reach out and ask for a status update. I received a generic email in response, stating that they were upgrading their facilities and that I should expect a turnaround time of 20 days instead of the usual 2 days. I was frustrated, as 30 days had already passed since they received my phone.

Despite this setback, I continued to wait. Finally, on November 14th, I received a reply from BuyBackWorld. However, it was not the response I was hoping for. They claimed that my phone had a cracked LCD, which it did not when I sent it in. It was only scratched. They also stated that they were only willing to offer me 25 cents for it. I was shocked and disappointed.

To make matters worse, when I went back to their website to look up my phone, I discovered that they no longer accepted it. After waiting almost two and a half months, they decided they no longer wanted my phone and were now claiming that it was more damaged than when I sent it in.

Overall, my experience with BuyBackWorld was not a positive one. I was left feeling frustrated and disappointed with their lack of communication and their sudden change in the value of my phone. I would not recommend using their services in the future.

BuyBackWorld BuyBackWorld Review: Poor Inspection, Low Quote, and Shattered iPad Upon Return

I had a really bad experience with BuyBackWorld. I sent them my old iPad, which was in great condition. I used the packaging they sent me and even added some extra newspaper to make sure it was well protected. They were supposed to inspect it within 2-3 business days, but after 2 weeks, I still hadn't heard anything. I emailed customer service to ask about the status, and they told me that my item had failed inspection because of "heavy wear." They offered me a much lower quote than I was expecting, which I rejected. I asked them to return my item to me, and when I finally received it, it was completely shattered. The screen and housing were broken and splintered, like someone had hit it with a hammer. I think this damage happened in their warehouse, but they didn't take any responsibility for it. Overall, I was really disappointed with BuyBackWorld. They didn't do a good job of protecting my item during transit, and as a result, my perfectly good device was completely worthless.

BuyBackWorld Mixed Experience with BuyBackWorld: Read Carefully and Don't Expect Instant Payment

I gotta say, I had a bit of a mixed experience with BuyBackWorld. First off, make sure you read their website carefully before sending in your items. I sent in something that was in pretty good shape and got a revised offer that was decent. I accepted their offer, but before doing so, I got an email saying that the inspection turnaround time would be 10-15 days. Hold up, what? The website says two days! I was pretty annoyed when $70 was taken off my initial offer after I emailed them to ask about my merchandise.

Now I'm just waiting for payment. I chose the PayPal option because it's supposed to be quicker. All you need is a person's email address or PayPal ID to pay them using PayPal, which takes less than 10 seconds depending on how fast you type. So why is it taking two days for the payment to go through? It's supposed to be an instant transaction! I've emailed about payment and haven't gotten a response. The chat link is always offline and no one ever answers the phone number. I did get a pretty fast response on my first email, but nothing on the second one so far.

If you need cash fast, you might want to look into other options. Overall, my experience with BuyBackWorld was a bit frustrating. Just make sure you read everything carefully and don't expect lightning-fast payment.

I recently sold two Motorola cell phones to BuyBackWorld, hoping to make a little extra cash. My parents had never used the phones, so they were in pristine condition and still in their original boxes. I was excited to see what kind of offer I would receive from BuyBackWorld.

However, my excitement quickly turned to frustration when I received a small padded envelope for returning the phones. It was clear that only one of my boxed phones would fit in the envelope. I reached out to BuyBackWorld via email, and after several exchanges, they finally sent me a box that would fit both phones.

Despite this initial hiccup, I decided to go ahead and send the phones in. I was confident that I would receive a fair offer for my like-new devices. Unfortunately, that was not the case.

BuyBackWorld evaluated the phones and informed me that they displayed "light wear." I was shocked - the phones had never been used and were still encased in Spigen cases with the factory-applied thin film plastic sheet protector on the glass screen. There was no way they could have any wear and tear.

To make matters worse, BuyBackWorld reduced their initial offer to me due to this supposed "light wear." I rejected their offer and asked for my phones to be returned to me.

When the phones finally arrived back at my doorstep, I was disappointed to see that they had been shipped in a thin plastic unpadded envelope. The boxes were damaged due to the lack of any padding or protection. It was clear that BuyBackWorld did not care about the condition in which my phones were returned to me.

Overall, my experience with BuyBackWorld was extremely frustrating. It seems that their workforce is incompetent and their operating plan is sleazy. I would not recommend this service to anyone looking to sell their devices.

BuyBackWorld BuyBackWorld Review: Lowball Offer, False Claims, and Slow Payment Process

I sent in my iPhone 11 Pro to BuyBackWorld and I was honest about the condition of the phone. Unfortunately, I had dropped it and both the front and back were cracked. They quoted me $100 for the phone, even though it was broken. After they received the phone, they tried to lie to me and said that there was an activation lock on the phone. However, I knew that there wasn't because I owned the phone. They also claimed that Find My iPhone was still activated on the phone, even though I had turned it off before activating my iPhone 14. They argued with me for two days about the status of the phone until I sent screenshots debunking their claims. Finally, they admitted that I was correct and said that they would continue with the evaluation, which would take another 48 hours. At this point, they had already had my phone for three days.

After another two days, they sent me a final offer of $20 because they claimed that the phone would not hold a full charge. This was complete nonsense because the phone worked fine before I cracked the screen. A cracked screen has nothing to do with the battery status. I only accepted the offer because I was tired of going back and forth and I was out of town for the holidays and did not want the phone sent back to my home before I returned.

In short, I would not recommend using BuyBackWorld. They took five days to give me $20 for a phone that was worth well over $500. They try to lowball you and create issues that never existed. They also advertise receiving payment within 24 hours of receiving the device, but it took them five days to give me an offer. I will never use them again and I will write a review on any website I see to keep others from being scammed.

BuyBackWorld BuyBackWorld Review: Terrible Experience, Untrustworthy Company, Do Not Recommend

World. I had a terrible experience with them and would not recommend them to anyone. I sent in my Samsung Galaxy 21 in excellent condition, with all the necessary forms, books, and even the headset, all separately wrapped. I had purchased the phone with cash, but they claimed there was a lien on it, which caused their offer to drop suddenly. When I asked them to return the phone, I received it back in bubble wrap with not one accessory or even the box and charger. What good is it now?

I strongly advise against using this company for any buyback services. They do not seem to be trustworthy and may not provide the best customer service. It is important to do your research and find a reputable company that will treat you and your device with respect. Do not make the same mistake I did and trust BuyBackWorld.

BuyBackWorld BuyBackWorld Review: Frustrating Process and Low Offer for Electronics Sale

I recently had an experience with BuyBackWorld and unfortunately, it was not a positive one. I was looking to sell my graphics card and decided to give BuyBackWorld a try. I requested a shipping kit on December 13th, 2021 and waited patiently for it to arrive. However, after a month of waiting, I still had not received the kit. I decided to contact their customer service team to inquire about the delay and they were able to send me a new kit.

Throughout the process, I had to constantly email them to get updates on the status of my order. It was frustrating to have to constantly follow up with them, but I was determined to sell my graphics card and decided to stick with it.

When I finally received my quote, I was disappointed to see that the price had dropped significantly from the original quote. They claimed that my graphics card was "dirty" and therefore, they had to lower the price. However, I knew for a fact that my graphics card was not dirty at all. It was frustrating to see the price drop so significantly for something that was not even true.

I was only offered $40 for my graphics card, which was less than half of the original quote of $92. I was disappointed with the final offer and felt like I had wasted my time with BuyBackWorld. I know that a can of duster that costs only $3 could easily fix any dust issues, so I felt like the lowered price was not justified.

Overall, I would not recommend BuyBackWorld to anyone looking to sell their electronics. The process was frustrating and the final offer was significantly lower than the original quote. I would suggest looking for another company to sell your electronics to.

BuyBackWorld Disappointing Experience with BuyBackWorld: Lack of Communication and Customer Service

I recently sent my Apple Watch Series 1 to BuyBackWorld in hopes of getting some cash for it. The watch was in excellent condition, with no scratches on the face and fully functional with the power cord and power brick included. According to BuyBackWorld, they received my watch on 8/22, but as of 9/5/18, I still hadn't heard anything from them.

I tried reaching out to their customer service team via email, their non-working "chat" window (which only allowed me to leave a message), and even by phone (which took some digging to find). Unfortunately, I didn't receive any responses from them at all - just silence.

I'm not sure what's going on with my Apple Watch or why BuyBackWorld hasn't contacted me yet. It's frustrating to not have any updates or information about the status of my device. I hope that they will get back to me soon and provide some clarity on the situation.

Overall, my experience with BuyBackWorld has been disappointing so far. Their lack of communication and customer service is concerning, and I'm not sure if I would use their services again in the future.

I sent in two items to BuyBackWorld almost a month ago and I'm still waiting for payment. It's been a frustrating experience, to say the least. I've received a few emails with status updates, but they were too little, too late. I was told over a week ago that I would receive payment for one of the items in 2-3 business days, but that hasn't happened yet. I've tried reaching out to customer service, but they've stopped responding to my emails. It's disappointing to see a company with such poor business practices. I've sold electronics to other companies before and had much smoother experiences. I would definitely recommend avoiding BuyBackWorld.

BuyBackWorld BuyBackWorld: A Scam Company That Should Be Shut Down

I recently had a terrible experience with BuyBackWorld. I sent in my phone to sell and they did not honor the agreed upon price. Instead, they offered me less than half of what we had originally agreed upon. I was very disappointed and frustrated with this outcome.

When I rejected their counter offer and asked for my phone to be returned, they sent it back to me without the brand new original box, earphone, and power adapter. This was very upsetting as I had sent in my phone in perfect condition with all of its original accessories.

I cannot recommend this company to anyone. They do not deserve any stars, but I was forced to give them one in order to leave a review. I truly believe that this company should be shut down so that they cannot continue to scam and hurt people.

BuyBackWorld BuyBackWorld Review: Disappointing Experience with Low Offer, Delayed Return, and Lost Item

I gotta say, I wasn't too happy with my experience with BuyBackWorld. I mean, I get it, they're trying to make a profit, but their offer for my trade-in unit was way too low. So I declined and asked for my unit back. But then the company took forever to return it to me - like a whole month! And when it finally arrived, it was in terrible condition.

But that's not even the worst part. The carrier they used to return my unit lost it! And BuyBackWorld didn't do anything to help me out. All they did was say they were "sorry" about it. Like, come on, that's not good enough. As a customer, I expect a genuine apology and some kind of compensation for my lost item.

Honestly, I was really disappointed with how BuyBackWorld treated my return item. It's like they didn't care about it at all. And that's just not cool. So if you're thinking about using their service, I'd say proceed with caution.

BuyBackWorld BuyBackWorld's False Claim: Funds Directly to Vemno Account

We recently decided to sell our devices and chose BuyBackWorld as our go-to platform. We were excited to hear that they claimed to send the funds directly to our Vemno account. However, after waiting for a considerable amount of time, we realized that the funds were nowhere to be found. We contacted Vemno multiple times to inquire about the status of our funds, but to our dismay, they confirmed that BuyBackWorld had not attempted to send any funds to our Vemno business or personal account.

It is extremely disappointing to see a company with over 500 employees fail to fulfill their promises and obligations. We tried to contact them through the three phone numbers we found on the internet, but no one answered the phone. Every time we called, we were told that no one was available to take our call. This is not how a successful business should operate.

We are extremely dissatisfied with the service provided by BuyBackWorld. It is unacceptable to make false claims and not follow through with them. We hope that they will take this feedback seriously and improve their services to avoid disappointing their customers in the future.

BuyBackWorld BuyBackWorld Review: Slow Processing, Terrible Customer Service, and Missed Deadlines. Avoid at All Costs

I gotta say, I tried using BuyBackWorld and it was a real letdown. I mean, there are so many other services out there, why bother with these guys? First off, they're slow as molasses. I sent in a tablet over 2 months ago and they still haven't processed it. And don't even get me started on their customer service. It's email only, which is always a bad sign. I've reached out to them multiple times and they just keep giving me the runaround. They even missed a deadline they set for themselves! Can you believe that? And to top it all off, they haven't even sent me the amount they agreed to pay for the tablet. I'm so fed up with them that I had to file a complaint with the NYS Consumer Protection department. Save yourself the headache and just use another service. Trust me, it's not worth the aggravation.

BuyBackWorld BuyBackWorld Review: Terrible Service and Broken Promises

I sent my iPhone to BuyBackWorld on August 1st and received a message on August 6th that my package had been received. The following day, August 7th, I received another message that my package had been opened and inspected. However, it is now September 5th and I have not heard anything since. I have contacted customer service several times and each time I am told that the status will be updated in 2-3 business days. Unfortunately, those days come and go without any updates.

I wish I had read the reviews before selling my iPhone to BuyBackWorld. The service is terrible and they do not keep their promises regarding turn-around times. I strongly advise against selling anything to this company.

I have cancelled my sell and requested that my item be returned to me. I am now waiting to see if they will follow through on this request. Overall, my experience with BuyBackWorld has been extremely disappointing and frustrating.

BuyBackWorld BuyBackWorld's Dishonesty and Unreliability: My Experience

So, I decided to give BuyBackWorld a try and sent in my ZTE Warp Elite Boost Mobile phone. It was in perfect condition, without even a scratch on the LCD screen. However, to my surprise, I received an email from BuyBackWorld stating that the phone's LCD screen had burns in it. I was shocked and disappointed because I knew it was a horrid lie. I don't know what's going on with this company, but it's not right.

I read reviews before sending my device off, and unfortunately, this seems to be a frequent occurrence. It's not fair that customers are being treated this way. I don't even care about the money I would have received at this point. All I know is that BuyBackWorld has permanently lost my service and respect. I would have never sent my device off to them if I had known this was going to happen.

It's frustrating to see a company that claims to be trustworthy and reliable treat their customers this way. I hope they take this feedback seriously and make the necessary changes to improve their services. Until then, I will be taking my business elsewhere.
