Don't trust this travel agency! If you are an OFW in the Uk, don't book your flights with this company. I've had enough of them. I booked my flight in January but Im flying out in May for my daughter's debut in the Philippines. I booked with them because I thought that their prices are OK. The agent was good on the phone nad she took my payment and said that my tickets should be arriving within the week. her name is Divine by the way. So the following, I was expecting that my tiickets will arrive but when Friday came (I was expecting my tickets to arrive on Wednesday but I gave them a grace period), there was none. I thought that maybe it has nothing to do from their end, maybe its the post (because I chose to have my tickets by post rather than email because I don't trust that system). Finally, I called them on saturday and asked about my tickets and divine said that they already mailed the tickets but I said that I haven't received it yet! They said that they'd send it again and I sad OK, i should be expecting it next week again. I also asked if they can send the email version as well just to see if my tickets are really ok. I was expecting the email instantly but the whole saturday, it did not arrive. This is just PURE POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THEY ARE SUCH LIARS! BYAHE PINOY IS A LIAR! Im not really good with computers but i can send an email, how can they not do that?! I tried calling them the whole day to follow up with my tickets but I can't reach them.. Tsk tsk. Id like to think that they were avoiding me. SO much for professionalism BYAHE PINOY! The following week, i already had my doubts so tried calling Cathay Pacific to confirm if I was really booked with them and GUESS WHAT?! Cathay Pacific said that I was not booked with them! I assumed that maybe because I dont have a tracking number thats why they couldnt find me. I told the girl from cathay pacific that the travel agency havent sent me anything. And she said that I better talk it out with the travel agency. So I did the whole week but the people from Byahe Pinoy just kept on passing me from one person to another. I first talked to Divine and she passed me to their manager John but he wasnt able to solve my problem and he passed me back to divine! DO THESE PEOPLE EVEN KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING?!

I was aggravated by my situation and April came but I still havent received anything from them. No tickets in my mail or in my email! By this time, I started to panic and I already contacted my lawyer and my sister in law who works in the Philippine Embassy in London. I asked her if there is any way that I can file a complain about them and too check their business dealings in the Philippines. Through her, I found out that THEY WERE ACTUALLY ILLEGALLY OPERATING IN THE PHLIPPINES! SHE TOLD ME THAT THEY WERE NOT ACTUALLY REGISTERED IN BIR, ETC. and that their office is alreasy closed in makati. So where are these people located then? I double check nyo muna bago kayo mag book sa kanila.

I told my lawyer here in UK to call them already or else, if they dont give my tickets asap, I will sue them. I also asked my SIL to call them up and threaten. Apparently, thats what they needed. ASAP, they gave my ticket right away... for me, this action confirmed our research. Its like they are really hiding something. So next time, please check i they are really a registered travel company. Earning money here is hard so i dont want it to go to waste.

Dear Ma'am,

Thank you for your feedback. At present, I am handling the social media for Byahe Pinoy. I would appreciate you contacting me personally so that I may be able to understand your concerns fully. At this stage, I do not find it beneficial to address or indeed air your concerns using such an open forum. Particularly as you are mentioning individual members of staff and our current working arrangements.

In order for us to fully understand the issue, please could you email me with full details, I believe it is only right and fair that Byahe Pinoy have the opportunity to be able to respond appropriately diba?

Maraming salamat po

Malcolm

I booked my flight with them and they took my payment 9weeks ago -October.. flying in a week -22nd Dec. I have been chasing them for weeks! As of today the 14th Dec, I still have not receive my ticket from Byahe Pinoy / 360 Travel Guide Ltd.

I have been advised by one of the (filipino) agent in their office they are waiting for my ticket to be released by their ticketing department. I am doing them a favor and given a grace period to sort my ticket out ASAP but I have already informed my solicitor regarding my situation if this agency will fail the legal contract as per on their website.
Travellers watch out this travel agency!

Thank you all for your feedback. Right now, we have been facing a number of issues due to a scheduling change of the Etihad/Philippine Airlines routing from Abu Dhabi to Manila and vica versa.

We are working on a solution with the handling agents as we speak, to try and accommodate those passengers who have been affected by this issue. Incidentally and not by anyway an excuse, passengers booked with other travel agencies around the country have also faced similar issues with their bookings. This is partly due to the limited capacity of Philippine Airlines flights over the festive period.

We are working to address these issues and will respond personally to those passengers affected, in the meantime, please feel free to get in touch with us personally as this would be a more effective way of contacting us than posting an this open board which is not monitored by Byahe Pinoy.

Thanks very much for your understanding

Dec.17 2013..Went to the airport by taxi (taxi cost me £120) from Waterlooville to Heathrow airport. My 3 y/o daughter is travelling with me. We left the house at 2;00 pm just to avoid stress on travelling. We arrived at the airport more or less 3;30pm. Were in the queue before 4 pm ...and to my dismay...the check in counter staff said ...I have no booking...I was shocked, hurt and broke down in tears. I booked and paid July palang for Dec.flight . Mental distress inabot ko and could not stop crying in front of my 3 y/o daughter..sobrang awa ko sa sitwasyon naming mag ina sa airport.

Byahe Pinoy/ 360 travel Group Ltd..Your negligence caused me Mental distress..

Mga Kababayan...Pls. email nyo nga po ako...( rena_deguzman2004@yahoo.com)... kung ano mabuti kong gawin.
I have spoken to some of my friends and they said that I have the rights to sue these travel agencybecause everything about my booking is in breach of the law and particularly the "Supply of goods and services act 1982. I am quite prepared to take the matter to the county court under the small claims procedure...Pero wait ko padin po mga suggestions galing sa inyo...thanks!

Dear Ma'am

Thank you for taking the time to leave this feedback. We are very much aware of this situation. As I know you are aware, we spent a great deal of time on the phone to both Philippine airlines in Manila and to the Etihad staff at Heathrow trying to sort out this problem. We did not cancel your flight, your flight was cancelled by Etihad. Your outbound flight had 2 sectors, London to Abu Dhabi and Abu Dhabi to Manila. Due to a scheduling change, your stopover ended up being more than 8 hours, as a result, your flight from London to Abu Dhabi was cancelled. We looked at your booking, the status of it was changed from HK1 to HKX, we were not aware of this until you called us from the airport.

There were many passengers affected by a schedule change by Etihad airways as part of their code share agreement with Philippine Airlines. Many travel agencies across the UK were also affected and there were some passengers booked through other travel agencies who originally booked to travel before Christmas ended up missing Christmas as a result.

Thankfully after our phone calls to Etihad ground staff who were very very helpful, they were able to allow you and your daughter to travel to Abu Dhabi as standby passengers even though your airline booking had been cancelled.

Even with this, I am very sorry to hear about all of this and would like to apologise for the inconvenience. You are welcome to email me at mc@360tg.co.uk. You can also call me on my direct line at [protected].

Maraming salamat po

Kind regards

Byahe Pinoy is a scam. They are operating illegally in Manila. I went to the address listed on their site and they are not there. Beware!

Thank you for your email. We do have a call centre in the Philippines, in fact I have been there myself on 2 visits. Byahe Pinoy is certainly not a scam. We are officially registered in the United Kingdom and have just moved to a new office in Canary Wharf. Our Manila address is no longer listed on our website however. We have relocated from the office you visited. That was the reason why your visit to your office in the Philippines proved unsuccessful. If you wish to meet our Manila team, please do email me at mc@360tg.co.uk so I can arrange.

You are also welcome to actually come and visit us here (You can drop by for lunch if you wish!). We also have a Byahe Pinoy team here at our office in London. The address of our London office is also on our website:

www.byahepinoy.com

We are also properly regulated here in the UK, I would like to understand the reason why you have accused us of being a scam when we are in fact a legitimate business with many many satisfied clients.

Thanks and regards
