Worst experience.
My name is Praveen Kota, and I have booked a ticket from Tirupati to Hyderabad on August 19, 2024, at 7:55 AM with SpiceJet through Flight Mojo. On August 11, I contacted Flight Mojo to inquire about flight cancellation policies and ended the call after obtaining the information I needed.
Following this, I received numerous calls from Flight Mojo agents repeatedly asking if I wanted to cancel my ticket. I clearly stated each time that I did not want to cancel, as there would be no refund due to it being a group ticket. Each agent acknowledged my decision. I have received about six to seven such calls, and I recorded all of them. Additionally, I have emails from the agents requesting cancellation, to which I did not respond because I did not want to cancel my ticket.
Today, on August 13, 2024, at 11:10 PM, I was informed via a call from Flight Mojo that my ticket had been canceled. I was completely shocked and asked the agent how this could happen without my consent. The agent apologized, saying, "Sorry sir, I don't know how this happened, but we will give you a refund." When I requested to speak with a supervisor, I was told that the supplier had canceled it and nothing could be done on their end.
I have an important meeting in Hyderabad at my office , and the sudden cancellation of my ticket without my consent is unacceptable. I urgently request that immediate action be taken to resolve this issue, either by reinstating my ticket or providing a new ticket at the current price for the same flight and date.
Recommendation: Never call to customer care for inquires. they will cancel the ticket with our consent or permission and say sorry for inconvenience . apart from this the agents will not help us with any other alternates,
Fraud alert
I booked 3 tickets on a flight through their portal and got a PNR based on the same.
When I tried to do a web check in, with the said PNR, I was surprised to know that my flight was rescheduled to some other time, without any intimation to me, and I could not board the said flight.
On enquiring further, I got to know that the said flight has been cancelled.
Due to this unfortunate incident, I had to book a new flight, with escalated prices since it was last minute.
Since the cancellation was not initiated by Me, I was eligible for 100% refund of my amount. Wrote to them on Emails, X, Calls everything but no reply whatsoever. After sending continuous reminders, i get a mail saying that the relevant team is working on it. It has been more than a month today and i still await my money.
There is absolutely no reply on the complain and they have been buying time by making excuses about coordinating with the airlines. Checked with the airlines and they said they have already processed the same and the refund will be done by the booking agency, which is Flights Mojo.
Must say a horrible experiences and looks like a total scam/fraud alert for all travelers looking to book tickets online.
Beware !
Recommendation: Do Not Use "Flights Mojo"
Scam!!
This company is definitely a scam. I booked 2 tickets for a total of around $400. I received the confirmation email, and then shortly after received a phone call stating that price is actually no longer available (after I'd already received the confirmation) and that I now needed to pay $800 and owed them more money. I told them that is double the price and to cancel my order. Next day I get a phone call saying I needed to confirm my flight details and when I said I wanted to cancel, I was told I owed them a cancellation fee. I said I had paid insurance to cancel, which they denied. I told them I had proof in my confirmation email, and then they conceded but still said I owed a fee.
Upon further research I found this is a scam and left a negative review. Immediately I received a phone call from the company asking me to take down the review, and they would waive the cancellation fee (which I already paid in my initial purchase!). The person was insistent and rude, and tried to pressure me. I ultimately hung up.
Tonight at 8pm I received a phone call from the company. Since it was late and I recognized the number, I did not answer. They then called 4 times back to back, without leaving a voicemail. I have a feeling they will be calling me again... Definitely a bait and switch scam.
Flights Mojo saved us money and hassle on family trip to North Carolina
I went on a trip to visit my folks before the whole lockdown thing happened. I got my wife and kids some tickets through Flights Mojo and they hooked us up with a sweet deal that saved us a ton of cash. It was super easy to talk to them and get everything sorted out. The whole process was smooth as butter and we had a blast in North Carolina.
scam alert! avoid them before you regret
They booked my flight from Vancouver to Nashville and gave me a booking confirmation with a tiny text within the email stating the ticket was pending. Ever since they kept sending me emails to call them, and when I called they said the airline does not have any seats available.
When I checked the airline website, seats were available so they lied. They then gave me a super long connection through Texas, a much longer flight, and a one-stop connection which was available at a much lower rate at the time of booking. Since the airfares changes every other minute, they knew that I would end up paying a lot more if I decide to cancel them and buy a new one closer to my planned travel dates. They are a scam, please avoid them.
They exploited my position as I had already booked my travel, hotel, etc. based on their initial booking confirmation four days ago.
Hey i actually booked a flight with them yesterday and I got a confirmation with my etickets and everything, as soon as I got my tickets I checked the airline to see if my tickets were actually there and the airline said yes that everything was fine. But now I keep looking at reviews and is making kinda scared lol because I didn’t really have a bad experience so far but everyone else did?
Do not use this company
Do not use this company. They are fraudulent! We tried to re book a flight after Covid and they said my flight info has been purged! They are crooks and we lost $ 750.00.
WORST COMPANY EVER!
WORST COMPANY EVER! The rate we were quoted "was not available" and could we call to discuss another fair. Apparently this is the MO. Such a bait and switch move. Will never ever recommend them or use them. Even contacted the NY AG regarding them.
Beware, this company is a scam
Beware, this company is a scam. They charge you an exorbitant amount of money (about twice the price of the regular ticket) when you have to change you flight. Worse than that they give out your credit card information to a third party without you consent. If there would be 0 stars, I would put 0.

SCAM,SCAM,SCAM!
SCAM,SCAM,SCAM! DON'T USE THESE CROOKS. THEY CHARGE DOUBLE THE PRICE FOR YOUR AIRLINE TICKET. I ASKED FOR A REFUND BECAUSE THE COUNTRY HAD SHUT DOWN FOR COVID. THE AMERICAN AIRLINE REFUNDED MY MONEY BUT THEY REFUNDED IT BACK TO MOJO FLIGHTS. I PAID 968.60 THEY ONLY PAID BACK 461.40 THEY REFUNDED IT BACK TO MOJO FLIGHTS on 2 different credit cards which was not mine back in OCTOBER HERE IT IS DECEMBER AND I STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED A DIME THESE PEOPLE ARE CROOKS. GOD SAY VENGEANCE IS MINE.
Made a reservation and the company never sent airlines the money
Made a reservation and the company never sent airlines the money. Called company and someone I talked to made it seem like it was my fault! Told him that American Airlines said they did not ticket my flight. Should of been done within an hour after me paying online. Called and some with an accent was ruled and hung up. After I hung up received an email that my flight was canceled by this company! Horrible company! This never happened to me before booking a flight. This company should be shut down. They are a scam

Worst experience
Worst experience. Gave us an e credit for $1556 for a flight we could not take in 2020 due to covid-19. When trying to book a new flight in 2021 they increased United airlines price by $1556. So basically there is no credit. They just try to make you feel like there is one, but your actually paying full price. This place should have a class action lawsuit against them. I really just want an airline voucher or money back at this point, as I would never want to give this company my business again. Totally a scam they pocketed peoples money and are getting away with it.
Avoid them at ALL costs
Avoid them at ALL costs. Crooks. Initial booking was easy, flight was canceled to tho covid-19. Rebooking cost me more than the original ticket. Tried to talk to a manager was put on hold for over two hours, stayed on that line and called from another phone and was lied to and told the manager had just picked up my first call. Never was able to talk to a manager despite promise to receive a call back. Finally bit the bullet and payed $900 on top of my $800 credit and was booked with two layovers. My partner just booked his ticket through AAA trying to get into the same plane. The agent there was shocked that mine had been booked the way it was, most expensive inconvenient way for it to have been done. He gets there for $1100 with one layover. In retrospect should have kissed the original $800 good bye and booked with my partner.
I booked a flight with this company March and due to covid the flight was cancelled
I booked a flight with this company March and due to covid the flight was cancelled. The flight was with air Canada and since air Canada decided to offer full refunds to all customers who booked during a certain period due to cancellations I've been emailing this company everyday since then and they keep giving me the same answers "that they are waiting on the air lines to process the refund " however I spoke to air Canada and there's no such thing of Waiting almost 2 months for a refund! To top it off they are even charging me to process a refund for something a service I've never used! I really just want to be done dealing with these people and want my refund back so unprofessional of them to Take this long to process refunds for people who urgently need the money more then ever during these times. Please everyone be aware of this company.
DON'T BOOK A FLIGHT THROUGH THIS COMPANY!
DON'T BOOK A FLIGHT THROUGH THIS COMPANY! The negative reviews are true! I made the mistake of not doing my research beforehand and can sadly say I have experienced the same negative results as everyone else. The company uses the bait and switch model as previous individuals have said. The company even goes as far as actually booking a flight and sending you a confirmation to seem "legitimate". They will then cancel the flight and tell you it's because of changes with the Airline. I contacted the airline and they informed me that no changes had been made to the flight and that someone had cancelled my flight. I have had to cancel my debit card and report it as fraud with my bank account to get my money back. I have reported the company to the Federal Trade Commission, The Nevada General Attorney and i'm attempting to get the website removed. I hope no one else has to go through this.
I realize this is an old post, but I needed to add to this
I realize this is an old post, but I needed to add to this... UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES should anyone ever use Flights Mojo. It may not be a complete scam, but they are woefully unqualified to handle something as simple as a round trip ticket. If you need to call support, you will get the feeling you are speaking to some random guy, standing around in his underwear, working out of his home. The "agent" assigned to your account (who is the only person able to speak about your account) is perpetually on another line and can't currently come to the phone. Even if your booking is processed and confirmed, for no reason whatsoever (and no explanation given) it could be canceled several weeks later. Lastly, to add even more fuel to the flames, on your travel itinerary, the gender of each passenger *** listed, Male = 1 and Female = 2. Which caused my wife to go ballistic, even though she picked this agency to begin with. I can't stress this enough, DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE.
HORRIBLE Business
HORRIBLE Business...They are scammers, try to charge me to change my flights (an up charge of $400+ during Corona Virus crisis.), when the Airlines was waiving fees. Then they stated that I could not re-book my tickets until after April 30 after telling them I would re book now. They then told me I had to pay 150.00 for all 3 tickets to change. I told them to cancel and I would pay the cancellation fees, because the tickets were way less than I paid for them originally. They stated that I could not cancel them. I spoke to Supervisor and then they stated I would only have to pay $100.00. They never sent me confirmation of my new tickets. They still charged my CC company. I called American Airlines and they did it all for free. I also found out that they only paid 98.00 for each ticket. I paid over $800 for three tickets. They charged my credit card $100.00, thank goodness my CC company credited my request. They are big time scammers...If it is too good to be true, it is! They should be shut down!
Scammers - bait and switch!
Scammers - bait and switch! They advertise low rates and then call and try and sell you something else after you enter all of your information and book online. After a couple of unsuccessful attempts booking through their website (which always seemed to be the cheapest) and no luck finding more competitive fares elsewhere for the round trip flight we were planning, I called, spoke to a rep, explained my concern and was assured that I was purchasing actual tickets for the exact flight I wanted and I'd receive confirmation from the airline in the next few days. Some time later I realized my card hadn't been charged and I never received the email so I called Flights Mojo and was told the transaction has been canceled because the airline canceled a flight. When I tried to keep the leg of the flight that hadn't been canceled, they tried to charge me as much as the whole round trip itinerary. So here I am, days before my scheduled vacation with no airfare and everything has skyrocketed since the original tickets were booked. Absolute scam. Avoid them at all costs.
This is by far my worst experience booking a flight I've ever had
This is by far my worst experience booking a flight I've ever had. We booked the flight and were just notified a that United can now not fulfill the request. I received a call from a "John ***" who could not understand English to the extent to have more then a basic conversation. I then explained to him that I booked this flight in an effort to see my grandmother one last time before she passes away. He then said he could offer me a deal but because of the language disconnect I could not fully hear it and all he stated was there would now be a stop when my initial flight was non stop which I am not happy with. Furthermore I asked for a supervisor or manager and he said no one would be available until 3PM EST because all managers and supervisors are in a meeting and he doesn't have the authority to interrupt. I then ask to talk to another standard customer service in an effort to have a clearer conversation and he placed me on hold before hanging up. I then called back 2 times and was hung up on both times. I then on the 3rd try reached the voicemail and I am waiting for a call back. This is absurd and a terrible way to conduct business.

Flights booking agency
I booked a flight on 21 November 2023. And a pdf popped up saying the booking is not confirmed but the amount was debited.
The customer calls is a fraud system which doesn’t help.
Luckily someone received one call. And said yes I will check and then never called back. Also the pdf said if the booking is not confirmed the money will be refunded within 30mins.
What fraudsters these are!

Airline refunded my ticket to Flights Mojo who won't return my money
The airline refunded my ticket to Flights Mojo, yet they're refusing to return the funds to me. Amid the pandemic, I couldn't predict the travel chaos when buying my daughter's ticket in February. After speaking with Thea from customer service at the airline on Thursday 4/9, they processed a refund due to numerous flight alterations. The uncertainty of the pandemic's duration and Flights Mojo's future business viability raises concerns. The airline's willingness to refund suggests Flights Mojo should follow suit. Working in healthcare, I face daily exposure risks, and we're living through unprecedented times with flights canceled and mandatory quarantines for travelers from high-risk areas. My daughter is apprehensive about future air travel safety. This unforeseen situation led to the airline issuing a refund to a dubious agent, who now refuses to return my money. Their inability to assure ongoing operations means they're effectively keeping my funds captive, with a risk of losing them if they fail. I demand my rightful refund.

On or around August 10, I purchased two tickets through Flightsmojo for travel with Delta Airlines from Indianapolis to Orlando, including a layover in Atlanta. The flight segment from Atlanta to Orlando was so delayed that I ended up renting a car to complete my journey. Delta agreed to provide an electronic refund for my tickets. I requested a refund in cash, to which they consented. However, when I received the refund confirmation, I noticed they had refunded my money to a credit card ending in 1018. Since I do not possess a card with that number, I reached out to Delta Customer Service. They explained that because my flight was booked via Flightsmojo, the refund was likely processed to a credit card that Flightsmojo had on file. I am seeking the return of my $572.80. I have supplied Flightsmojo with my booking details, ticket IDs, and refund confirmations, yet they have not issued my refund. The only responses I have received are email notifications stating that my request is under review, or they advise me to contact their customer service at [protected]. Unfortunately, calling this number at any time results in a message indicating that I have called outside of their office hours. This situation is becoming exceedingly frustrating.
I booked 2 tickets to Florida through them for my son and his girlfriend on March 30th, 2022. I used my credit card. In June, while on vacation, my card was denied for a purchase. I checked my card account and found 4 fraudulent charges. I canceled my card and let my card company know. One of the fraudulent orders was actually delivered to my home address. I called the company to let them know I did not order the items and find out how to return the items and get my money back. While talking to the representative she stated my email address for the order as my son's girlfriends email address. I then put two and two together and realized that someone got my card number and mailing address, but my son's girlfriends email from my buying the plane tickets from Flight Mojo. I need help getting my money refunded. There are 4 charges that were fraudulent totalling $419.94
On Friday, June 17th, I purchased an airline ticket on Flightsmojo.com. A flight to Honolulu, Hi from Fort Lauderdale, Fl, for July 21, 2022. After booking, I realized the dates were incorrect, so I sent them an email in order to either cancel or modify the flight the same day. No response. I waited until the claimed office hours, only to be greeted with the same dry robot tone that I was calling after hours. I called up to 10 times after 11:45 EST. The office hours online say 11:00, and the recording said 11:30. At this point, I just want my money back if they aren't going to contact me back to change the dates. After contacting the airline directly, the representative could not even find my flight even after being given the flight numbers and pictures of the confirmation email. I would love to be able to reschedule my flight to a closer date. If not, I just would love to receive my funds back in order to book elsewhere. I am reaching out in hopes of resolving this issue.
Purchased flight tickets for an incorrect date and called immediately to ask to cancel the purchase immediately. They refused and said I had to reschedule my flight. After I kept complaining they finally agreed to cancel and said there would be a $75 cancelation fee. I am worried they have my personal information now and my credit card number is not safe.
Very slow, in accurate, misleading response to my cancellation and refund request of our booked plane ticket
Very slow, in accurate, misleading response to my cancellation and refund request of our booked plane ticket. February 26-The flight PNR R6YNNI was confirmed. July 19 Departure from *** Airport to ***. *** to ***. Returning Flight September 18 from *** to ***. Then *** to ***. April 3 I started requested for a cancellation of my ticket. Attached are the copy of my emails and their responses. They are giving me same reason that the airline has not confirmed cancellation of the trip. They asked me to check on them at a later date. For several times I ask my ticket to be cancelled. But I did not receive a definite answer from them. Our flight is in less than a week, but I still have no definite answer from this company if my ticket will be refunded. My husband who was in the same departure flight, booked with a different company got his refund in April . I recently called PAL on July 11 to confirm if our ticket is applicable for a refund, the customer representative named Gian said yes but the agency has to request a refund. I called *** ticketing office, ask them for assistance. Unfortunately I cannot request a refund for myself. This made me realize that they have not been honest with their responses. They have been stalling, delaying the the process. I cannot do anything on my part to cancel my ticket to the airline. Please help me urge this company to refund my ticket for I have waited too long for them, only to know that they did not do their part.

I reserved a flight to Miami with flightsmojo on the 15th of February, received a confirmation on the 16th and booked a hotel. The hotel had a 72hr cancelation policy, so the window would expire the night of the 16th. On the 17th flightsmojo informed me that they overbooked my flight and delta would not honor the previously confirmed ticket. I immediately attempted to cancel the hotel by both contacting the 3rd party booking agency and the property. They informed me that they have a strict refund policy and would only refund $80 of the $260 and it should be the responsibility of the airline agency to compensate me. I attempted to contact flightsmojo and was placed on hold for 2 hours. After explaining the situation, I was told they would require me to speak with management pertaining to my request. They patched me over to someone else who immediately hung up on me. When I called back, I was only on hold for 10 min before I was directed to contact the hotel. The hotel is insistent that the responsibility falls on flightsmojo and I agree as it was neither my nor the hotel's fault for the cancelation. Any assistance would be appreciated. Thank you
Booked flights from New York to Cancun through FlightsMojo last year. Received a callback that the option was no longer available at the stated price, but Main Cabin was available for an additional 100 USD per person. I agreed and paid 493 USD per person for four people. When December arrived, I had to cancel due to Covid. FlightsMojo confirmed we had a 493 USD credit per person to be used in accordance with the airline's policy and rules. I attempted to rebook multiple times, but they can never match the rates I find elsewhere, always quoting around 125 USD higher than the rates on other websites. The excuse is that it's a different route, different period, different class, and so on. I have used airline credit before; it is an amount of money you can apply towards another flight with the sole restriction being the expiration date. So, I'm left wondering, FlightsMojo, when you called back to say the rate was no longer available, was that a fabrication to have me pay extra fees? Your excuses when I try to rebook simply do not add up.
Flight Mojo refused to reimburse me for a returned flight between Montreal and Helsinki, Finland. The flight was cancelled due to Covid-related issues. They issued me a credit of 1156 dollars. Over the past three weeks, I have spoken with Peter four times, Ema more than fifteen times, and supervisor Mike twice in an attempt to book a return flight from Montreal to Paris. Sometimes, they direct me to another party, which in turn insists that I should speak with Flight Mojo. They never initiate a callback. Each time I reach out again, they request my patience. Occasionally, they disconnect the call, forcing me to dial them once more. No progress has been made. I am scheduled to fly in four days, on April 22nd. They have been giving me the runaround all this time. As a senior, I am at a loss to understand their rationale for treating me this way. If I am not booked by tomorrow, I demand a full refund of my money.
I purchased two tickets through Flights Mojo in November for a trip in July . Due to Covid, the trip was cancelled. I contacted Flights Mojo multiple times due to being hung up on and being on hold for extended periods. After several phone conversations and emails, during which Flights Mojo seemed uncertain about their procedures amidst the pandemic, I was eventually issued a credit.
When the airline announced they were offering full refunds for eligible flights, including mine, I reached out to Flights Mojo again. It took several attempts to get someone on the line. They promised to look into the matter and call me back. After much back and forth, I was informed that the airline was not providing refunds. The credit I received was set to expire in June 2022. As travel restrictions eased, I tried to use this credit to book new flights. Unfortunately, Flights Mojo did not have any flights that matched my schedule or desired destinations. I requested an extension on the credit, fully aware that a refund was unlikely, but my request was denied.
Throughout the numerous calls I made, I received conflicting information. One representative would say the airline sets the rules, while another would claim Flights Mojo determines the policies. The lack of consistency was frustrating. It became clear that the company has been incredibly difficult to work with, demonstrating unfair practices at a time when other travel companies and airlines have shown flexibility. Now, after reading other reviews, I realize that my complaint and experience are far from unique.
I bought 3 tickets for a vacation last February 26, with booking ID NQ47JD.
I bought 3 tickets for a vacation last February 26, with booking ID NQ47JD. However, due to COVID, our flight was canceled. I reached out to the travel agency about the cancellation and was informed that a refund was being processed. In July , they claimed to have requested a refund. By January , they advised me to wait until the end of April for my refund. When April ended, I still hadn't received it. The agency was unable to provide a clear answer on when I would get my refund. Seeking assistance, I contacted the airline directly, only to learn that my ticket details were for another carrier. After calling the correct airline, I discovered that the agency had indeed requested a refund on July 17, with a turnaround of five billing cycles. Despite this, no funds were returned to my credit card. I've been misled multiple times by agents claiming the refund was processed, but no money has been received. The agency keeps blaming the supplier, and there's been no progress on my refund. I requested to speak with a supervisor and was promised a callback, which never happened. They've left me with the option to pursue legal action.

We had a cruise scheduled for March 1921. Because of Covid our cruise was canceled whereas we then had to also cancel our flight. We booked our flight with flight mojo. When I canceled our flight we were given a credit of $1043. We have tried using this credit and it has been impossible. I've tried using our credit for another trip and first they had added on more money and that was not OK with me they then told me I had to book with the airline and the airline disagreed because I booked with flight mojo. So I've got the runaround with them and no resolutions. All we want is our money back. I have called them several times and they have hung up on me I have emailed them several times and have not heard back According to the DOT, any plans with flights or cruises where to be reimbursed fully considering it is not the customers fault but that of COVID 19. I hope we can come to some resolution and considering I have tried that with them already we just want our money back. Thank you very much. Kathy K
Was told that I will be unable to receive CREDIT for a flight that I was unable to fly. Not a refund etc just a PARTIAL credit. Judging from their other complaints they have a history of refusing to issue refunds or credits to people for things they paid for. Dissatisfied
I purchased airline tickets in January for April . After the COVID outbreak my trip was cancelled and I was given a credit with an expiration of March 2022. After calling multiple times in November, I was hung up on several times after speaking with an Agent and another time told I couldn't rebook a flight for February 2022 until January 2022 even though the flights were available on the Flights Mojo website ( I have a screenshot of the available flights). Now that I have rebooked my flights with the same airline through American Express, I have requested a refund from Flights Mojo and they refuse to acquiesce to my request even though I have copies of emails exchanged with an Agent about my issues. Now that I have said I'm filing a complaint with the Complaintsboard.com and possibly filing a lawsuit, they are willing to allow me to use my credit. The credit is of no use now that I have rebooked the flights, I'm only asking for a refund of the $1,010.40 that I was charged.
I called Flights Mojo LLC - Airline Ticket Agency and purchased 4 tickets for July 3-11, 2020 from Louisville, KY to Miami FL with American Airlines. Covid cancelled our vacation. I have sent Mojo several emails and called them asking for help to reschedule my flight and for months they could not find anything saying that I every paid them or had scheduled through them. I called American Airlines and they said I only had $132 credit for four tickets that I had purchased because it was with a third party company. I finally got all of the information through my credit card company and called Mojo back to get everything straightened out and they did find my ticket numbers and said that I had till December 2022 to use it. I called today to re-schedule my flights and they told asked me for the last four of my credit card that i used. I told them that I had to get a new one because i had lost the old one. They didn't accept that and told me they couldn't do anything for me. I told them they had all of this other info and they finally asked my address and then when I told him I wanted the flight for April 3-10, 2022, they told me I had to have it used by March 31, 2022. I can't win with these people, it's like pulling teeth to get my flight credit to use. I need my tickets scheduled or my money back. I paid 1,399.20. I would like help resoling this issue
In February i purchased 3 tickets for my family to return home from orlando on april 24th
In February i purchased 3 tickets for my family to return home from orlando on april 24th. The person i dealt with was acting a little suspicious and i had been hung up on a few times despite not having any type of argument so i was concerned even though they already had my billing info. I received my email and confirmation number from delta which i confirmed on the delta website and considered the matter closed. Today on april 1st i noticed a refund from flights mojo (no email no call not that it would have mattered). Called company 4 times.. first 3 after lengthy holds someone screamed 1 word into the phone and hung up. 4th time a woman looked it up and said it was likely a delta overbook situation. This is impossible since there are still seats on the flights just double the price. Clearly the company sold my seats for more money after the fact and decided to screw me over. This cant be allowed to stand by law or any business practices. My entire trip is now hanging in the balance as car rentals home rentals park tickets have all been pd for. Flights mojo cant just steal my tickets that i purchased.. refund or not! I had a confirmation number from delta that worked and now shows no reservations. There is only 1 acceptable fix and that is to reissue tickets for price i paid before u stole them even if it costs your company more! I am a member of the media with connections everywhere as well as wide reaching social media. I hope Complaintsboard.com can help me resolve this in time to save my trip otherwise i will not rest until this company is bankrupt no matter the personal cost to me.

After booking flights through this agency we received a confirmation email stating the flights had been booked and to expect tickets to be emailed. Shortly afterwards, a company rep from a foreign call-centre, contacted us to explain that we needed to pay more money. We agrred to the higher price like idiots (red flag #1), and expected tickets. After this we received another confirmation email "guaranteeing" our flights, and we had to send a government photo ID and phot of the credit card used (with all info other than name blacked out) for "verification". We then spent 3 days chasing our tickets, only to be told to wait another day, the another 3-4hours, then another day. All of this culminated in a confirmation email stating our flights had been confirmed, only to be followed 45 minutes later by a cancellation notice. The entire time we had been led on while watching flight prices climb. This company took advantage of not only us, but obviously many other people. Class action
In April , I purchased an airline ticket from Flights Mojo for $491 for a flight with a major airline in April . However, due to Covid-19, I emailed Flights Mojo to cancel the ticket well before the date of the flight. They responded by saying they contacted the airline to cancel the ticket but the airline decided to issue an e-credit instead of a refund. When I called Flights Mojo to redeem my e-credit, they said the ticket was in 'suspended status' and couldn't be redeemed until I called the airline to open the status. I then called the airline to change the ticket status to 'opened'. They responded by saying the reservation must be cancelled before the flight is scheduled to depart, and that they were unable to find any record of cancellation for my reservation, and therefore were unable to honor my request to open the state of the ticket. However, Flights Mojo did cancel in time. As it stands, I paid $491 for a ticket I was never able to use.
I booked a flight for my self and my daughters for the amount of $ 2274.90 on March 8th, booking ID 24494. The flight was for end of June . The airline canceled the flight on April . I have called on several occasions to ask about the refund, since it was canceled by the airline, I was to get my money back. I know it would take some time for the refund, but I never imagined it would take this long. I called on Aug 3rd 2021 to check and they told me they would contact me once the refund was done. I called again on Sept 30th 2021 and they still had no information on the refund and told me to contact the airline myself so that they can issue the refund to them. I called American Airlines the same day sept 30th 2021, and they quickly helped me and said that the refund would be issue to FlightsMojo within 7 days. The airline has confirmed they issued the refund to FlightsMojo. On Oct 14th FlightsMojo said they still have no refund. It has been 7 months and no refund yet.
I had canceled this flight and was intending on rescheduling. Since cancellation, I have tried numerous times to get in contact with the company or an agent only to be unanswered or told that a representative would call me back. I have had zero communication since and cannot get ahold of anyone to reschedule. This extremely disappointing and I feel that I am losing my ability to reschedule a flight according to the policies. As such, I requested a full refund for my purchase as I am not receiving the product or service I have paid for. I still have not received an answer to my e-mail for refund or a call back for me to rebook a flight !
I purchased round trip tickets from Tampa to Spokane on 5/20/2022 for the dates July 1-July 8, 2022
I purchased round trip tickets from Tampa to Spokane on 5/20/2022 for the dates July 1-July 8, 2022. I received a phone call 1.5 hours later from a Zac K with Flights Mojo telling me that they had to switch my flight to a flight that departed 10 minutes later than the originally booked flight and an email was sent with information re: this flight change and he requested that I respond with an email stating that I accepted the change in flight time. I reviewed the flight time and confirmed that it was a 10 minute difference and sent an acceptance email. I received confirmation of my tickets. Last evening (6/5/2022) I was reviewing the travel times for our upcoming flight when I horrifyingly realized that Zac changed our tickets from JULY 1 at 6:15am to JUNE 1 at 6:25am; NOT a 10 minute change in flight but a ONE MONTH change in flight! Our return flight remains the same as originally purchased: July 8, 2022. Without even realizing, we have "missed" our outgoing flight and do not have a flight for our planned departure on July 1. Flight prices are increasing and are becoming limited in quantity and we have a full itinerary for our first day of the trip for which we will not accept a later arrival time on July 1. I have attempted to call the phone number that they have plastered all over their sites and emails and all I keep receiving is a voicemail that I have reached them after hours (it is currently 1153 EST on a Monday with their reported business hours [protected] EST online and [protected] EST on phone recording). I sent an email to [protected]@flightsmojo.com and have yet to receive a response. This mishap needs to be straightened out ASAP as we have invested nearly $7000 in this trip.

On Friday, March 25th, after calling over and over again for 2 days, someone finally picked up the phone at Flights Mojo, an online travel agency. The agent that I spoke to was not able to find the rate I found online (which had gone up from the previous day of failed attempt to reach someone). I jumped back online and booked the new rate, especially because the original only prompted me to call the 1-800 number to book the flight. I booked the flight for my cousin and his girlfriend (at the new rate), to which I received a booking number (***) and an email stating booking status was "in progress". I informed my cousin he would get a call to confirm the itinerary. My cousin responded saying he already received an email stating he needed to call to process the booking. This time it was after business hours, so I had to wait until the morning. When I spoke with someone the next day, they said it was still being processed. THREE days later, my cousin said he received another call stating the price increased AGAIN by $32 to which he complied to pay the additional $64. He received a confirmation email with a PNR number for *** Airlines. His card was charged $1078 for the 2 tickets. HOWEVER, he received yet ANOTHER call the next day stating the price went up again! I am baffled at how a company can issue a confirmation number and the flight NOT be confirmed. My cousin asked to speak to a manager and was told he would get a call back. It has now been THREE days and not only has no one answered the phones (AGAIN), but no one has called him back either. He did receive an email CANCELLING his confirmed itinerary! We are still awaiting resolution. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I made a reservation for a flight ticket on their website, after many calls they said my ticket was on the way, but after charging the card no ticket. I went to their website to buy a flight ticket on 11/18, and after submitting the information I got several emails and phone calls on my landline asking to call in. The messages I received were all the same: "Hi, In order to process your booking (***) on time, please call us as soon as possible back at Toll Free : ***. We appreciate your co-operation with this. For any further clarification please call us at *** or email us at ***. Please check the Terms & Conditions prior to reply this email : "*** Thanks and Regards, Description: Description: Description: Description: Description: Description: Description: Description: Description: Description: Description: logo (3) Alex *** Subject Matter Expert - Customer Support Direct No: +*** Ext: *** Fax: +*** Office Hours: 10.00am to 07.00pm Mondays to Saturdays, Eastern Time Website: ***" " Replying to When I called them I never got connected to a person and could not leave a message, but on Friday I could eventually speak to "James" and he assured me that the ticket would be issued within two hours. After more than four hours a charge was made on my credit card by "***" for the same amount. I have booked flights before but *** does not use that name when charging for a new ticket, so I double checked and noticed several complaints about this company and I believe this is a fraudulent operation.

Flight booking confusion and subsequent issues with Flight Mojos
On 06/02, I reserved seats for two on a flight I believed was with a reputable airline, but the confirmation showed it was with Flight Mojos. I paid $699.60 for a round trip from Pennsylvania to Florida, scheduled for 10/12. Delta later informed me of a significant schedule change. Unable to find an alternative with Flight Mojos, I had to cancel. Initially, they refunded only $352.80, citing their policy. After much hassle and a credit card dispute, I received a full refund. I'm now escalating the issue to Complaintsboard.com due to the lack of accommodation and the misleading promise of a refund.

Waiting over a month for flight ticket corrections; company's follow-up is absent
Waiting for over a month to correct mistakes made by the company in ticketing my flight; total lack of follow-up. I made two bookings on 10/1, immediately received the email confirmation with the correct itinerary and pricing, and received my e-tickets the next day. On 10/16, I noticed that the e-tickets had the wrong outbound flight on them. Flightsmojo's system still showed the correct itinerary as I had booked it, but the airline's system had the wrong outbound destination. I called the company assuming this could be easily fixed and spoke with Patrick, who confirmed that there had been a glitch in their system. He promised they would correct the tickets and I would have updated tickets within a few days. It is now over a month later, and I have yet to receive my updated tickets. I have been on the phone with multiple people at Flightsmojo (Patrick, Nathan, David, Ashlay, and others), who have all made various promises about the timelines within which to expect the tickets, and promising to call back should there be further delays. They have failed to contact me within the promised window every single time. The first two weeks, the reasons I heard for the delays in getting the tickets corrected were generally around getting internal approvals to make the corrections. Since then, they have been 'waiting to hear back from the ticketing team', with whom they can only communicate via email. We are now about four weeks away from the travel dates, and I am getting very nervous about whether I'll be able to take my planned trip for the holidays to spend time with family.

I paid mojo $2626
I paid mojo $2626. airline canceled flight & refunned mojo. I only got $1059 bck I need $1059 full refund. I bought 6 airline tickets to *** for June 16,2019. Three hours after boarding time *** canceled the flight because they were a crew member short. Neither *** or Mojo were able to get us another flight. I contacted Mojo about a refund, in which they stated it would take a couple of days. This is a timeline of the excuses I received after every phone call : First, it will take us one or two billing cycles It can take us up to 30 days to refund It might take us up to 60 days It will take us up to 3 billing cycles I wrote several emails, received no response to any of them. No one ever answered my emails and my phone calls were disconnected when transferred to a supervisor. Finally in AUGUST 8, I received $1059.60 back in my account, I waited because I was missing $1,567 to make a full refund. After several days, I began to call Mojo again regarding the missing portion, again no one had an answer and my call was dropped when transferred. I began to write emails, again no response. In September I spoke with supervisor named Richard who informed me that bc I DID NOT GIVE 24 HOUR NOTICE OF CANCELATION THEY WERE ENTITLED TO KEEP THAT PORTION OF MY REFUND. I explained to him that I did not cancel nor did I miss the flight, we were physically there but to no avail. I have sent emails requesting my refund, made several phone calls but the company is now ignoring me. I lost money on my hotel, park tickets, paid events once the flight was canceled I did not hold mojo responsible for any of that, so why should mojo hold me responsible ? I did not receive what I paid for therefore I should receive my full refund back.

We booked our 7 plane tickets to Disney from O'Hare on January 21
We booked our 7 plane tickets to Disney from O'Hare on January 21. Our trip was canceled due to the pandemic in May. Flightmojo said United was not giving refunds, but credit that had to be used by December. We were fine with that since we were still planning on traveling once the pandemic was over. We have a high risk daughter, who needed to be vaccinated and we would not be able to travel by that deadline. I called in April and asked for a refund. They said the could not and it was United. So I called United and they quickly refunded $572.70. Flightmojo said they would refund that to us. This was April, after many attempts and being placed on hold for over an hour each time, we were finally given the refund in October. They did extend the use of our remaining credit until June 2022. So in March 2022 we called flightsmojo to use the rest of our credit towards our trip. We were able to book, receive confirmation, and we thought we were good to go. Then two weeks later I get a call saying that I called to cancel and they were following up. I was so confused by this. They said that United was only going to allow us to fly standby. This truly made no sense. I have 2 senior citizens, 3 kids 11-7 and 2 adults. That would be a nightmare. I called United and they had no clue to what I was talking about. Since then we have gone back and forth being placed on hold for hours. They say they will call us back and never do. They give us alternative, time wasteful options that are in no way similar to what we originally booked or are currently trying to book. I am unclear on why they are able to dictate how we use our credit. Just tonight we were placed on hold for 1.5 hours and when he finally came back (did not give my husband his name) he said, "Hi!" and hung up.

I booked my ticket in Feb 2020 (From Montreal to Delhi - Booking ID 16012) before Covid
I booked my ticket in Feb 2020 (From Montreal to Delhi - Booking ID 16012) before Covid. Due to covid my flight was cancelled and after trying to rebook my flight multiple times from April to October , it always kept on getting cancelled. Flights Mojo never took any follow ups with the airlines and never kept me informed about the ticket status and flight confirmation. I had to take follow ups with the airlines and with Flights Mojo all by myself. After getting frustrated over 6 months, I asked for my refund. They refused to provide it in the first place but when they were not able to rebook any flights for me they agreed to refund my money. The agent told me in October that they will refund my money with some cancellation charges and debited the same from my credit card again and i should get the refund within 4 months. Now when I try to reach Flights Mojo over emails and phone, they don't respond and one time they responded saying that the refund was already sent to my credit card in October only (which I never received) and want me to check with my bank. Even though I knew they have not refunded, I still gave them the benefit of doubt and checked the same with my bank. They confirmed that there were no such transactions in October made on my card and not even after that till date. I asked for the proof from Flights Mojo for my refund and the amount they credited on my card. They dont have any of it. It is a total fraud. I would not recommend anyone to use their services. Adding my card statement for Feb 2020 when I booked the ticket with Flightsmojo for SWISS Airlines and Oct 2020 when they again deducted 75 CAD as cancellation charges. Now I have followed up with them on emails till Oct 2021, no response and no money back and they been harassing me. I WOULD LIKE MY MONEY BACK IMMEDIATELY. Jagbir K

In April 2022 I booked a flight for myself from New York to Las Vegas for $526.8
In April 2022 I booked a flight for myself from New York to Las Vegas for $526.8. Due to personal reasons I canceled the flights before departing. I was informed that I can use a credit for the same name with the same airlines-***. However when I contacted *** they didn't confirm that I have any e-credit to use. I called Mojo and the said that the credit is only to use by booking through their company. At that time I knew that it is a huge scam. But I have them another chance. I called them in June to do another booking. New York to Miami. On the day that I called the round trip tickets on *** website were around $410. I sPoke with an agent and he gave me the price for the tickets around the same price. And confirmed verbally. It was when I said I want to use the credit that he put me on hold and said that in that case price would be different. He said I would need to pay $150 and to use my credit ($526.8) so total would be $676.8. I was surprised to eventually agreed to pay $150 to my credit and book the ticket. I received a booking confirmation email on June 25 and reply that I agree to pay additional $150. On June 27 I received a call saying that my payment was declined. When I ask to run it through again (very strange that suddenly my card was declined) I was put on hold and after a representative got back to me he said that I have to additional $400 (around-don't remember the exact amount as at this time I was very frustrated) not $150 to keep the booking. He said that he made a mistake and the price is higher. I absolutely refused to pay more then $150 and ask to speak to a manager. After a very long conversation with the manager and being disconnected I received and email that my booking was canceled. I did not consent to that. Don't trust at this moment that I will be able to use my credit without a double or triple additional payment.

We booked with Flights Mojo and then had to cancel due to COVID
We booked with Flights Mojo and then had to cancel due to COVID. When redeeming credit they are charging an additional $1000 even though same price. On February 22 we initiated a booking on *** Airlines BOS - MIA with Flights Mojo for $1060.00 for 4 people. They contacted us via email 2 days later to state that they could not reserve the flight at that price and eventually convinced us to book at the higher fair before prices increased further at $1502.00, which when looking online was the best price available. On April 14 we initiated a cancelation request due to the COVID pandemic with *** Airlines who told us that we would have to go through agency we booked with. We called Flights Mojo to cancel was told we could only get a credit due to *** Airlines policy. On December 8 we tried to book a new multicity flight by redeeming the credit with Flight Mojo and was told two incorrect statements. 1. That *** Airlines does not do multi-city bookings and 2. That the price of redeeming a credit incurs a higher cost from the Airline than a new booking does ($1000+ more). I contacted *** Airlines about both statements and they said both were not true and that we should not have booked through that agency and could not be of more help with what they charged us. I initiated a refund from *** Airlines and they only show a charge of $166.80 for each ticket issued for the April 18th flight, totaling $667.20. Any additional fees we were charged were not received by them from Flights Mojo. The flights we attempted to book for December [protected] would total out to be $1508.80 on Flights Mojo (website) and $1508.80 through *** Airlines (website). After reading website reviews about this company the call back for a higher price is a scam run by this company multiple times and I got caught even while I was checking prices online simultaneously.

Tried working with this company to get my money back on airline tickets, they refused to work with me on a saisifactory resolution
Tried working with this company to get my money back on airline tickets, they refused to work with me on a saisifactory resolution. on 22 Feb 2020 I purchased 2 Airline tickets from *** to *** in conjunction with a cruise from Flights MOJO LLC, *** booking number *** for 583.60 on my credit card. Due to the virus the cruise was cancelled. I called on 16 Mar 20 and was told by an agent Flight MOJO they could not do anything until 25 Mar, I called back and a recording was on the phone saying no one was answering phones to help. So I kept emailing them, I got and email back on 25 Mar saying someone would contact me. Albert *** emailed me back on 27 Mar saying they needed my booking ID Number, I sent it. Mr. emailed me back and said the Airlines if not providing a refund on nonrefundable and non Changeable tickets. Prior to this email I contacted *** and they said that because of the virus that they are required by law to refund my ticket. But because I went through a 2nd party, they could on refund the 180 the agency paid for my tickets which in turn they charged me 583.60 for them. They said that if they refund the 180 it more than likely would have to go to the agency to return to me. I told the agent this they refused to believe me. I told them I did not want a voucher and I was entitled to a full refund per *** Airlines and Federal Law. So I told Flights MOJO I was going to contact my credit card company and dispute the charge, I did this on 1 Apr 20 and file a complaint with the Complaintsboard.com. My cruise and flight dates have passed and I have nothing from Flights MOJO saying they would work with me on the ticket. I realize this is extremely difficult times and no one really knows what the future holds, therefore who knows when or if I will even get to travel in the required time you have to use the voucher. I just want resolution and want my money back. Thanks

I'm writing in the hopes of gaining your assistance in fixing a problem I've had for about 11 months
I'm writing in the hopes of gaining your assistance in fixing a problem I've had for about 11 months. Please allow me to start by setting the scene: On 2/19, I booked a round-trip flight from Denver, CO to Tampa, FL for $660.40 using FlightsMojo for travel on 3/13 Reservation #*** However poor weather in Denver, CO prevented us from boarding the plane. It was a frustrating situation since I couldn't obtain the aid. I contacted several times, trying to find a solution to this matter, but it turned out to be a major issue. Having to deal with them on the phone was the most aggravating and stressful aspect of the situation. The blizzard and snowy conditions not only grounded all flights into and out of Denver, but also shut down the whole airport, because of that issue, everything I had planned for Tampa, from a rental vehicle to a hotel.., had to be postponed, and was finally fully refunded because we were unable to travel at that time. I phoned FlightsMojo.com many times to reschedule my ticket for the next available departure, but I was unable to do so by that time. When I sought to talk with the manager, customer service was unpleasant and unaccommodating, even hanging up on me. After being unable to reschedule the tickets and due to terrible customer service, I requested FlightsMojo for a refund for the travel that we were unable to take, and they told they could only reimburse us $300, which is less than half of what I spent. I then took the matter up with United Chase, the credit card company I used to pay for the trips. They informed me that they would be unable to launch a dispute on my behalf since the matter was concluded and the funds had already been paid to FlightsMojo. This has been a problem for about a year, and have yet to resolve it. I was encouraged to contact you to assist in resolving this matter. I wanted to convey the situation to you in the hopes of reaching an agreement. I would like a full refund of $660.40for the flight that we

This company is advertising low prices on flights but then tells you there is a problem and you must call them. You call and can't get through. I booked flight for my family through this company on 8/7 at about 1:30pm as the rate advertised was very good. I got an email afterward saying that my booking was in progress. They gave me a booking id of ***. They said I would receive a confirmation email shortly. I got no confirmation email, but instead got an email from John *** at 11:35pm asking me to contact *** in order to process my booking. I contacted the number at 8:20am on 8/8 but was unable to reach anyone. I left a voice mail message. A few hours later I contacted them again, several times, and was unable to reach anyone. I could not hold for a customer service representative as they kept hanging up. So, I left yet another message. I then proceeded to look up this company (Flights Mojo, LLC) on the internet and found several reviews with complaints of the same thing I was experiencing. They said that they could not get through to anyone when they called and they also said that then when someone did contact them back, they immediately told them that the price they were quoted was not available. After reading this, I realized I had made a very big mistake. I checked to see if my credit card had been billed and it had not. I immediately contacted my credit card company and explained the situation. They assisted me to shut down my current card and issue a new one so that I would not be charged by Flights Mojo LLC. At about 3:20pm on 8/8, I received a call from John *** at Flights Mojo. I told him I was cancelling my purchase and that my card was unable to be charged. He asked why and I told him I had learned about the company and the fraudulent practices they have with advertising a price and then telling customers that they cannot honor that price after they give their payment information to them. I also told him I would be contacting the Complaintsboard.com & filing a formal complaint.
