Flights Mojo did not adequately inform or outreach me to confirm my flight, and subsequently cancelled my booking without notification
Flights Mojo did not adequately inform or outreach me to confirm my flight, and subsequently cancelled my booking without notification. On 9/21 I purchased a round-trip flight from *** to *** leaving 10/4 (flight ***) and returning 10/6 (flight ***), at a cost of $363.72. My booking ID was ***. The email I received on 9/21 after booking the flight stated "This is a confirmation of your booking request and your booking is in progress. You will receive a confirmation email along with the Confirmation number shortly." I did not receive any subsequent emails. I received a voicemail from John (***) on 9/22 at 5:32PM requesting I call back about my booking. I received another missed call (no voicemail) on 9/24 at 6:39PM, and returned the phone call the same day at 7:59PM and was unable to reach anyone. I then tried calling again three times on 9/29 and was unable to reach anyone. I called on 9/30 and was finally able to speak with John, who informed me that my booking had been cancelled because I had not confirmed my flight. I informed him that I returned the call several times and was unable to reach anyone. John then informed me that I was emailed as well to confirm my booking, and I stated that I had not received any emails. John then stated that the email was sent to "***", which is the incorrect spelling of my actual email, "***." John admitted that this spelling was incorrect, and that an email requesting booking confirmation was sent to the wrong address. John reported that, even though they had sent an email to the incorrect address, it was still my responsibility to have known that I needed to reach out to confirm my flight, despite no notice of this during booking or within the booking email I received initially. John informed me that my booking would remain cancelled and that they were not to be held responsible for failing to inform me that my booking needed to be confirmed. I still have not received any email notifications regarding my booking being cancelled.

Flight Mojo refuses to refund my ticket even though I have confirmed with airline that my ticket is refunded
Flight Mojo refuses to refund my ticket even though I have confirmed with airline that my ticket is refunded. Greetings, I have purchased a flight ticket from Flight Mojo on February 14 with the following information: Booking number: *** Confirmation number:***. On April 10, I got an email from the airline KLM that my flight is cancelled due to the pandemic. According to the airline, I had to contact the travel agency from which I got my ticket to follow up my refund request. Therefore, I contacted Flight Mojo with email on April 15 and May 5 to put a refund request on my ticket, but I did not get any response. Finally, after I sent another email on June 12, they replied that they were going to contact the airline and start the process of requesting for refund. I followed up my request with them several times since then in July 1, August 7, and November 29 through email, and every time, they asked me to wait as they had not heard back from KLM about the refund request. I also called them couple of times and I heard the same answer. Finally, on November 30, I went to KLM website and entered my ticket information, and surprisingly, I realized that my refund request has been accepted and processed. I contacted Flight Mojo on November 30 with the screenshot of the message from airline website. They told me they will check my request with their account department. On December 7, I sent them a reminder email asking for updates, but I received the same template response as they were giving me before; that they have contacted the airline about my request. Therefore, according to the evidence that I have from the airline website as well as their vague responses to my request, I believe that Flight Mojo has got my money from the airline but refuses to return it to me. I am attaching the ticket as well as the screenshot of the airline website which shows my ticket status as follows: "Your request has been approved and we have issued the refund to your original payment method." Please let me know if you need any other documents. Regards, Mahyar G

Bought flights through Flights Mojo
Bought flights through Flights Mojo. One of the flights was cancelled due to weather. Flights Mojo is refusing to refund and not resolving the matter. I bought flights on Aug 14 2019 through Flights Mojo (***) costing $2,975.82. The flight from *** to *** (***) on Nov 26 2019 was cancelled due to weather conditions in ***. This was a *** ticket, operated by ***, sold by Flights Mojo. *** called me about the cancellation and stated they had reshceduled my flight to Nov 29. I later that day informed I would rather take a refund, which they agreed to. They advised the refund would be made by travel agency (Flights Mojo). I then contacted Flights Mojo who during the first call (Wed Nov 27) promised the refund in a few days incl. an email receipt. Monday December 2 I had not heard anything so contacted them again. They asked me to contact *** - who again advised it was the agencys (Flights Mojo) responsibility to get me the refund. I called Flights Mojo again, who this time asked me to call ***. *** advised the same as ***, it was Flights Mojo that needed to contact them to get the refund, not the customer. I then called Flights Mojo, and the same game continued. This has gone up to the point, where I have had to call Flights Mojo 8 times, *** 4 times and *** 4 tines. Always with the same outcome. Flights Mojo are not refunding me and blaiming *** for wrongly labeling the ticket as "exhanged"... I have discussed with *** and they sre very clearly stating to me that they will of course refund this, all they need is Flights Mojo to contact them. Flights Mojo is not doing that stating they have already done so. Their customer service is extremely rude, unhelpful and unwilling to resolve. I find this unbelievable. Bottom line is my flight was cancelled due to weather and I am entitled for a refund. I am requesting a refund for the cancelled part of the trip. Due to Flights Mojos completely incompetent and unacceptable customer service, I have wasted hours talking to these three entities to resolve a simple matter. Please assist.

Flights Mojo has no ethical practices in relation to the care and decency of the way they speak and treat their customers in a worldwide pandemic. Due to the fact of the travel ban on domestic flights, a statewide curfew for *** and a severe outbreak in our town along with one of us two travelers being sick and submitting a doctor'a notice to the agency, they have no care or understanding to refund their customers for the flight and make no exception to their policy in a worldwide pandemic which they do not care about. The company would not offer credit to us and only half the amount we paid with them if anything. Along with one of the customers being in law enforcement and having a travel ban on her department, this company offers no care or understanding whatsoever to their customers. The fact they spoke to us with extreme indecency, we have called to resolve our issue with them multiple times and they will pull no exception in helping us. We paid for our flights February 19th and we're expected to fly to *** from *** from March 18th to March 22nd. The fact that the hotels and casinos in *** have shut down, one of us is sick, one has a travel ban, and there's a statewide ban, AND a worldwide caution to the pandemic of the vast spreading of the corona virus, this company sees no care in their customers and wants to only see their bottom line. If we were not yelled at on the phone with indecency or seen from an understanding point of view we would be happy to do business with them again. That was not the case. This company will not issue a refund like they promised even with a doctors note. They put us on hold for long periods of time or hang up on us. Or they speak to us with extreme indecency which customers should not experience ever. I have never been treated so awfully by a company with no respect and care for their customer in my life. I would understand if we were cancelling out of the blue, however it is out of our control to not be able to fly for our planned trip. Every airline and other major travel agencies have the care to accomodate their passenger, however Flights Mojo refuses to do so. We offered to pay the cancellation fee and then receive a refund as that route, but their end goal is to take our money and not have to deal with customers while doing so.

I purchased three American Airline tickets, the flight was canceled
I purchased three American Airline tickets, the flight was canceled. The airline refunded the money back to Flight Mojo and they will not refund me . On [protected], I purchased three round trip tickets from Denver, Colorado to Miami, Florida using flight Mojo. They booked me with American Airlines for a total cost of $1,233.00. However, due to the Covid-19 many flight were canceled or time were changed. My flights so happened to be one that was changed. I tried to reach Flight Mojo for weeks to get information about my flight but could never reach anyone. Whenever I called I would get the message,"Due to the corona Virus, we are working with customers who have flights within the next 72 hours and have limited to no phone assess." After weeks of trying to get in touch with them, I called American Airlines and they informed me that the flight had been changed. American Airline informed me that I could get a full refund because they had made changes to the flight that would require them to refund the cost of the flight I chose to do so. The flight was canceled and American Airlines gave a full refund for the tickets. Since I had booked through Flight Mojo, they had to refund the payment back to them. Flight Mojo refuses to refund the money. They denied the fact that American Airline had refunded the money until I sent them information that American Airlines had sent me showing that they had been reimbursed for the tickets. American Airlines reimbursed it to a Master Card ending withe ***. They also said the airlines were only issuing future travel credits which was not correct. The total cost of the tickets was $650.40 and their fees was $582.40. Patrick Karl has sent me several emails and each one has a different reason why they can not refund my money. At one point he said he would return a part of it but that never happened. My last email said that the airlines kept part of the money to pay for certain airport fees. I charged the tickets on my Chase Credit Card. The charge reference on my statement is *** (it does not say Flight Mojo). The tickets were for Janet, Michael and Mahalia R and the ticket numbers are: ***,*** and*** Thanks for your help with this situation. many other customers have been victims of Flight Mojo as I read their reviews and they have told them the same thing they told me. I am working with my credit card to help resolve the issue also. Elverta

Information inconsistent with airlines and unwilling to work with customer during a world pandemic
Information inconsistent with airlines and unwilling to work with customer during a world pandemic. Our original ticket was booked on January 3, sometime before the escalation of the health crisis surrounding COVID-19. The ticket total was $1923.87 for three passengers. We were to arrive in ***, *** on March 2 and leave from the same airport March 31,2020. We are a band who was on tour, by the time we reached *** on March 17 all of our shows had been cancelled and we were not allowed to get back to ***, furthermore all of our original return flights had been cancelled (*** flight #*** from *** to *** and *** flight #*** from *** to ***). We called Flights Mojo on Tuesday, March 17 and when no rerouting option was deemed suitable for us (we were offered a flight four days later that had 2 layovers, one in *** and one in ***. News was changing so fast with the pandemic that we felt any of these could be cancelled at any minute). The representative offered to call the airlines and request a partial refund. That seemed satisfactory to us. Unfortunately, we never heard back from Flights Mojo and I called several times leaving voicemails to no avail until their call center was closed due to the virus and all communication was via e-mail. I received an e-mail response on March 30 (one day prior to when the original flight was supposed to leave from ***) from Andrew *** stating that they were still waiting on a response from the airlines. I decided to call *** myself to see what their policy was and what I could expect from this. I reached a representative at 8:50 am pst and was told that my recorded call could be tracked by my phone number. *** stated that I was due a refund since our flights had been cancelled and a satisfactory rerouting was not available. The representative said she had typed a note on my original itinerary that Flights Mojo would be able to see when looking up my information stating that we were due a refund. She said she would have issued it to me that very second if we hadn't booked through a third party. I hoped for good news next time I heard from Flights Mojo. On March 31 I received an e-mail that they had heard from the airlines and that no refund would be available. They offered rebooking options, but I am not planning another trip. My problem is that Flights Mojo is blaming it on *** policy that we are not due a refund while *** is clearly stating that we are. the last e-mail I sent to Flights Mojo, pleading my case was on April 4th. I received an acknowledgment that the e-mail was received (request #***) but never heard back from them. I think it is shameful that accurate information was not relayed during a time of crisis. I have attached an article that I sent to Flights Mojo stating that during this unprecedented time, airlines have been ordered to refund tickets and the case of "force majeure" or situations out of a business's control does not apply. My itinerary number with Flights Mojo is *** It is listed under *** in ***'s records

Flight cancelled, travel agency issues after buying a trip from FlightsMojo on Jan 1st 2020
Flight got cancelled by the airline, and the travel agency I used is being uncooperative. I purchased a trip on January 1st, from FlightsMojo, with a confirmation number 18221 for travel on July 24th. The flight details included a departure on July 24th, at 1:35 PM, arriving the next day, and a subsequent flight on July 25th, from 2:45 PM to 5:30 PM. On June 21st, I discovered that a segment of my flight was cancelled by United Airlines. I contacted FlightsMojo for a full refund since I couldn't complete the second leg of my journey. FlightsMojo proposed cancelling my itinerary to prevent a no-show, which seemed reasonable, so I agreed. Despite repeated assurances of a refund, FlightsMojo later informed me of a processing fee by their service provider due to bulk ticket purchases. They claimed the airline marked my flight as unconfirmed, contradicting my evidence of cancellation. FlightsMojo also mentioned an alternative flight was available shortly before the departure date, which I was never informed about. Now, FlightsMojo offers me a choice between proceeding with the refund (with an undisclosed fee) or accepting a 2-year credit with additional costs. Both options are unsatisfactory, considering the airline's cancellation and the opaque process. I've spoken with Albert Reed from Flights Mojo and have evidence, including screenshots from Lufthansa's website showing the cancellation and my initial conversation with FlightsMojo. I'm seeking assistance to resolve this matter.

I had been looking online for days for flights to Las Vegas
I had been looking online for days for flights to Las Vegas. I was supposed to be going on vacation there for my birthday. It would be my first time flying and I was trying to find the best price. Everything was around $600-700 round-trip. I literally had been searching for days and then I came upon ***. They had a flight for $215 for *** Airlines on their site when that had actually been the most expensive airline in my search. But the catch was that you couldn't book online you had to call a number. When I called the agent (Joshua P) he goes well the flight will be more because prices just increased. The best I can do was $408, and I asked, "That quick? that's not what your site states". He goes the prices can change at any time plus the site doesn't have the tax included. And I explained to him that I understood that the prices probably increase slightly when they were included. Also, when I refreshed the site the prices had not changed. He states that he can talk to his "manager" about giving me the tickets for the prices advertised on the site. After he speaks to his "manager" he says that he can give the price as advertised and that the total would be $350 per person. My total would be $701.80. I told him that was a lot of tax added and mentioned something about other fees paid to the agent. I thought this was normal because as I mentioned this was my first time booking a flight. After I paid for the tickets, he states that the ticket prices will have a lower price from what I paid for the tickets. I took about a day to get a confirmation about the tickets since he stated that they had to verify my credit card. A friend told me to verify the tickets with *** Airlines because the process sounded fishy to her and that in the small details it stated the tickets were not a guarantee. I called *** and the tickets were real but here's the thing the price of the tickets was a huge difference. The price for two tickets was $193 with TAXES included for basic economy tickets. I called and emailed the agent the next day and when I finally spoke to him about the huge price difference. He states with an attitude that he explained the tickets will have a difference price from what I paid. I asked him what does it cover and if I can get a complete breakdown? He states that they must pay their vendor for the tickets. That's the only explanation I received. I asked him why he was so upset because I was asking valid questions? He goes 'I don't have an attitude I'm simply explaining the situation to you'. I say no 'you have an attitude with my questions that honestly don't add up'. Things just were not sitting right with me. I did research on this company and everything about it screams that it is a scam. Their business does not come up under the Complaintsboard.com or trust pilot. I called them on 3/5 and requested a refund. The agent(Nathan) goes sure you can refund and we can book you for the cheaper flight. I tell him no I would rather do business with a reputable company and that I just want my money back. He's like well you must speak to the agent who helped you. I explained that he was not responding to emails. He stated that he will send my request to the agent and that he will contact me that day. I didn't hear from him. I called again the next day and apparently, he wouldn't be in until later that day he called back 10 mins later but I was at work. I called back and emailed but no response. I called AGAIN the next day and now apparently the guy is on a 'holiday'. I asked if I could speak to someone else about getting my back because I was starting to feel like they were giving me the run around and that if they were to keep doing this that I will dispute it with my bank. He says that they are investigating and that it takes time to get a refund. I asked him how had the refund process started when I was told that I had to speak to Joshua P and that he will help with the refund. He starts getting an attitude and became very rude speaking to me in a condescending tone. He says just dispute it with your bank and hangs up. At that point I got really frustrated. Nothing was adding up or making sense. And no one could explain to why or what the extra charges were covering that I was charged. This company is a scam. Do not buy from them.
