Didn't sign up for more than Month but now CMS global collection services demanding €188.35!
I never ticked any boxes to say continued membership or anything. I cannot contact them or even log in!. I cancelled bank payments as a complete scam. All of these dating sites need to be investigated by ombudsman bureau before more people are scammed by theses thrives!
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer's satisfaction.

Same experience with me... But I don't engage with sneaks and bullies.. I spoke to a chap at Lemberg Law this morning regarding CDating, ... So Now awaiting advise on moving forward with this... ! MERRY CHRISTMAS!

Did any debt collectors approach you
i signed up for a month realised after a week it was a scam tried to cancel but no form available so i emailed countless times to cancel or send me a form no reply so i stopped payment . now i have a letter from a collection agency demanding 81 euros a lot of these sites are scams put a least you can cancel them please help

Just had the same issue as most of you. Signed up realised it was a scam and tried to cancel and couldn't so I stopped payment and just received the letter from cms.Has anyone managed to take this further?

After my phone went missing at work and hacked, I have now found that this c-date was on there, already been on a different dating site a payment was made to this c date site, , stupid I know, however I promptlly told my bank not to make any more payments from my account which was done, however I have now received these CMS Collection letter demanding payment, tried to contact this so called firm in Luxembourg to no avail, can anyone help please.
My partner got a demand for 96, 65 euros, a second demand, having had no other communication from them, he doesn't know what it is about. They say they send a communication/ reminder on the 27.12.20, but he had nothing. This must be a scam, with frighteners, as he is being threatened with solicitors.

Hi why am I getting scammed for 166 pounds from debt collector when I didn't sign up for anything
I’ve also got them on my back asking for pay debt for the final time before it goes to a debt collection agency. Any help in how to avoid paying the would help as I know it’s a scam!
I have them also chasing me for payment and threatening to go to a debt collection agency if I don’t pay.
I only used the service once and then couldn’t contact them to cancel so cancelled future payments from my bank.
Any help in avoiding paying these scam artist would be a big help!

I joined singles50.se a year and a half after my divorce as I felt it was time to meet somebody nice. This was a [censored] website. There were no reply’s to my attempts at contacting singels50.se staff with my issues with them. There was no possible way to exit the subscription at all. The only the I got back when I sent in a comment was the your latest comment only your last binding. So I erased all my data Photos personal info and sent a message to them that they do not have my permission to use me photos or personal data in any way and that I am ending my subscription. I also got rid of the credit card that the subscription was taking money from as I felt that this is definitely a scam. I heard nothing for maybe half a year but now that Sweden where I live is trying to get into NATO suddenly these letters start turning up! Maybe one every 3-4 weeks demanding payment for my unpaid subscription to Singels50.se I notice as well I. The news stories about Koran burnings and Swedish gangsters in was it Spain. And how Iran and other Muslim countries want to attack us in Sweden! I know that Putin has Sweden in his cross hairs right now and these scum companies Singels50.se and Themys & [censored] definitely feel to me like they have an agenda that is not as it should be. I will be taking legal advice. I have been throwing out the first scam letters that I received there they write amongst other threats that there exists a possibility to commence enforcement against me for a period of 30 years! With lots of threats of wage garnishment, bank account levy insurance and arrest warrant and forceful disclosure via affidavit of assets bla bla. WTF?
