Patricia B has worked with my company for years and does an extraordinary job with contacting customers and getting payments. She has a very positive attitude and goes above and beyond for us. I work for *** and any time we need her, she is always ready with the level of professionalism. Thank you C2C for Patricia B. If I could I feel she deserves 10 stars.

my company has been utilizing C2C Resources over the past several years. We are very pleased with every effort of communication that has been made not only in collections, but any other needs that were requested as well. Our representative Kim *** is great! She knows how busy my day load gets and that I may forget, so she checks in every so often to make sure I haven't left any monies behind. Definitely would recommend C2C Resources to fellow business owners.

Hector from C2C Resources continually calls our office, asking for the owners. He will never tell me the nature of the call, and our owners don't take unsolicited calls. His people skills are severely lacking, and thinks he can bully receptionists into forwarding sales calls to upper management. I usually pass along messages to the owners if the caller is professional and to the point. Hector will never get through our seasoned support staff with such a poor attitude.

C2C Resources has helped our small business with collections so much! We do not have many employees, so finding time to do collections ourselves is difficult. Sean helped us get back money that we thought we would never see from old customers. C2C is very consistent and thorough. I communicated with Sean thorough the whole collections process and he always got back to me as soon as possible. We will definitely be using C2C Resources for all future collections if needed and highly recommend Sean!

Hayward *** was cursing at me and threatening me. He needs to be fired or put in his place because he tries to scare people to get his way, possibly because he knows he can be tough over the phone. He states he is a professional but his actions are opposite. I have never had a "professional" threaten and keep saying over and over "whatchu gonna do about it huh?" after threatening me over and over... over the phone! I guess he thinks he is a tough guy. Not professional or tough at all. FIRE HIM!

I have used C2C for years now to collect my customers that have no intention of paying on their account, which Rebecca has been able to find them and also collect every penny that they owe. I am thankful that she is as aggressive as she is, never giving up to achieve the ultimate goal, which is to get us the money due. I plan on using C2C whenever I have a problem collecting, no matter if it is a small amount or larger, this company excels in their field, and I thank Rebecca for her hard driving attitude and knowledge.

Our company had an excellent experience with C2C Resources. Their representative, ***, was very helpful and kept us abreast of what was happening with the collection efforts. They collected over $60,000 in bad debts that would have never been paid without their help. If you have a large or small amount of debt that is uncollectible, I suggest you contact these people. They will also negotiate on collection percentage, unlike any other company that we have dealt with, depending on the amount of the debt, of course.

They called to rudely and aggressively demand I pay them to cover a debt that I did not any knowledge or responsibility for st all. I attempted to explain that because I had the same name that I had never been involved in car repair. The person was only interested in hearing themselves spew rude, belligerent, evocative accusations. You can see in response to my Facebook post. They finally agree I had no involvement and it was not my debt. The called several times to harass me for debt that was never about me. This is no a professional business.

A complete scam, they lie and cheat and are not authorized to do what they say they are. During Covid-19 we settled some disputed invoices and Mr Roger Josey from C2C Resources is a liar who forces you to pay settlements on the spot, says offer is invalid if you need time to read it through, and then do not send the settle papers after and the company still thinks you owe them money. Do not deal with Mr Roger Josey, make sure to request someone else, and do NOT agree anything over the phone. Their lines are not recorded, so he will later deny it, and he will never reply to emails (probably do not want a trail that can hold him accountable). Stay away from this company, but if you have to deal with them DO NOT DEAL WITH MR ROGER JOSEY. He will scam you.

C2C has helped take the headache out of the collection process on my part for my small business. I had the unfortunate experience of having two clients who were not responding to emails or phone calls for past due balances. As a small business owner, cash flow is crucial and C2C exceeded all expectations! I provided them with all the documentation and within two weeks I received payment from both clients in full. In working with them, the staff and their process was done with extreme warmth, sensitivity and professionalism. They assured me of the steps taken to collect payment and provided status updates as it became available. Thank you Rebecca and your team for making my life that much less stressful so that I can best utilize my time and efforts in areas of my business that matters most!
