My son and I were in on Sunday night. I had asked for a table for 2 adults and 3 kids. we were couple min early. So 5 in total (basic math)
The front lady told me I had to wait 20 min and in that time my friend was inside as well so we had Three kids with us now in a very crowded space so not covid friendly. My friend wrote her number down to be waited for a table. 2 other groups walked in after us. They didn't have a reservation
We stepped out as it was very crowded and not covid friendly in there at the front counter.
we noticed the other two crowds weren't out yet
I went in a checked they weren't there anymore and we didn't see them leave
I told my friend. She went in and spoke and came back out and got us
We went and sat down
I noticed people that came in after us were seated before us in the exact same size booth
How is this fair we had 3 hungry kids with us
And we weren't treated fairly at all
Was this a race thing
Is it because I wasn't Caucasian and they were. This is completely unacceptable. I have never felt so disgusted
The front staff especially the girl with curly hair needs to have a talking to. I feel she's the one who thought it was completely ok for us to wait while she gave our tables away
Our server was kind but the front I never felt so disrespected
Desired outcome: I would like to know what is being done as I have had issues with this location in the past as well
