We were visiting the area with my daughter and decided to get lunch at Mario’s today. My daughter had a burger and I ordered a wrap (Nothing special) The owner of the place “Rachel” brought our order. I forgot to mention I cannot eat fried things, so we asked if it was okay to change to grilled chicken, she clearly did not like that and used a VERY unpleasant tone and mentioned we’d have to pay for the new wrap, and then proceeded to ask “ what am I supposed to do with that? “ as in the wrap. I don’t know maybe give it to your staff? Give it to another table? she didn’t give me the opportunity to explain my health issues. And on top of that the server ordered the the wrong sandwich for my daughter and the owner also wouldn’t even let the server get a word in. If you want to own a restaurant, YOU SHOULD NOT TREST YOUR COSTUMES THE WAY YOU PROBABLY TREST YOUR STAFF. 👎🏼
