I purchased a dresser, the front panel fell off, I have been trying to get warranty for months now, no helpful responses. Just promises that someone will reach out to me.
The salesman, JOHNATHAN D, told me with the warranty I purchased, EVERTYING WOULD BE COVERED. HE EVEN SAID I COULD SMASH THE DRESSER IN THE PARKING LOT AND IT WOULD BE COVERED.
I have tried 20 + times to get this addressed. Crickets.

I may as well just throw the dresser at your store entrance.
Desired outcome: Warranty
