At Fort McMurray Super store Alberta province there is always electronic and other items are on sell, particularly after Christmas when we are trying to buy them, they are out of stocks in the morning at 7.15AM !?.
It appears to me the employees themselves buys or hides those sell items, and regular customer are not getting any benefits of the sell.

My comment/complain- call whatever you think right- comes from my observation based on day-today- as one of community members who not only shop there frequently but also lives in the neighbourhood of the store itself- It is about a recent trend of bias in employment opportunity!
- The Real Canadian Superstore in Fort McMurray Alberta used to be at the forefront in offering employment opportunity to diversified new arrivals that include relocated individuals from other cities within Alberta or from other provinces consisting mainly mothers whose husbands work onsite for gas and oil industry, new immigrants, young individuals with no proper trade for oil and gas job opportunity, etc.
The employees were very diversified, and makes every community feel at home, indeed, like that of WalMart store in the same downtown Fort McMurray. But recently after the hiring person became a Pilipino (Filipino) lady, more Filipinos are dominating the faces of the store employees, and other applicants are quite often turned down while Philippine origins are hired easily. I think this trend (an implicitly bias in the hiring authority) requires the attention of the store manager.
Thank you
Mike
