I purchase 82 inch samsung tv from the bricks. I used less then 2 yrs. Tv one self
Off and on also remote not working also.
And I call to the bricks. The bricks employees indicate call warranty department to call my self.. And I call warranty department 3 times talk and
Call but not existing number when they give number and I call the bricks again. I claimed to the bricks. How come call warranty department my self... Speak them to fix it tv... I never seen or hear other companies like this... It's horrible terrible company the bricks.
So many time call and visit the bricks. They not give any solution... They only do send email to warranty department... To get reply back (answer back)
But never ever get back answer...
Do you know when the bricks send email to warranty department.
You need wait 48 hours to reply back...
Still no answering back...
They bring it my tv over 4 months...
Still didn't fix it no one know it even
The bricks... I paid expensive warranty.. But nothing to do the bricks...
Horrible and terrible... I didn't watch tv over 4 months... But I still pay for tv packages... Everyday the bricks made me and my family horrible day...
My kids everyday asking... Daddy when tv's coming... I don't know. (do I teaching to my kids really bad experiences from the bricks.)
How to claim and report all customers or all people... Never buy any supplies from bricks... You will be lost your money and time and happiness. You will starting the nightmare begins when you buy from the bricks.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer's satisfaction.
