My account was on freeze till yesterday, August 30, 2021, and I haven't been coming into the store physically since last year, I don't think it's fair to not provide the refund for the prepaid amount that has been changed for the next two weeks before I asked them to cancel my membership today. I am very upset as I have been charged for the next two weeks even after providing them with a membership cancellation email today. This is not fair
Desired outcome: I would like my refund for $21.59
