GoodLife Fitness review: Lost footwear at Beacon Hill Calgary Goodlife, and management did nothing

Below is the letter that I sent to Beacon Hill GoodLife management team over 1 week ago, and there is no response nor any indication that they will investigate.

Major disappointment.

To Beacon Hill Goodlife General Manager,

To be exact, I came in to your Goodlife last Saturday 9 Mar 2024, and stayed from 8am to 9:30am. I left my winter boot (similar to attached photo):

- Sketches winter boot, light brown

- the lace are locked together with a spring load clip

- there is also a pair of customer orthopedic sole inlay in the shoe

On the outside shelf inside the front door.

When I am leaving your complex around 9:30am, my boots were not on the shelf or anyone of the boot shelf.

I am hoping you can go over your cctv record of that day/time and maybe identify the member who may have accidentally taken my boot, and request him to return them to me.

A member had his boots stolen a couple of weeks ago and he says he spoke to somebody at the front who told him that they would file an incident report for him and that Amanda would check the security cameras. He was told he would be reached out to this past Monday. He has not heard from anyone since and has asked me to reach out and have him CC'd on this email. Please rectify this whenever you can.
