I ordered a sofa on Dec. 2020 and was told to wait for the delivery on the second or third week of Feb. By the end week of Feb, there was still no call from the bricks or manufacturer company so we decided to call the bricks. They said that it wasn't started or done yet (not really sure what happen) and it will take few more months for it to be done and delivered. So they offered us to look for a new sofa. We decided to take a new sofa and they told us to wait till the end week of March. Today, we decided to call and ask for the update but was told that it will take another month again. Since January, we have been paying for the interest fee of the first sofa that we're supposed to buy so we asked if the bricks could help us to stop or pause the payment. However, they told us that they can't. We understand that the interest fee is not the company's policy but should've they help us at least? In addition, should they called/inform us about the delay days before the delivery date? We just felt neglected and pissed. It felt like we've been scammed and paying for nothing!
Desired outcome: Refund or stop the interest fee
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer's satisfaction.
