I paid for 5 year warranty and informed the Brick that one couch wore out badly and im 65, no kids, only i sit there.
They basically gave the the run around and then denied my claim saying i should have informed them within 14 days. This was slow premature erosion.
I had HEARD rumors anout the Brick and POOR warranty support.
Their warranty department basocally ignored me and then a lady Simranjeet told me they denied it.
Totally unacceptable.
How sad for customers fooled into their warranty misinformation.

Desired outcome: Even a discount on a new chair or loveseat wouldve been appreciated. Geez
The Brick - queen bed
Hi,
I purchased a bed from newton surrey store in First week of October and I am regretting by the service very bad I am out of words to explain the frustration I received by Employees and even the Manager that person was not trying to listen to me and been 2 days since I was trying to figure this out. Problem in headboard and footboard and i had tons of issues. On the day I bought the product they said you've to assemble it by yourself and after the issues they said pay us $170 and we'll resemble only the headboard because everything else was assembled. Long story short people who work there are lier and do not care what customer have to say once you pay its none of their business what is going on with the products I'll be out of words to explain but long story short it was horrible experience
The Brick - the brick card, manager, customer service, payment plan
My husband and I applied for a Brick Card so we could have the new couch i wanted for so long and he was approved the next day. A week ago they had a deal for boxing day that the furniture is delivered for free so we called customer service and they said to pay with our Amex card and when the Brick Card arrived we could bring it to the store and they would refund our money and put it on a payment plan on the card.
Today we went into the The Surrey distrubution brick on King George and asked for the refund we were promised. No one knew what we were talking about. We were met by a smug asian looking manager who had a smug smile the whole time he spoke to us and said we have no proof we ever had that phone call. They said once the furniture was delivered we could not have refund. It was delivered before the card arrived. They also said we are supposed to tell them over the phone to hold delivery till the card arrives. No one told us that when they called.
We have a small baby and it is Christmas. They ripped us off and now we have this brick card and a huge Amex bill.
