Real Canadian Superstore

Bought a Beatrice 3.25% 2 Litre Pack with Expiry date 27th May 2023 in Real Canadian Superstore 215 St. Annes Road branch (Superstore (1514)) on 12th May 2023. Till 22nd May it was good, but when i used it on 23rd May it was spoiled. so i thrown it. I am living in downtown and i could not able to go back to the store with the milk and raise a complaint. This is a huge disappointment for me, 6 months back i faced the same issue but i did not raise a complaint but now i am bit frustrated about the quality.

Another issue was on the same day i have billed wrongly for an item which i did not buy Onion Greens for $3.58 they have charged, but i did not check the bill at the stores and when i reached home and check the bill i found it was wrongly charged,

I would like to place a complaint about your Plan-a-Gram. I am Vegan. If I choose to buy Tofu, a plant based food, in your store I am required stand in front of the Lobster tanks and view their torture. I do not consider this a privilege. I would like to know why I am being forced to go into the Meat Department in front of the Lobster tank where the Lobsters are bound, being held captive and tortured. to purchase Tofu. Tofu is a plant based food. I have complained about this before and was told you would look into it; but to date nothing has been done. I am being forced to buy Tofu at Walmart becsuse it makes me mentally and physically sick to see these poor creatures bound and tortured awaiting to be dropped in hot boiling water for their Death. Please return the Tofu and plant based food back to the Produce Department or to an Outside aisle where Vegans are not required to witness this horrible abuse.
