I received an oil change from your Wellington and Leslie location in Aurora, ON last Sunday April 2nd. My car oil light came on right after and my underside of my car was covered in oil. I returned to the Mr lube location on Monday and they said it was residual oil and then said they cleaned it up. The following day my driveway was covered in oil and so I returned at which point again I was told that there was nothing wrong. Fast forward to 5 days later and my driveway is soaked in oil still and the location will not help and says everything g is fine. I was not leaking oil prior to this visit and I do not feel safe driving my car.
Desired outcome: Please resolve this issue and stop my car from a leak that you caused

I went for a regular oil change today at your Aurora Ontario location. When I pulled in they told me my oil change would be 103 dollars. I thought even that seemed a bit much but they told me my truck NEEDED this extra mileage oil which cost more. Which I found out afterwards my truck does not need.Then they told me I needed to replace my oil filter for another 25 dollars after that they told me I needed to replace my cabin air filter for 15.99 after I left I noticed they charged me 59.99! My bill for a simple oil change was almost 200 dollars! This is not acceptable that your company fears people into so much extra unneeded stuff that I did not need but because they made it sound horrible if I didn't replace it I did it afterwards to find out I didn't need it and I was scammed! Is this what you do take advantage of customers that have little or no knowledge on what their vehicle needs?! I am completely disgusted and will never recommend this company to anyone! Unbelievable and disgusting!
