I waited 30 minutes for my turn in the parking lot at your location on 70 Grand Marshal Drive in Scarborough and your attendants took another car before me when it wasn't his turn. I promptly left as a result.
Perhaps you should train your employees on how to put waiting cars in order so people don't waste their time. Its not that complicated.
I am a regular customer at this location and you have lost my business today which would have been a $300 visit and future oil changes.

Mr. Lube, being unable to keep its queue for its customers orderly and complain-free is rather low level and of no concern for its loyal customers such as yourself. Kindly forward this petition to their management clearly stating how they lost you as a customer considering that you were going there for $300 and more. Since if they are interested in keeping clients, they will deal with this as soon as possible. In the meantime, seek out a company that actually respects your time and money. It's best to let Mr. Lube sort out their incompetence on their own.
