We don't write reviews but we're making an exception in this case. Our experience with the arborist and his crews far surpassed our expectations. Everyone on the project was prompt, professional, careful, and very pleasant. The arborist contracted a specialized company to remove our 3 large dead or dying cottonwoods. We did not get the name of the individual operating the stump grinder, but he too was very friendly, competent, and efficient. The work began within days of our call and was finished months before a considerably more expensive estimate from another company was scheduled to begin. The cost did not go up despite the fact that this difficult and complex job took 3 days instead of one; the crew cleaned up carefully after each day and again after the stump grinding. We definitely plan to call the same arborist for our next project, and to recommend him to anyone who needs tree work done.

He assured me that my order would ship on Monday, 09/01, without fail.
When 09/01 came around, I checked the site again for the status and saw that it was still "preparing to ship". I decided to give them a call again, but this time they were too busy to answer. No worries, I thought, I could just send them an email. I sent the email immediately and waited patiently for their fast response. But, alas, I am still waiting on that email.
On 09/02, I went to check their Live Chat to see if I could get any more information on what was going on. I spoke with Andrew, and he let me know that the warehouse would send me an email after they opened at 10:00 am PST. However, I didn't receive that email either.
Today, I called back to cancelling my order. Luckily, I spoke with Leslie who said that I would receive a confirmation email by the end of the day. I hope to receive it, but after all that has occurred, I'm a bit skeptical. This was one of the worst on-line experiences with buying parts I have ever had.
