Mattamy Homes - Driveway, entrance steps slope correction, tree

The final layer of Asphalt poured a year ago approximately. We parked for 5 days on the road. After which still the driveway would almost sink, it was very hot. We complained to Mattamy the manager visited us and other houses in the neighbourhood. He heard and saw everyone's complain. Some people were installing potlights and there driveway was sinking with the ladder. He agreed that there is a problem, first shirked it off saying you parked your car in driveway early when he had actually seen our neighbors car. We were offended because this is not true and I made it clear. He said he will try to do what he can. We never heard anything back, meanwhile small small pieces of Asphalt from driveway like pebbles started coming out within a few days. Sent picture and request and mentioned in email and copied the manager that had visited. Mattamy and Manager completely changed the tone blamed everything on us and called it dry wheel steering meaning steering your wheel on the driveway with the car not moving!
Since, have tried many different emails, requests and phone calls together with my neighbour but no Result! We have been contacting because in less than a year it is cracking on the edges. It was not paved, poured, sealed and finished properly.
2. The turnover of the customer service staff is phenomenal. The best part is they do not bother to read the email, understand the problem or for that matter conserve the resources of Mattamy. For instance, I get a call to book an appointment for electrician when he has already come and gone. OR I get a call for door replacement by the door company to come and do the job when it has already been replaced but things that are pending are not done you can keep requesting and emailing. Like the entrance step slope correction which is pending but I am told it is done.
3. A non thriving infested tree was planted. Because of my repetitive emails and proactiveness a few others in the lane were also replaced but replaced with another infected tree. I bought it to the attention of people planting it and they said it will go away in a years time. I have since been following it up again just to hear that it will resolve on it's own and follow up in September. After paying so much, why does the homeowner get an infested tree? Why not do the right thing to begin with?
Please help me resolve my concerns.
Thankyou.

Desired outcome: Address the issues mentioned in the email
