My wife and I bought a home in Saguaro Trails a few months ago and the warranty work has been taken care of up to this point. Most everything from the Sales end was great with Mattamy. The problem is their Warranty department is refusing to replace a stove that is severely dented on the countertop side. This was obviously done when it was installed and we only noticed when my wife lifted the grate to clean underneath. Their reasoning for not replacing is that we should have noticed it during our New Home walk-through prior to Closing. What bothers me the most is the insinuation from their Warranty department manager that we could have dented it ourselves and are now trying to get a new stove. During my warranty walk-through scheduling call at 30ish days, A. told me Mattamy would remedy the stove and now she is saying it will not be taken care of. My wife and I are being made to feel dishonest over a stove. If we had dented the stove I would not need to take the time to write this review because I wouldn't have asked for a replacement. If you want a company that has a Warranty department that does not follow through with their promises and will do their best to make you feel dishonest, Mattamy in Tucson is your company!. And this is the smallest issue. I won't even get started on the poor craftsmanship. I will be telling everyone I know not to buy a home from Mattamy.
