I paid for a sectional sofa from The Brick in February 2021 and it was delivered in March 2021. It was missing the right wing piece. I immediately placed an order for it and was told it may take up to a month to receive the part. Every month I check in with The Brick for an update and they tell me to wait a month. It has been 8 months and the only communication I have with them is when I check in monthly. They now say it is out of their hands and is a manufacturer issue. I paid in full for the sectional and did not receive the entire sectional. I asked if I could have the part from their showroom sectional (it's the exact model) and was told that would be impossible as it is their display model. I have spoken with the manager and have not been offered a solution. The picture below shows the left wing attached and the missing right wing.
Desired outcome: To have a new sectional delivered intact or the right wing part delivered.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer's satisfaction.
The Brick - Sofa
It has been only four months. The three seater sofa started to make annoying sounds and became louder every day. So I submitted a claim for it and after a few days they sent a technician to fix it. He opened it but he didn't know how to solve the problem. So after he sent his report he contacted us again to do another maintenance trail. These steps were repeated many times. Actually he opened the sofa 9 times. Unfortunately the sofa condition becomes worse every time. The technicians visited me 25th Jan, 17th Feb, 26th March, 14th April. No wonder I see them every month.
Desired outcome: Exchange the sofa

Hello my name is Sheranne McNaughton I am writing to make a complaint about your corporate sales person Alicia at the Brantford location she falsely advertised items she sold saying they were capable of sanitizing my childs bedding which she also sold me the bed and mattress covers my total purchase was $16, 748.00 for the items the federal government had paid. These items where purchased to help with my disabled childs special needs but they are not capable of doing what your salesperson stated they could do after such a large purchase you would think that the sales person would have adequate accurate information regarding the items she sold I want this problem rectified immediately this is not acceptable
Do Not shop here things are over priced the sales people are not well aware of the items they are selling they give out inaccurate information regarding their stock they say anything just to make a quick sale they are a horrible company I spent 17, 000 on king size ajustable bed, accessories, matteres covers, pillows washer and dryer. The washer and dryer was purchased because of the sanitation options to be able 5o sanitize the bedding but it turns out the washer is not capable of doing what the corporate sales person stated they could do . I am very unhappy with there misinformation faulty sales persons advertising all so they could make a sale Do Not Shop at the Brick Buyer be warned
