We were seated Jan 24 at 5:50 but didn't receive our meals until 6:40. The cotton candy Shake my son ordered arrived with shake running down the sides, and dripping all over the table and us. The cotton candy floating melting and dripping everywhere. I had to request wipes to clean everything up and a new shake. My pizza arrived burned, the bacon black and charred. Pieces of the pepperoni also blackened. It ruined the whole flavour with a burned taste. Given that it took an hour to receive I would say it was severely over cooked, maybe neglected. I had requested pizza dipping sauce multiple times but didn't finally get it until I was nearly finished eating, and it was ice cold. I wasn't able to eat a lot of my meal, and had to pick the burned toppings off. We were trying to make a 7:30 movie with our son and couldn't wait another hour for it to be remade.
We addressed this issue with our waitress, and the manager who merely said she was going to go "check" the bacon but never returned.
The prices have increased, and the quality of food and service decreased. We won't be returning. We don't have much money, this was a BIG treat for our family and a severe let down, $69 wasted.
East Side Mario's - spaghetti bolognese
Takeout was extremely disappointing the sauce what little there was (a tablespoon at best!) was bland, no flavour, overly oily and lacking substance. All i tasted was olive oil and noodles. This was obviously made without much thought or consideration toward customer satisfaction noting the lack of bread with the meal. No I will not be recommending this service to anyone in fact I would rather share how downgraded to the level of a cheap drive through service (or lack of) East Side MARIO has become.
