Regarding request #830159
On November 9th, I placed an order for deliver from an East Side Mario's about 10 minutes away from my home. I was informed by email that my order would arrive in 50 minutes. After 65 minutes went by, I contacted ESM to find out what the problem was. I was told that the delay was the delivery driver's fault and that the order would not arrive for another 45 minutes. So total time from when I ordered (4:30) until expected delivery was approximately 1.5 hours. I asked that the order be cancelled and a refund applied.
The total for the order was $74.41. My credit card statement showed a refund of $62.11. I am still waiting to be refunded the difference of $12.30. ESM has lost me as a regular customer.
Desired outcome: Refund balance of $12.30
