Dear sir or madam,
I bought it on sunday 27 october 2019, cost 27.99 plus tax and witch broom with 3.99 $ plus tax, I went to return it on 31/10/2019, they don't have return policy they only have exchange even for new times. Before I go there I read the receipt it says I can exchange within a week that is why I went today but they said I cant exchange because it is halloween item I told them why they gave me that receipt or why they didn't stamp it with final sail. They offered me to exchange with only halo ween times which it not helping me at all. I left because they did not admit it is their problem not mine now I need my money back for my staff and my time too. I have the receipt. Items not worn.
