Value Village / Savers - Service from manager called Lida

I went to the value village at 2506 Hampshire Gate, Oakville, ON L6H 6A2, Canada to do exchange and the manager called 2 backups to check on me like I'm a thief and returned half of the items I wanted to exchange and gave awful attitude saying where did I get these from and questioned me with anger and so I told her please be respectful and she told me to behave my self and never come back to my store again and kept screaming and threatening me. I felt very scared and threatened. This is unacceptable unprofessional behaviour. She refused to do her job and gave terrible attitude towards me and threatened me. Her name is Lida and she works at the value village in hampshire road in Canada. I believe she should be fired and never work in customer service again because she does not know how to treat customers with respect. Please fire her immediately or do something to fix her attitude. I also witnessed how she treats other customers and not only me. I saw her giving attitude and speaking aggressively towards customers. She should not work in customer service at all and her attitude and obnoxious behaviour makes the store lose customers and never want to enter the store because of being mistreated. Please do something to fix this and I highly suggest you fire her. I hope you understand my worries and solve this. Thank you.

Value Village / Savers - worked at this store and was treated horribly

To whom it may concern,

I'd like to formally complain about the management at one of your Value Village locations - located at 2506 Hampshire Gate, Oakville Ontario. I recently started working at this location on December 2nd, 2019. I was forced to quit in less than 3 days of employment due to the extremely unwelcoming and inappropriate actions of the employees at this store.

Within the 3 shifts that I worked, I did not receive any type of training whatsoever, with supervisors giving excuses that this would happen once the computers were ‘available' or ‘up and running'. In addition to no proper training, there was abusive behaviour from the supervisors in which they would laugh at me, and about me, when asking for assistance.
Not only was I not trained or treated with respect, I never received a schedule, meaning I would find out the day of if there was a shift for me, making potential work-life balance next to impossible in the long-term. This behaviour is extremely unprofessional, and I did not appreciate feeling like a child when trying to perform my work duties.

Leda was very unprofessional. When I brought up a concern about her touching my arms and back and how it made me uncomfortable she began to laugh at me. As someone who has survived a sexual assault I hope Leda never
has to be afraid of someone touching her or invading her personal space as I am, I feel very mistreated by this location and am very upset that I wasted my time working here. I feel it is important that you know how people are being treated and that it is very unprofessional to laugh and mock employees.

As a survivor of sexual and emotional abuse, I would not wish this sort of treatment on anyone. Feeling unsafe in your work environment is intolerable, and I would very much like to take further action against this location and its' employees.
