Dear Chipotle Customer Service,

I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration with the poor service I received during my recent takeout order at your branch on 3rd Nov. I have been a loyal customer of Chipotle for a long time, and this experience has left me deeply dissatisfied.

Firstly, I ordered a vegetarian option from your menu, but when I received my order, it contained chicken instead of the vegetables I requested. This was not only an inconvenience but also a violation of my dietary preferences. I am a vegetarian, and the presence of chicken in my meal was unacceptable.

Secondly, I ordered an orange juice as my drink of choice, but when I opened the bag, I found a bottle of water instead. This was not only a substitution of the item I ordered but also a significant inconvenience, as I was expecting to enjoy my meal with the beverage I had selected.

Moreover, the quantity of the food provided in my order seemed significantly less than what I usually receive during takeout. This was surprising and disappointing, as I have always found Chipotle to be generous with their portions.

I understand that mistakes can happen, but this experience was particularly frustrating due to the multiple errors in a single order. I had to go without a proper meal, and it left me feeling both inconvenienced and unsatisfied.

I would like to kindly request that you address these issues promptly. I would appreciate it if you could ensure that these issues are not repeated in the future. Quality control and accuracy in orders are essential for maintaining customer satisfaction, and I hope that my feedback can help improve the service at your 2530 Winston Park Drive branch.

I would appreciate a response to this email at your earliest convenience, confirming that the necessary actions are being taken to rectify these issues. I would like to continue enjoying the high-quality food and service that I have come to expect from Chipotle.
