Let me start with saying Chipotle is one of my absolute favorite restaurants. It's one of the only "fast food" restaurants that I'll take my children to. This because I trust that the food is always safe to eat, fresh, and delicious.
It be frank, this is the very 1st time I've ever formally complained about any service whatsoever.
I need to complain about the WORSE customer service I've ever encountered in any restaurant. The location at 12827 Dale Mabry Hwy, Tampa, FL 33618, phone number [protected].
As an owner of a "fast food" ice creamery myself, I completely understand that keeping the line moving as quickly as possible is important, however, the service to the patron in front of you is the most important. They have waited in line for their turn to order their meal; not to mention, the cost of eating any meal has skyrocketed! The individuals behind this counter are rude, short, and could care less about us, the customer, nor Chipotle and it's reputation.
I went in 3 weeks ago, and got unbelievably bad service, I didn't get the food I ordered. Last night my friend stopped to get us food, with the same bad service. I pray that somehow, someway, this can be fixed. Until then, I will not be going back to that location.
Desired outcome: Either properly train or fire these people. We didn't get what we ordered. 3 weeks ago, the entire line of patrons were absolutely appalled. Two in the line left the restaurant before ordering.
