I went to get a bowl and burrito and when I said I wanted steak the employee put chicken on both (the steak was empty) and when I said I wanted steak the next person on the line turned down to ask what I guess was a manager on the ground what to do to which she rudely replied. Another employee was behind me getting food and they told her to go ahead and pay and that I'd just have to wait (none of which was said to me) I waited for five minutes until someone finally came back and got my order done for me. All employees were extremely rude and didn't care about my food getting messed up and never apologized for anything and overall made the experience stressful and irritating. With 6 employees in my sight and a manager doing inventory on the ground I think anyone would expect more from any food spot!
hairs in my food
I bought a burrito to go and I was super excited to eat it since I had not eaten all day. When I unwrapped my burrito, there was a hair on the tortilla. I took off the hair and just ate around the area the hair was since I was extremely hungry. I started biting more into the burrito and found ANOTHER hair. I'm super upset there was even one hair in my burrito let alone two. There may even be more since I barely ate any of it.
Hi I ordered a chicken burrito bowl and I ordered double chicken and fajita veggies on there and extra rice, I did not get any of that. It was only regular rice regular chicken and no vegetables.
This was delivery and I paid extra for the chicken that I did not get

I came into a store in Aurora, CO today to get some food for a friend and I. The lady that was working behind the counter (around 3:20) did not greet me when I approached her. She just simply looked at me and asked what I wanted. She was very rude and had a big attitude the entire time she was getting me my food. The other lady there was super nice, I apologize I do not have names. But, I did not appreciate being treated this way as I was trying to be nice to the lady.

I ordered my food online with a 10:45 a.m. pick up time. The door was locked and two visible employees walked back and forth stocking items. The door was opened for myself and 5 other people at 11:00. The manager apologized for the wait. I went to the register and a young lady was preparing my order of two burrito bowls, one burrito and one order of tacos. I watched as she sloppily prepared my food and did not say anything. She threw toppings into my order without care. As the bowls were sitting there on the counter, I asked if she could write the names on them so they wouldn't be confused. She snatched the marker, wrote the names in haste and then threw the marker behind the counter angrily. When I said, "thank you." She ignored me. My order was prepaid, so she grabbed one bag and threw the two bowls, burrito, tacos and a bag of chips into the bag, which was too heavy to carry. She then shoved the bag across the counter at me aggressively. Again, I said thank you, although I was offended. She threw her hand up as if to say, "whatever." I ended up grabbing a few extra bags and repacking my food. The manager reappeared and I spoke to him about my encounter. He apologized and gave me a few coupons.
My coworkers and I had been looking forward to this all week, and it was totally ruined by a disgruntled employee. I am not sure what she was upset about, but I did not deserve this treatment and am not sure how I feel about returning to this location. Overall, this experience was very disappointing.
I ordered Door dash from Chipolte location, Mooresville NC 28117. It is now two hours later and after appx $21 dollars charged to my credit card I finally called the manager (Javier) asking did the driver get lost? he assured me the driver picked up my hour about 20 minutes after I ordered. When I said well I don't think the driver is coming, can I just cancel? this manager could literally care less that my food never arrived and he told me to call Door dash. I said sir, my credit card was charged to Chipolte, not Door dash (they only made three dollars tip); Javier was not rude, I have to be fair about that, but he flippantly said go Chipolte website online to complain and ask for your money because there's nothing he can do-but it's an automated feature, no where can you explain what happened to a human being AND you cannot reach a live person on the phone, trust me I tried. I am out over $20 and two hours later I'm sitting here starving and I'm working so I only had an hour for lunch. Now I have to spend more money somewhere else just so I can get some lunch. Chipolte is who I sent my business to, there is no way I believe that Javier couldn't give me a voucher, tell me to come in for an equivalent meal or something to make up for this? I can complain to Door dash but again, that's only three dollars out of what I spent, are you kidding? Can anyone tell me how to get my money back for food I paid for that never arrived? I'm appalled at how I was brushed off by this manager. I don't know if anyone else thinks $20 plus dollars is a lot but it is to me. Thank you in advance. Crystal Jones
small burrito bowl with incorrect toppings
My daughter stopped at Chipotle to pick up a veggie burrito bowl for each of us. She stopped at the location at 11257B Reed Hartman, Blue Ash, Ohio, 45241 on May 16, 2018. The portions were noticeably smaller then previous bowls. The clerk put the hot salsa on one of the bowls, which is not what was ordered. When my daughter pointed out that we did not want the hot salsa, he scraped it off instead of starting over. The hot salsa was not completely removed.
We would like to be refunded for out lunch.

I visited Chipotle on 5/3/2018, Wayzata MN. I ordered 2 chicken bowls and 1 chicken burrito. I was charged an extra $2.20 for extra chicken when I never ordered or asked for "extra" chicken. I want my $2.20 back. I know it's just $2.20, but it's my $2.20 not yours! I didn't ask for it or order it. Would this be considered stealing, since I didn't ask for it? portions are smaller and smaller
I really like chipotle the service and the food. I have become a very frequent customer. Unfortunately the portions have changed. I have noticed the portions are smaller and smaller every time. I always get the same so it is noticeable. I hope the company decides to keep its portions like they were at first. Below is an image of how I opened a bowl and a third of it was empty.

I went to the chipotle location at international mall in tampa fl approx 5/11/18.
I took my bowl back to the line and was told thats how they make their steak which I understand yet this time its seemed closer to medium rare. I asked for it to be remade and they said they could not cook just my meat to desire. so I came back the next day and decided to speak to a manager and he then said without a recipt he could do nothing. but I spoke with the line server who was there that night! I couldnt get a sandwhich or my money back.. dissapointed. and would like this rectified.. its becoming hit or miss with chipotle and if its a miss you loose out on your money!

This is the second time I have went into the Culpeper VA, Chipotle and ordered a bowl. Paid for extra mean steak and chicken combo and charged 3 more dollars for the same or less than a regular bowl. Ask for extra veggies, cheese, sour cream and never get extra. Why can't they just do what is asked. Yeah I use the app to order so I'm not standing right over top of them to watch. I shouldn't have to. Makes me so mad to get home and it's less than what I paid for.

Went to get a a burrito and bowl. While making the burrito it ripped I asked the girl 2 add another wrap and her response was why. On the bowl I asked for extra rice she proceed to add a half of spoonful I asked if it could have a little more and she told me no. When checking out I wanted a large and small bag of chips. No large bags were made so the girl proceeded 2 give me 2 small bags and over charge..when I told her about it she took 4 small bags and threw them into my bag. I usually have a good experience and the workers are pleasant, but this crew was awful.

I went to the chipotle located at 2640 N. Narragansett during my lunch break and ordered a burrito. I found a hair in my food and brought it up to the staff behind the counter. They gave each other smirks and offered to give me a refund. There was no concern on their part, no apology. The service manager was called to issue the refund and she didn't even bother to look at me or even acknowledge I was even there. She didn't make eye contact or say a word to me. I asked if there was a manger above her that I could speak to and was given a card. When I called it was to that same chipotle store and the person that answered just hung up on me. I have a limited time for lunch, I work at a school near by who orders from this location often. I understand things happen and if the staff had handled things differently it would've made all the difference. I will be sure to let all of my coworkers know about this chipotle abd their awful service and uncleanliness.

On tuesday may 9 at yhe chipotle in ne by rastern market I was treated with such dusrepect the women was so rude when I walked up to the line to say what I wanted in my bowl she started yelling made my bowl extra sloppy my sauce that I didn't even ask for was just waiting out the side of my bowl, and put cheese on there and slammed my bowl and also asked for my money with an attitude I felt so dosrespected I would just like my $15.59 back in cash or something in return to go to a different chipotle because all restaurants aren't the same I believe.

It made my daughter throw up multiple times. She had a chicken bowl ... she had to goto the er for food poisoning. This is the worst Chipotle . You guys need to close down . You guys always serve under cooked meat and your managers don't even run the store! There's always one person working in front. I will call Corprate if you guys do not fix this issue. I went to the Chipotle in Humble, Texas just like anyone else would go to get a delicious burrito right? As soon as I walk in the lady greeted me and asked me which option I wanted. I said burrito quickly because I was on the phone with my ill mother who's heart is being monitored. The lady then allows the burrito to over steam and walks off to clean and completely ignores me. She simply completely forgot she had a customer and I stood shocked at her behavior. Soon after a younger employee came to help me and craft a new burrito together because the original tortilla was overcooked and hard. However, I had already lost my appetite. I didn't eat my entire burrito. I'm appalled and disgusted by this behavior and experience. Waste of money and time! I will never eat at Chipotle again in Humble, Texas! Poor staff and highly unprofessional.

Her name was Gabby and she was very rude to her staff and guests. I was there getting takeout and I just witnessed the whole situation. I do not like when they treat other Employees like they are dirt. That is just wrong and until she is gone from. That store I will not be back. I feel she should give them respect if she wants any respect. And as how she treats her guest she made this couple wait for there food a good 25 min.

On Saturday, May 5, 2018, I visited the 7091 Security Blvd, Windsor, MD 21244 location. I was not satisfied with having to wait 29 minutes in line to place my food order. Nor was I satisfied when I finally was able to give my order and went to pay and the cashier informs me that they're only excepting exact change, credit, or debit. I informed stated sir how am I able to determine what my exact total for my order is going to be before I get to the register. He them goes into the register and hands me $7.20 and state I don't have enough change toe give you. I indicated that's unacceptable because if I didn't have enough money for my order it would be cancelled. I then went through my purse and was able to find the exact change. I also asked to speak with a manager and was told no manager was available. Before leaving the store I asked the cashier if it is the policy to collect the exact amount in cashier then you should have change to provide to the customers from collecting throughout the day. The hostess name was Savino according to the receipt.

Husband bought salad for me last night at 5079 N. Academy Blvd. There was gravel in it. Felt very nauseas and went without dinner.
I just called location, was informed they did not want salad or grave (which I kept), but the receipt. I offered to scan it to them, whereupon they stated I had to return in person with receipt to get refund for 1 salad.
I do not have time or money to travel back to restaurant. I was informed that I would not be reimbursed for that trouble!
Again they refused to accept a scanned copy over email.

Hello, something needs to be done about the chipotle in Jeffersonville, Ohio. There is always a line out the door and around 5 employees standing out back smoking on there vapes... ALWAYS. Its becoming everytime I come here. I wish that the employees at this location cared about customer service and were a little more professional than this. It really looks very bad. And I am not the only one that had noticed this. I have talked with numerous other friends and they have all been very frustrated with the lack of proper business handling. I hate to complain but it is flat out ridiculous anymore and something needs to be done. It is unfair to the other employees that are still in the building trying to handle all the stress due to the lack of people inside helping and as well as it is unfair to the customers as they wait extreme amounts of time to get there food making them late to work, events, ect. Work isn't supposed to be easy and they should not be exempt from doing it.

The last few times that I have visited the store at 4323 NE Chouteau Trafficway in Kansas City, MO, I have been very disappointed. Both times I have ordered a burrito bowls and barely received 1/2 a bowl. The first time I just thought it was because I went at an extremely busy time, but I went today and again only received maybe 1/2 of a bowl of food. I received a small portion of rice, chicken & veggies. When I asked for guac, I only received 1/2 spoonful and I pay extra for that. I am not sure what your protocol is for portion sizes, but I do know that I have been a customer for a very long time and my bowls have always been 3/4 to completely full. If you are only going to provide 1/2 of a bowl of food then my price also needs to reflect that change. For $10.00, I will take my business elsewhere.
