Chipotle Mexican Grill fake 20 dollar bill

8/2/2018 I went into Chipotle at 9:06pm. I bought a chicken bowl and a chicken burritto my total came out to be 15.09. I gave them 100 dollars and my change was 84.91. Today I went to use one of the 20s I got from Chiptole and the other business told me it was fake and I couldn't use it. I dont have a lot of money to begin with and the fact that Chiptole is telling me they cant give me my 20 back as soo as possible makes me very upset. I need my 20 back so they told me to leave this complaint. Im not happy about it and probably wont ever be coming back to Chiptole and that's saying a lot because Chiptole is one of my favorites, but i got royally screwed over and you guys did NOT do anything to help me out. Thanks

Chipotle Mexican Grill veggie burrito bowl

On Tuesday, July 31st I purchased a vegetarian burrito bowl, along with 3 others, from the Osgood Rd location in Fremont, CA. I ate the bowl around 1:30 PM, less than an hour from my purchase. It was the only food I ate for the rest of the day (for it was very filling). Around nighttime, I started feeling queasy and extremely unwell. I ended up having diahearra and throwing up for hours into the nighttime. The next morning I felt weak and couldn't eat anymore food. I am sending in a complain for food poisoning and would like to receive compensation in terms of the four burrito bowls I purchased this past Tuesday.

Chipotle Mexican Grill poor customer service

I go to chipotle on regular basis usually few times a week. Noticed over time their customer service got poorer, tables and floors are not properly maintained many times tables are still dirty from previous customers. If not everyday, every week workers change/quit in locations that i go to. This seems to be one of reasons that employees are not trained properly. My last visit was today 7/26/208 10:13:40 am ( ET) . order number 193, 1405 S powerline Rd, pompano beach Florida.
When ordering in person, specially in lunch time servers are nervous and in rush to keep up with cutomers, adding or omitting toppings that goes into my order.. I had to repeat many times but still end up not getting what i really want to order. today person adds beans to my plate without i am asking. and added guacamole to my plate while i am asking to be on side. when i repeated to remind what goes inside of my orderwell to avoid more errors, person at counter got visiably annoyed and push my order on side ignoring me and going to next order. i just had to take my order however she prepared it . i think with chipotle simple setup its hard to miss making errors as everything is there in front on display just little training or with some attention lots of times these errors can be avoided. As i go there regularly i witness some other on going issues aswell . since its not directly related to me, probably its not up to me to point them out . to mention one ... inconsistency in amounts of steak or other ingredients being served . sometime about two spoons of steak or beans served but other times less than half of amount of previous times.

The location on Old York Road in Abington, PA has had a major decline in customer service. Additionally, the area that food is served is now almost always sloppy. The food being prepped and pushed down the line on the counter now will often times be dragged through sour cream, lettuce cheese and guacamole.
Yesterday evening, I requested hard shell tacos with shredded beef as the meat choice but a slab of meat was what was put in the taco. When I asked for the slab of meat to be removed, the person serving simply took his gloved hand and shredded the beef that was in the taco and moved the tray down the line. The rest of the taco was so sloppily put together even the stranger beside me had to comment.
My kids’ meals had so much junk on the covers of their containers they didn’t want to touch them.
I did not want to cause a scene and the place was crowded so I took the food and left with the hope that filing a complaint will improve things at this location.

Chipotle Mexican Grill chicken bowl

I placed an order online to the Dover, Delaware location. I had other errands to run and I live 35 minutes away in Maryland. I got home and my order wasn't what I ordered. I ordered a steak bowl with white rice, extra sour cream, light-hot sauce, extra corn and cheese. I didn't get extra sour cream, I got extra hot sauce, no corn at all, and no cheese. My boyfriend also got a bowl and his was wrong to, with no corn no sour cream and no cheese.

Chipotle Mexican Grill chicken burrito bowl

I ordered 2 chicken burrito bowls. It was around 4pm and not too busy. First I was told I would have to wait 3 minutes for the chicken to be done. 15 minutes later it still wasn't. When I could finally place my order, no one was paying attention to me and the wrong salsa was put in. When I finally got home after I paid, I saw that the lettuce was old and wilted, the chicken was charred and burnt all over and completely inedible, and I received a tiny portion of chicken after paying for double. The chips I got on the side were incredibly stale and the queso had a funny smell to it, so bad that I did not trust myself to eat it. Needless to say, it was one of the worst dining experiences of my life.

Chipotle Mexican Grill burrito bowl

I returned 3 separate bowls this afternoon because the meat was undercooked. The first 2 bowls were chicken and then I switched to steak. After the steak also proved to be undercooked, I lost my appetite and demanded my money back. Each time I told the cashier that the meat was undercooked. She said almost nothing each time but proceeded to give me a new bowl. In the case of the chicken, there were raw pieces of chicken mixed in with the cooked pieces. I warned her that the serving crew was continuing to serve and she said nothing. I stood and watched them serve additional customers with the raw chicken, without so much as even pulling the container off the line to inspect further. I have the receipt proving time and date I visited; cashier's name was Avery, according to the receipt. I spoke to the manager or supervisor who performed the return on the register. I also warned him that the crew was continuing to serve the raw meat. He said they would look at it but then immediately turned around and went back to the kitchen. At no point during the approx 10 minutes of ordering, eating and returning 3 bowls did I see any staff even look in the container to examine the meat.

It was scarcely two years ago that Chipotle faced a massive backlash from customers over contaminated food. Thru it all, I continued to eat Chipotle, often twice per week. I believed that reports were way overblown and the restaurants I visited always were clean and staff was responsive.

This reaction I experienced today (complete lack of concern bordering on negligence) really has me worried. I love Chipotle and have always believed the best about the company. I eat there at least once per week. Now I'm not so sure, and I will think twice before I eat there again.

Chipotle Mexican Grill paying $8 for steak bowl getting very little food steak.

10811 Foothill Blvd Rancho Cucamonga California 91730.
We having coming to this places for 4yrs. Love the food. But this early morning at 11:21am my family and I came to eat total of 5 people and the servers that were in charge of serving the food were serving the food with limitations. Little food for the pay. The put very little steak on my son bowl he ask if she can add more they charged $3.25 more because was extra/steak. Same thing with every item. It was almost paying for a kids meal $3.75. And staff was very rude about like if they or Chipotle were going to be poor for the pieces of steak they served. We are very disappointed about today. We didn't enjoy the food and sad about it. Is not paying for the extra money but it was how unprofessional they were. Low costumer service. I wouldn't come back to this place.

Chipotle Mexican Grill chips and guacamole/poor service

I have regularly dined at Chipotle's but am very disappointed with my last experience. I ordered several bowls and 2 large orders of chips and guacamole to go for dinner and ate at my daughter's house. I ordered one less bowl because we wanted to try chips and guacamole. Well we started eating and the chips were horrible...they tasted stale and were inedible so this ruined the meal experience. Later on my way home I stopped by Chipotle's and brought the chips with me. I asked to speak with the manager and only the assistant was available. She was not pleasant and acted like I was unconvincing her. I then said your chips are very stale would you like to try one to see what I mean and she said no, they just weren't cooked properly. Then to top it off after I explained dinner was ruined she asked me if I wanted a refund for the chips. I said of course I do and she literally proceeded to refund ONLY for the chips and NOT even the guacamole. I asked why she didn't refund the right amount and she said, you didn't bring the guacamole back. I said no because we threw it away...how can you eat guacamole without chips. What's also important to mention is that she didn't even think to apologize. Horrible customer service!

Chipotle Mexican Grill Burrito bowl, chicken tacos, chips

The chips were verrrrryy stale, the burrito bowl was cold and had raw onions all throughout it, the queso was cold, we added tofu but didn't get any in any of our food, and there was maybe 2 pieces of chicken on all of the chicken tacos. All of the food was cold, all of the food had raw onions, all of the food had no tofu, which we ordered to be in it (yes, with the chicken).

Chipotle Mexican Grill meal order

On Friday July 6 myself and two coworkers placed online orders at chipotle located in Washington DC at 2300 Washington Pl. When we returned to work all orders were wrong and it was a drink missing. I informed the store they asked if we could come back before closing i explained to the young lady that we were on a field trip and asked if we could call back about the orders because we wanted to have all the food at once the same as it was paid for. I called back and asked if it was ok if we received the orders on Monday because we would all be together. Monday when i called the store a young man asked for my information and said that he would call me back ASAP because he didn't see a slip for my orders until this day the young man or the manager has yet to return my phone call.

Chipotle Mexican Grill the service even though we called in ahead of time

We had 3 orders we had to keep asking for them that we ordered on line I actually considered canceling our order. The gentleman in front of me actually canceled his. My order did not have corn like I ordered I had to open up the tray and ask him to put corn in it. I don't think its the workers fault. I think they need help and are way over their heads in orders. Management needs to take notice of this. We ordered online for a reason. we bring a huge amount of business to your Restaurant I would think the system would be run smoother. I think they need help back there. the tacos that I ordered for my co-worker looked horrible. Presentation is a big component in wanting to eat the food too. My food was dry, I think they are in such a hurry to complete the mounds of orders they are not thinking of quality only quantity.

Chipotle Mexican Grill product

I LOVE Chipotle. It's literally my favorite place to eat out but today I was beyond disappointed. First, I always get the vinaigrette on my burrito. However, at 1:06 pm I was told they were out of it for the day. So I guess no one will be able to order a salad all day. Then they were almost out of rice and he scraped a spoon full of white rice to put in my burrito and when I asked if I could have a little of the brown so that I could have a least a little rice he scoffed and slammed the brown rice on. Then my chips were not fresh. In fact, they possibly weren't done? They were so soft I could bend them and roll them up. They weren't crispy or crunchy the way the should be. Such a waste of money considering I always ordered guacamole to eat with them but I couldn't eat any of them so the chips and the guacamole went to absolute waste. This is by far the worst experience I've ever had at Chipotle. It will definitely be awhile before I go back to this location.

Chipotle Mexican Grill chipotle bowl

I placed an order at a Chipotle restaurant for a Chicken bowl. Before having my order billed, there was a person in front of me who ordered a chicken bowl as well. Despite informing the cashier that the person ahead of me had my order instead of his, the cashier disagreed. I still yet received the other person's order instead of mine. I would advise chipotle to listen to their customers and ensure they receive proper service. The location of the restaurant is: 5565 Auto Mall Pkwy, Fremont, CA 94538.
I would prefer a refund for my incorrect order.

Chipotle Mexican Grill unethical behavior

My son went to Chipotle to get something for me to eat, because I'm under the weather. Upon his return i noticed that the Bowl was half full, the lettuce were old, and my chicken was burnt. I asked my son what happened(because he seemed very distraught) and he said that they would not give him what he wanted and they were very mean and rude. I called to make a complaint and the lady(Chealsea) told me that you guys do not have a complaint center or corporate number.

Chipotle Mexican Grill poor customer service

On 7.7.18 I purchased a chicken burrito bowl form your establishment @ 311 s Wacker in Chicago, Il. And as much as I purchase food from here due to me being an employee in the building this is the second time I was not satisfied with the customer service I received. The first time I ordered and I paid for a half of burrito bowl due to the fact I was ignored when asked for more rice & why was I only receiving a spoonful of rice and meat. And on 7.7.18 when I purchased the same product the food was not fresh and I was refused a fresh order, None of this was acceptable.

Chipotle Mexican Grill burrito bowl

This afternoon so went into Chipotle to pick up lunch for my brother and I. It was not busy at all, but there was a worker working on a large cater order, so when I arrived, she rudely and extreamly quickly threw together by two bowls. I understand, she was swamped with orders, that's besides the point. By burrito bowl contained chicken, which was burnt to a crisp and not editable. Additionally, the rice must have been out for a while, because it was hard rather than fresh. And finally, the bag of chips were stale and not enjoyable either. Normally I would not spend the time writing a complaint as everyone and every place has their days, however I arrived at 11:20, after they opened at 11:00. It is unacceptable that after 20 minutes 3 of my items were bad- which leads me to believe they were left over from the day before. Which is also unacceptable.

Chipotle Mexican Grill customer service

I had a mobile order got to the store they said they didn't have it was told to go to the back of the line received absolutely awful service from every individual. Told me I had to pay again then once I showed my receipt they said "we'll see about that" then I asked if I could have my chips and drinks and they replied "we ain't got chips" so I asked for a refund and she said "you can get a card but that's it" I get it's a stressful job but never in my entire life have I ever been so disrespected at an establishment. All the co workers continuously said was " I'm tryin to leave by midnight, I'm tired, I'm ready to go I'm over this" not paying any mind to the customers. My husband and I religiously go to chipotle and we will never return to this location. I wish words could explain just how bad the service was.

Chipotle Mexican Grill amount of food

I am complaining about the chipotle at 95834 ZIP Code in Sacramento California regarding the employees who are too busy talking to each other and not listening to what the customer wants and also the amount of food they put it in our burrito bowl. I ordered a burrito bowl I barely got a little bit Rice a little bit beans . Horrible service 🤬This is the second time I have been to this location and the service just has been horrible they have teenagers working there who have no idea what they're doing or paying attention to the customers they are too busy talking amongst themselves

Chipotle Mexican Grill online ordering/customer service

Sunday July 1st 2018 I had family over, and we decided on chipotle for dinner.. I made an order online for pickup almost 2 hours before the pick up time. When i arrived i stood there for awhile before someone ( who wasn't busy ) finally asked me f i needed something. I told them i had an online order to pick up.. He looked around, left and never came back. Another guy asked me what i needed, I told him and he looked at the online print out area, brought it over to the girls making food, waled by me and said it's being worked on now. I stood there for another 30 minutes waiting for my food. I watched people in the long line come and go. I watched the cashier with a bad attitude and dirty looks. What it the point to the online ordering that is meant to prevent waiting around. There as no apology, they didn't try to make up for it, nothing. I will not be going back to that location. Horrible service with horrible attitudes to match

Chipotle Mexican Grill chipotle burrito

Today I bought a burrito from Chipotle PG Plaza and this burrito was the worst of the worst the meat was dry burn / scorch made the whole burrito taste like it was burnt very nasty then I only got a half a hand full of meat on a burrito you can count the pieces and all of them were burnt and scorched I could not eat this sandwich very disappointed I would like to be reimbursed $7.58 for a sandwich I had to throw away this place is fairly new and already it's gone to the dogs for me I want my money back
