Rude behavior, hygiene and ignorance of manager and whole employees
I always go to the location seven corners, falls church Virginia chipotle.
This is not the first time I am facing issues.
The customer service is awful. Most employees don't speak a word of English. I don't even know why they hire such people.
So I wait in a long light, get there and I tell the girl I want chicken, she keep asking if I want rice and can't even say one sentence correctly. This same girl in the past put her elbows onto the bowls. And I told her I don't want to eat from that bowl. She basically lay her hand and lean that way. Like a resting mode. I mean seriously people eat from bowl and elbows got no gloves on. Zero hygiene.
When I told her she ignored for 5 times I asked her. And I had to ask for manager to change bowl because she wasn't doing it.
Today I tell her 5 times I want extra chicken and fajita. That is the only two item I get on first part which one employee put in bowl and a different employee take care of cold part. I told her I want fajita. She walked away. I repeat 5 times excuse me I want vegetables. She ignored.
Then my bowl was on raw next. There was an online order being prepared. She passed it from top of my bowl and put it first.
I understand online orders Starbucks and all other places do this. But they don't pass a cup over what is already in raw.
And I told second employee serving cold ingredients.
She ignore she say oh it's online order and they ignroe and don't even listen. Excuse the language but zero f*ks given. Seriously extremely disrespectful behaviour. First they don't give what I want asking for fajita, I go on and wait and it just gets worse and worse and more disrespectful.
Every time I go to this location, I am left with lots of disrespectful behaviour and ignorance and extremely rude way of treating customers. The lady next to me another customer witnessed everything and turned to me and said "she is so useless, trust me" and I agree with her because it is not my first time here. I know how this goes yet I keep giving chances.
I asked for manager and guess what?
They tell me the employee serving cold ingredients is manager. Well, I absolutely didn't believe such rude person can even be a manager evveeeeer! I asked her name and she say mariela or dariela. Absolutely lied her name no doubt.
This happened on 18th September 2018. Around 7:20 pm.
I'm sorry, but I am not paying for what I am not getting and plus getting treated like some 3rd world country without any rules and regulations.
The customer, the lady who witnessed spoke up for me and told the girl who pretended to be manager that how the girl ignored me first I asked for extra chicken she is like deaf then I ask her fajitas and she walked away like I never existed there. Don't even put their head up.
Also. Another time I was here I asked for Tabasco as there was no sauce on any tables and by fountain. They say we ran out. Are you kidding me? I have never seen a chipotle ran outta sauces. This is absolute sanity. So careless employees. Please just fire this people and find some useful respectful people that care at least 20%. These people care neeeeegatiiiive 100%. Negative.
charged twice for one time visit
The Chipotle on Valley Mills in Waco, Tx has had many problems with charging me more than once for one time visits. I have called and talked to the manager there and they are refusing to do anything about it. I am not sure if this is a way for them to get more money out of people, as this is not the first or only time it has happened. THIS IS NOT OKAY.

On Friday 9/14 around 7:00PM I ordered online from the Federal Heights, CO store and when I got to the store the cashier said they did not have my order. I then showed her my phone receipt and she still said "we don't have it" and acted like I was a real imposition. Then a different employee said he found it and it was shoved under their cash register- he said they should make me a new order and when they did the cashier just shoved it at me and said "here"-like it was my fault. I have never lodged a complaint previously but this incident has really disappointed me. Management should know the kind of damage one disrespectful employee can do.It will be quite a while before I eat Chipotle again.

We stood in line for over 15 minutes at 790 Arlington Ridge #209, Akron, OH 44312, longer than normal at this location. As we became the second in line for ordering, I noticed the employees were filling online orders instead of taking care of the customer in front of them. The workers made the 2 people in front of us wait while they filled 5 bowls for an online order. The workers finally took the order of the two in front of us, then told us to wait. They then filled two more online orders, for a total of 11 separate dinners. The perception the workers created was they didn't care about the customer in front of them. In fact, we were ignored for so long, we walked out of Chipotle without being able to order. Not one employee apologized for the disrespect. The only reason I am speaking about my experience is because I am a customer service representative and have had extensive training in this area. I was apalled at how poorly the situation at Chipotle was handled. Please fix this issue immediately

I go into Chipotle weekly. I have complained to Cris many times. Nothing changed months later. The ugly water leak is leaking o the food and puddle on floor. I met your new manager Pablo. He told me he has contacted the right people to have it fixed. He went out of his way professionally so to make sure he is on it. I did tell him if not fixed I'm calling health department. Because Pablo is reliable, We know him from another place he managed and I want to say you have yourself a top notch man there. Highly respected in this small community. I will give him a chance to rectify the problem.
burrito bowl
My food was suppose to be ready at 7:30 I was rushing to get home and I get here it's not ready then when I do receive my bowl it has beans on it when I ordered it with none I am highly unpleased with my visit here ! The people weren't that happy to remake it even though it's not my fault I ordered it correctly. I do not think I'm going to be coming back to chipotle... at least this one .

Today after work, I decided to get Chipotle for lunch for my boyfriend and I. I dropped his food off at his work and proceeded to go home to enjoy my food. I love Chipotle and eat there often, and my burrito today was very good. However, I found PINE NEEDLES in my burrito today... I noticed the needles before swallowing, so no physical harm was done, but its frightening that I could have potentially been injured by pine needles in my food. I also have no idea how they could have gotten in the food. A photo of the pine needles is attached.

I ordered food to go from your Patuxent location and once I arrived to my hotel to eat my food I noticed that I didn't get my guacamole and my whole bag of chips was stale. For the amount of money you spend on the order you expect better. I was really disappointed. I normally enjoy your food but this time the merchandise was unacceptable.

on 8/24/18 my family and I had been at the BWI airport and our flight was delayed, so my family and I decided to give chipotle a try, we never had your food before.so we tried the taco bowles. we had ordered 4 of them and 2 steak, 1 veg, 1 chick .well the meat was dry the refried beans were dry and hard and the lettuce was bad, we asked for extra guacamole and sour cream .it was not on the tacos. we had spent over 60.00 at this place. when we received our food and notice how awful it was we went back and told the young man about the issue. well he said too late we are closed I would have to come back tomorrow .i told him we cant cause we are flying out of town for a week. he said there is nothing he can do, and that we should of got here before they closed.
well i will never visit your establishment ever again.

Yes I'm complaining about Chipotle down on ASP Avenue Norman Oklahoma at the OU area the food was the food is bad there's crock roaches everywhere and the employees are rude one particular is the short girl who is mixed black and white she has an attitude and negative. my family felt very uncomfortable around her and nervous cuz how much she scared my kids I know I'm not the boss but you should take care of that soon as possible at least try to fire her she's the most rudest and meanest employee there

I showed up last month at 10:30 the usual time and employees sat looking at me eating so I waiting for a half hour and missed my lunch I Talk to the "manager" and he took a formal compliant.
I show up today and look up on teh co. website teh hours it says open all shift at 10:45 A.M.
I again sat and waited missed my lunch and got the same manager "Kyle" he said I am always complaining. It floored me he answered phone I told him the doors are locked he said ppl are not finished with their breaks yet. Didn't come to the door. I came in again late back to work, couldn't enjoy my food and says you complain all the time .. now keep in mind same manager new staff. He embarrasses me to say to his colleague all of the above. i am very upset. I asked him to comp it he said no email Chipotle. i then said he put my sauce on my bowl when it was suppose to be in cups. I am not happy. Hi - My son and I had burritos last night. I expected a line due to the promotion. The line was probably only 10 deep, but the delays were horrendous. The root cause was all of the electronic orders - I watched at least 10 items being prepared for several orders over ~10 min before the line even moved. That's not my primary feedback. I'm one of the thousands who has been concerned about food safety issues at Chipotle. I watched the store manager bring garbage bags outside, take some 'vapes', return into the restaurant, walk behind the counter and open the fridge and bring a guest an item from inside that fridge to the guests table - without washing his hands. Further, the cashier had several hundred braids, I assume they were fake extensions, they went half way down her back. I watched her enter the food prep area and with her back to the food, she would spin around, causing her long hair to swing over the food - this happened several times. The gentleman on the grill - I watched his sharpen his knife on one of those pole devices, swishing back and forth for at least 5 min. He then promptly started to cut up chicken. He forgot to wipe the fine metal residue off of the knife before using it. The worst part of the evening was when my son and I were having our burritos prepared, the counter was full of burritos. I watched various staff swap out empty metal containers from the hot table and drizzle water from the backside of the containers across all of the food being prepared. Given that it was the end of the day, I could see the dirty water in the hot table, which also contained quite a bit of boiled food pieces. Having this dirty water drop across people's food each time a container was removed is not sanitary. Please speak to your district manager and share this with the staff. It's these types of issues that need to be corrected.

Sabrina the district manager is very rude I called spoke to Jim her other manager on 7/24/18 to file complaint for ordered that was messed up and how rude the cashier Michelle was to me on 7/24 Jim told me to come into office an he would replace my order of two chicken bowls I cudnt make it that day had to stay at work so wen I came in one week later the manager Sabrina was very rude to me an my son an told me that they will not be replacing the order without reciept so I end up paying for my order never received my replacement order so next time I came back yesterday with my receipts she told me she still was unable to replace my orders so I will no longer be a customer there and I'm now filing complaint an will also write a review for the horrible services I rcvd in three different occasions. I ordered a salad through door dash, and every time I order they forget to put napkins, forks and knifes inside the bag. I always call the store and tell them nicely to don't forget it next time, even though I understand they are busy.
At this time I called before to make sure they bring me forks and napkins because I'm at work and I can't eat without them.
Anyways, I called and the manager called Adriana answered I told her to please provide me napkins she was very rude saying that they already do it and hang up the phone while I was talking, so I called again and I asked to talk to the manager and she said she was the manager and hang up on my face again. I thought it was very rude, I canceled my order trough DoorDash, and I will never step at any chipotle store again. I will also tell my friends about what happened this way they can avoid this frustration.

The chipotle in St. Louis Park, mn was bad enough before they moved and now it's just disgusting. When I asked for chicken that was not the last in the pan and a little of the just cooked chicken it was carried halfway across the kitchen with the girl letting me know she was irritated. I could hear all of them talking about customers soooo disrespectfully! The kitchen didn't look like it had been cleaned in days and the entirety of the counter top was filthy With quest and lettuce. Then when I got to the register my burrito was picked up ((wrapped at this point terribly but wrapped) and once I said what kind he dropped it in the counter causing the tinfoil to split and my burrito hit the filthy countertop. When I showed him he completely rolled his eyes. Expect more of your staff quite frankly. They could be held to a much higher bar and this was below minimum viable.
I am complaining because my chicken was uncooked an my rice was burnt an beans were gross!
I went to a new chipotle on 125th In Harlem first when I order my food I had to wait over an hour to get it when I did they gave me the wrong stuff . Once I went back they gave me stuff I didn't ask for an uncooked stuff (IM 6 MONTHS PREGNANT ) when I went back to talk to the store manager bout the issue he took the meal an said sorry didn't refund me my 14$!

Elissa from the downtown clemson sc location. I work at lowe's and me and another person goes to chipotle twice a week and we are noting but nice to them. We order a good bit from this location. Today 8/8/18 and Elissa we so rude to us. She talked about us behind our backs. Ther were no more forks and i looked in the storage bins and she was like i can get those for and rolled her eyes at me. We pay a good bit there and she has always been rude to us since we started going there.

I always have many problems here at this chipotle you guys always screw orders up things are gone but you guys dont update your order now my money is gone. And the meat you guys do have avail how? I just finished my class and I was heading to the chipotle in Burbank for lunch which my lunch was around 10 am since I had class around 6 am. The chipotle was said to be opened at 10:30 and when I got there exactly at 10:30 the doors were locked and the workers acted like they didn't see me. So I waited and they finally opened at 11:15 which is almost one hour later than when they were supposed to open. Service wasn't even great the workers seemed upset and rushed to get me out of there.
