I went into chipotle on 10/14/2018 and purchased a burrito bowl. I always go
To this location and never had a problem before. This time around my bowl was made by a newer employee I believe and she did not put my bowl together properly! It didn't have enough of the the items I asked to get she gave me a bowl which seemed fit for a 10 year old child. I'm very disappointed because I always go to this location but don't know
If I'll be back again since being served like that.
failure to follow through with fundraiser request
We represent a fundraising committee and are appalled at the service and lack of communication on behalf of the Chipotle team. We made several calls to request and confirm donations for a fundraising event, during which we were told the Chipotle employee knew nothing about. This is the second event that Chipotle has messed up for us. Unfortunately there is no way to make up for our events. However, we would appreciate and apology and for the issue to be corrected so other fundraising groups do not end up in our situation.

Tonight my family and I visited your restaurant for dinner and was disgusted with the way your general manager Alma was treating a new employee, Gary Lemons. We went to your establishment as we frequently do to enjoy a Friday night meal together. We got in line and began to place our order. Gary was at the register and it was apparent that Alma was training him or at least terribly trying. For at least five minutes while in line with many other customers I witnessed her being very condescending in her tone to him, snatching trays from his hands, rolling her eyes, raise her voice, and she slammed items down onto the counter upset at him. I knew right away he was a new employee and she was trying to tell him what to do and how he was messing up. She was a complete bully to her employee. This young man, Gary looked horrified, ashamed, and embarrassed by her treatment towards him in front of all the customers. I was appalled at her behavior and I know your establishment does not condone this disrespectful, unprofessional, condescending, bullying behavior. My son who is 9 years old felt terrible for this new employee and We couldn't even sit down to enjoy our meal because she continued to mistreat him. I ask that you please have a discussion with her about her unacceptable behavior, and you speak to the other employees who work with her to find out if she is like this to them as well. This behavior cannot continue. I am a consumer and everyone deserves to enter your establishment and receive excellent service and to see that your employees are also treated with dignity and respect. Gary did nothing wrong, he was polite and patient despite your disgusting manager treating him so horribly in front of everyone. If this continues, I don't see how your employees would stay to work under those conditions and everyone deserves to make a living. Please take action. Thank you.

ordered a burrito bowl and had asked for DOUBLE chicken. How does someone mess up so bad that they didn't even put ANY chicken? You know I have to pay extra for that right? I gave you that money and you gave me nothing. Do you not train your employees to put chicken on a to go order? I would like the number to the DM. I can't even give you an order number so you can look it up but this is unacceptable. Why do I always have a problem with chipotle when I order after a long day of work?
double charged for meal
When I went to pay the cashier swiped my card and I walked away and she called me back over and said that my payment did not go through and she needed to swipe my card again. She swiped my card and later on I checked my bank account and had been charged twice for my meal. I am upset because I go to this store at least twice a week. I spend a lot of money here.

Good Even, I work at the Mall in Schaumburg IL ( Woodfield) Where I go to Chipotle At least 4 time out of the week .Normally when I Go there the managers and all of the staff are great to be expect the last 3 days I Been there One of the employees there have been Vert disrespectful and rude . She give out very small portions of everything and get an attitude when you have for more evening if you still her you will pay for double meat . i asked for a bowl with rice peppers beans meat guac and lettuce but the bowl i received looked like it was missing half of the portion. the server was serving really small portions like the store didnt have enough food. i paid for the portion but it was not worth the $12.50. i dont want to be hassled when i go to chipotle and i dont feel its necessary to have to make your employees serve the correct portion.

I consider myself to be a regular customer at this location. I come there every Thursday and order two burrito bowls. This Thursday was my last Thursday. To have to deal with rude customer service and horrible food, I would be better off just dropping my money off and leave the food the lady who worked the cash register is always rude she never smile and greets guest with a welcoming face it's always the same frown, Then she told me that if I wanted more than one salad dressing I would have to start paying for it . Like I ever asked for it for free I work for well known company that pays very well for me to complain about an extra dollar or two then the get home and my rice taste old and under cooked I trashed both bowls

10160 ulmerton road largo- I ordered food online for delivery. Paid extra 3.99 for delivery Left off 2 items requested off of 2 salads. Told rest i could not leave office. and why should I if I paid for delivery. they offered me extra meat/free queso or free guacamole. I'm sorry but I don't care for either guac or queso so I refused. This is not the first time, but in the past, I was able to go in and fix my order in person. Not today. if I pay for delivery why should I have to leave to straighten out an order .then to top it off, dressing was part of the order. they told me they didn't know dressing came with the salad. She preceded to tell me she had customers to take care of and had to get off of the phone. I will not be going to this location again. I usually go there a couple of times a weeks because it is so close to work but if you have ever gone in this store, it is very hectic location.
employee smoking on job
The Chipotle in Cool Springs Franklin TN there has been one particular employee, I think his name is Jonny from what I have heard other employees call him, who I have seen take out his smoking device while making food and being on the serving line. He has shown it off to costumers and smoked it in plain sight of costumers. This is a very disappointing thing for me to see as not only is he a young man but he also is putting that smoke all over the dishes used to make the food that I along with many others would like to eat but also I happen to have an extreme nicotine allergy and can no longer eat at that chipotle. It is honestly disgusting to expect people to eat in a restaurant where the employees are openly smoking around all of the food that myself and other costumers are paying for and in exchange expecting food that hasn't been contaminated by some immature employees who shouldn't be allowed to be working around food if they can't control their smoking addiction enough to keep it off of paying costumers food.

On 9/22/18 my family and I ordered four meals and a large side of guacamole. For the first time in a long time it was awful! The chicken did not look cooked, the guacamole tasted salty, the cheese felt hard and service workers were making us feel rushed. We spent nearly $32 and the experience was awful but then to find a hair in my chicken bowl topped it off, that's gross

I order online due to the convenience and also because its better then making a line after being exhaust from work, my order was missing food such as the guacamole which is $2.05. I find it messed up to pay for something and not receive it. I order two salad bowls and one had guacamole but it was brownish and it was clearly old. I eat at this location at least 2 times a week and its disappointing for the service to be this terrible at times especially when your tired and hungry and you just want the good food and services that your often used to.

unethical behavior against an employee
Hello, I am submitting this complaint in regards to a situation that took place this past week. It is not a complaint about customer service, but rather a complaint in respect to an employee who was hurt while on the job. Chipotle is a company that I bring business to, and it is quiet disappointing to know how young employees are neglected. These young employees are afraid to speak out in fear of repercussion. I am submitting this concern in hopes that managers will be held to a higher standard and accountability when caring for their workers. I would like to describe the incident with more detail, but am hesitant, as I do not want the individual to become a target. Typically on hire, most companies, supply their employees with a handbook. However, when I asked this individual to reference what the policy is concerning on the job injury, they commented that they were never supplied with one. I'm just curious what your policy is pertaining to injury on the job. Should this individual have had the opportunity to receive medical care? Because they didn't. They completed their shift while still injured. I work the medical field and what may seem insignificant at the time could become a condition that may require more attention. Not, to mention unavailability secondary to hospitalization. My apologies if my submission conveys any aggression, I am just simply a concerned customer for the welfare of human life.
I got sick
I went to chipotle in highland park (ford parkway) in saint Paul MN, around 2:30 yesterday and bought a steakburrito bowl . and got food poison. And I am still sick. I love chipotle and I have been a customer since 2002. And never got sick from eating there but my experiance from yesterday was different. And i am sure it was the food my cousin who went with me is also not feeling well.

Ordered 4 to go bowls 2 steak and 2 chicken. The food didn't look as fresh as it normally does and I didn't want to tell the person behind the counter cause they seemed in a rush and was arguing with another person during the rush at night time. I then tried to eat the items along with my family and the rice seemed not cooked and meat was overcooked and rubbery on the steak and chicken.

The lack of customer service at the Tennessee Street location is appalling. I have been to numerous Chipotles in several states and have never experienced such rude and terrible employees. I got to the cashier to pay for my order and asked him how his day was, he rolled his eyes, and put his hand out for me to give him my form of payment without responding to me. I then asked for a few vinaigrette's, again, he did not acknowledge that I asked him a question he just swiped my card then handed me two vinaigrette sauces and said, "That's all we have." It was a very unpleasant experience. I understand that the store can be busy at times but that is not an excuse for terrible customer service.

When did chipotle Weigh or measure the amount of servings to be put in a bowl to than charge the customer?
I am a regular customer at that location but today I was charged for extra cheese. I was told that extra cheese is an ounce of cheese but no one weighed the amount of cheese to be put in my bowl in order to show it is an ounce and than to charge me extra money on top of purchasing my bowl. I think it is not fair to charge the customer for a serving that is not measure to show the consumer its an ounce. when did chipotle becoming an establishment that charges customers based on measurements.?

I went to Chipotle at 9:15 pm and before I even walk in I am told my an employee that they don't have guacamole, CHEESE, queso amongst many other things because there was no time to prep anything as only 3 people were working. Why is the restaurant open if it can't provide anything useful and this is the second time something like this has happened. I have to waste my time driving all the way to Chipotle to find out they basically aren't serving anything. It's pathetic and I never want to go there again.
