Menulog Disgusting service

Food arrived two hours after ordering it...at 12.45am in the morning! And of course it was stone cold and inedible. Menulog refused to give refund back to my bank account - they will only put the credit back into my Menulog account. Problem is - I do not want to ever give this company my money again. Never. Not after this disgraceful service. Hope they go bust.

Menulog Food I ordered

I ordered food on menulog which was showing estimated delivery time 3.00 pm to 3.20 pm after it was past delivery time, I looked for assistance on the menulog chat which was a horrific experience as to how they trat their customers and are literally stealing money. An agent advised their courier was waiting at the restaurant Swat 75, as the restaurant was still preparing my order. The agent adv delivery time has been delayed to 3.45 pm now. After 3.45 pm foor did not arrive, I seeked help to menulog chat this time to be advised my food will arrive at 4.07 pm my food never arrived hence I msged again and was advised my food will come at 4.30 I never got any furter assistance or a refund do not know where my food or money is the agent were very rude and said they will not offer me my refund or give my money back. i have screenshots of all conversations.

Menulog Menulog driver

Ordered my McDonald's at 6.43pm wait time was 30 to 50 minutes waited till 8pm thought this is strange but thought it might have been busy. By 8.30 pm I gave my child toast and put him to bed. I did a walk around the house incase they have put it at the letterbox or something and to my suprise my order was sitting next to my garbage bins LIKE SERIOUSLY. The driver couldn't walk up the driveway to the front door so annoyed and probably won't use your services again. I would like a refund because the cold burgers and fries have ended up in the bin order number [protected]

Desired outcome: I want my money refunded
