Chipotle Mexican Grill poor visit experience

We visited the canal winchester Ohio Chipotle, and first they were completely out of vegetables, salad dressing, when we checked out I had two free kids meal and they rang the bill up in two separate transactions because they couldn't combine which I get, but in stead of charging my card twice they could have rang the one free kids meal up by its self, because there is no purchase necessary. While we we're getting our drinks, the station was out of forks, napkins and trash was over flowing. I'm not sure what the manager has done on his shift but he was managing poorly.
We had a total of 5 meals with dissapointment.

Chipotle Mexican Grill burrito bowl

Good day,

As i'm writing this complaint in complete disgust i am saddened to say my expirience for lunch today was HORRIBLE. My beans were extremely hard, let's not mention that there wasn't any brown rice/fajitas ready. Still willing to support the company and get food, the employee had such a horrible attitude and an utterly ignorant response as to why my food wasnt meeting my expectations. Never thought i'd waste my lunch break and money on trying to get good food to still be hungry at this very moment. Such a waste of time & my day is ruined thanks to your employees poor work ethic smh.

Chipotle Mexican Grill bowl container that wasn’t part of my bowl

Today June 30 at 240pm I was on a lunch break I had order two chicken bowls to go. We had mixed rice one had beans & chicken & the other had chicken. I sit in for a few & ate my some of my chicken bowl & then closed it back & left. When I got home I warm the bowls up & as I'm mixing my food together at the bottle of the bowl I see a piece of bowl container that wasn't missing from either of the bowls I had. Chipotle Mexican Grill stocking and preparing

I'd like to first start by saying that I love chipotle and I'm a hard working mom of 3 that doesn't get to frequent your establishment often. Well today after work I stop in to grab dinner and I asked for a Patron margarita. Well this hasn't been the first time that there hasn't been any in stock. The staff was quick to say that the manager Sabrina was lazy and never makes any. I proceeded to inform them that it's not fair to have it on the menu and supply it. Please inform them of their poor customer service skills, failure to supply what's on the menu, wasting my gas and time.

Chipotle Mexican Grill chipotle bowl - requesting a full refund

I decided to take my kids to Chipotle on 6/27/18 for dinner to go. They both ordered burritos and I decided to get a chicken bowl. I eat from Chipotle all the time. My bowl had: white rice, black beans, lettuce, extra cheese and corn) I ate half of the bowl last night for dinner(put the other half in the fridge) for lunch today 6/28/18. At 1:00 pm I decided to eat lunch. Well I noticed that something didn't look right about the 1st scoop of food I was about to proceeded to put in my mouth. I examined the food and OMFG it was some sort of bug or worm. I killed it of course. I WILL NEVER EVER SUPPORT CHIPOTLE EVER AGAIN. Let along ever eat at an Chipotle establishment again. I'm most definitely requesting a full refund from my purchase on yesterday. I have no idea if there were bugs in my kids food.

Chipotle Mexican Grill customer service

2380 Palm Beach Lakes Blvd, West Palm Beach, FL 33409 is the address that my girlfriend and I eat at. Once a week at least we visit. For the past month or so, we have experienced very rude, and unprofessional behavior towards us and other customers by the on the females that is usually working the condiment line. It has us to the point of not wanting to go in anymore because we expect a rude experience from this particular female. Its very disappointing, and also very discouraging. I hope that something can be done to correct this issue, because it is only getting worse with each trip. Thank you for your time, and we absolutely love Chipotle Food. Unfortunately I do not have the client number.

I am a texas resident and I received two charges for the total amount of $140 from two different locations. I'd like a full refund of these charges. I did not authorize these charges online. Account is under adrienne long in dallas texas 75287.

Chipotle Mexican Grill customer service

Hi I'm Camry 21 I live in Statesville North Carolina. My family & I recently visited our local chipotle in Mooresville North Carolina the Custer service was terrible they are over charging other for rice which they have never start charging us till yesterday the restaurant was filthy they were very rude food was cold-ish was not done the way they used to be, we travel all the way to the Hickory location in NC now just to get awesome Custer service which is very sad. I'm emailing submit a complaint for anyone to see if there can be a stop to them after we ate at the location in Mooresville I go to Facebook their Chipotle site it was nothing but rude, horrible, disrespectful comments on their reviews I was disgusted with how they were treated as to what experience we had gotten when we went we need one in Statesville NC so my family & I don't have to travel so far to get over charged for something we never gotten charged before we need a UnderCover Boss to be sent to that location my family loves Chipotle we don't want to stop or travel farther due to horrible customer service help your Statesville Chipotle lovers.

Chipotle Mexican Grill burrito and chips and queso

I went to the Chipotle located at 700 Forest Ave, Suite 90 Richmond VA 23230 and I mainly went for a steak burrito with pinto beans, brown rice, cheese, sour cream, and lettuce. They had no more steak nor pinto beans at least cooked and they close @10pm and i was there @8:30pm...they should of cooked more since they were still open and had time. I even got chips and queso and the chips happens to be stale and the queso wasn't even fresh it was chunky and its not supposed to be like that

Chipotle Mexican Grill portion sizes

Chipotle has always advertised fresh organic and plentiful ingredients... but now it feels like they are taking advantage of their customers' loyalty and have not only gone up on prices but ALSO started skimping on portion sizes. Why is it that a serving size of chicken is a chicken breast but the workers sometimes give less than half that, and definitely NEVER more than that. Is this $8 worth of food?

Back when Chipotle first opened, the burritos were actually worth 7$... Now any location you go to the workers look at you crazy when you even ask for more RICE ..Rice is the cheapest item in the food bar, and I am paying for the burrito either way... You ask for more and they sprinkle grains you can count on both your hands onto it like it is supposed to satisfy you. Plus the chicken portions are ridiculous. A normal chicken serving is a chicken breast. They barely give HALF that portion for any given burrito or bowl. Workers are quick to ask you if you want guac or queso but even THOSE they skimp on. Like as the customer you're not paying an extra almost $2 just for those toppings. It is ridiculous that as a customer you can't even go to one of your favorite restaurants because every time you leave upset that the workers gave attitudes and you still don't have your money's worth. Locations include GA: Buford, Pleasant Hill, Lawrenceville-Suwanee

Chipotle Mexican Grill rice

Every time I go in I get the same two people I get one scoop pf rice when I say 1 bowl extra rice 1 scoop extra so I asked for more second scoop want even a scoop so i asked for the 3rd she just looks at the other girl they stare at each other and ignore my request. Am I suppose to act stupid like nothing happened. The additude they have is so awful I complian at the register the girl said after 3 scoop they charge extra I don't care charge me extra let me know about it don't just ignore your customer that you see 2 or 3 times a week.

Chipotle Mexican Grill management and cashier

I walked into chipotle today, and the First Lady who started the bowl was amazing and very friendly. It wasn't until the bowl reached the cashier that the issues began. My total was 12.27 and I asked what was I charged for I've never payed this much for a bowl she said double chicken. I asked could she delete the double chicken. She then huffed & puffed as if every customer that walks through the door does not pay her salary. I'm in awe because I'm a sales manager and horrible customer survive at the front of the house is bad for business. The manger Linda was extremely nonchalant even when I asked for the GM business card. All in all, I'm sure if that cashier remains a cashier, I can bet money on this will not be the last complaint. PERSONALIZED SERVICE is what keeps business growing! And also anyone who would allow a dollar to walk out the door is not a great representation of a driven business.

Chipotle Mexican Grill liar & rude supervisor in milestone, germantown, md branch

Hi there

Earlier today at 12.54 pm, I and my husband were harassed by a male supervisor called Gerald at Chipotle, Milestone, Germantown, MD branch. My order number was 207. This is not the first time. Everytime we were served by this guy in the past, he was very rude with me and my husband, served us reluctantly and tried to charge me extra for the food. We asked him why was he charging us extra, he couldn't give any valid answer. He lied in front of everyone that he was charging us for sides. But we have been eating at Chipotle for many years in various branches, was never charged for sides. If you don't replace this guy, we shall ask everyone to stop going to this store. Please let us know what action will you take about his discriminatory behaviour? Thanks.

Earlier today I and my husband were harassed by a male supervisor called Gerald at Chipotle, Milestone, Germantown, MD branch. This is not the first time. Love Chipotle food! Everything going great until cashier gruffly handed my bag of food to me. I automatically said thank you and she said"YEP" in a very rude way and that was it. Chipotle Mexican Grill rude servers

Food servers were very rude, I asked for cilantro and it took a worker 5 minutes and then when I got it she threw it at me. I told the manager and she didn't even have a problem with it. I never have these problems with chipotle and I have been a customer here on multiple occasions. However at this location, I had a problem. Not only was this a problem workers were very off task and the serving line was very unclean.

Chipotle Mexican Grill employee rude

Ordered chicken bowl to go ran low on chicken, young black employee scraping bottom of container talked to other employee, they both looked at grill that had 4 chicken cooking, iasked for a little more chicken because the spoonful looked small asked for a little more chicken, she said in a rude manner you want a double, I said no and accepted paid and left.

Chipotle Mexican Grill customer service

Not a single employee smiled or was helpful at all. Was ordering a kids meal and at the very end asked for chips, they were totally out and were extremely rude about it and not explaining anything saying they would be out for the night. Ordered guac and they forgot to put it in my bag and then proceeded to argue with me saying she did put it in the bag when it was literally sitting on the counter. The entire staff was so rude and not friendly. She also forgot the chocolate milk for the kids meal. I love chipotle but this was my worst experience.

The server skipped me as I looked at the offerings. They only had steak and no other meats. Brown rice was the only option. When I asked if there was any chicken on the way he stared at me and then said there was only steak. There were few toppings available as well. A couple employees glared at me as I left to go to Chik fil a.
Last year at this same location an employee picked up salsa that had dripped on the counter and threw it back into the pan she was serving from. Then she stared scooped it onto my food and stared me down as she handed it to me.

Chipotle Mexican Grill told wrong info over telephone.

I saw a link on Facebook on 6/5/18 that said nurses eat free. So I called chipotle and asked them if it was true and they told me yes you get a free meal. I didn't bother to click on the link I just looked at the title of the link. So I was under the impression I was getting a free meal because the girl on the phone said yes a free meal. I got to chipotle and just clicked on the link because I was curious and then I read that it said buy one get one free. I am not very happy that I drove 30 min from my house to not receive a free meal, after I was told on the phone that I was getting a free meal.

Chipotle Mexican Grill quesadilla was completely cold. staff was rude when asked to fix the situation.

I just left the Chipotle on Dixie Highway. It is June 5th, there was a class that had come in from Fairfield City School district and the teacher was kind enough to let me go in front of the kids. Then I ordered a quesadilla. They asked me to wait and they would bring it out to me. Then I sat there through the entire class waiting on my quesadilla. I go out to my car and realize that the cheese isn't even melted and everything is cold. I went back in and asked them if I could either get a bowl or something else because I assumed the press was messed up. They told me that they knew it wasn't on when my food was in there but didn't offer any apologies for knowingly handing me an uncooked quesadilla. Then with an additive they asked me if I just wanted them to make another one or if I just wanted them to put the same one in the press. I never complain about anything when it comes to food and I know they were busy but if they knew the press was off they should never have sent me out with that food. I would have been upset if I got home and it was all cold. I would like at least a return.

Chipotle Mexican Grill customer service

Re: 635 W. Ina Road, Tucson, AZ.

The young people who serve are consistently unprofessional.
I always feel rushed, spoken down to and dismissed.
There is a significant age difference between myself and most of the employees and each time I leave feeling disrespected.

I just moved into the area from the east coast and have only visited this particular store a handful of times.
The service is consistently troubling to me.
I will no longer be patronizing Chipolte on Ina Road.
