Ordered Chicken Bowl only. Was asked at the cashier by another person what I ordered. I told her clearly Chicken Burrito Bowl. The payment lady asked what I ordered and I clearly repeated again. I was still charged for SD Tortilla that I never order, did not intend to get one but was charged. Please don't add insult to the injury by refunding my $0.50.
To make things worst, there contact us facility keep giving error. I have already tried 3 times.
Claimed loss: $0.50 but please don't even bother refunding this amount to further insult. Just fix the problem at your end and also please fix your "Contact us" system
Desired outcome: Let Chipotle prove how they remediate their mistake (mistakes, i.e. it would be interesting to see how they fix the over charge issue and equally importantly, if not more, how do they fix their contact us system)
